Very poor customer service and response by the Ford service representative. Received a recall today regarding rear toe link fracture and the letter noted the part would not be available until the fourth quarter 2021. I informed the service representative about this BUT that the letter also stated Its required that you bring your vehicle in for a second inspection to ensure continued safe operation of your vehicle until the final repair is done. The service representative WOULD NOT make an appointment for my inspection!!!! This is a disgrace.Update: Thank you Pau for reaching out and getting me in for an appt.

Just bought a car at Springfod Ford love the car hate the customer service. Scheduled an appointment for an oil change and told them Im disabled and cant sit for long periods of time 30-45min tops the said no problem. Got there for oil change and service man tells me its 1-1.5 hours until a bay will open. Whats the point of an appointment if you have to wait 1.5 hours until they can even get the car in the bay. So I told him the situation that I made an appointment to wait that Im disabled and cant sit that long. His response was theres nothing I can do so I get Rita the lady who sold the car she was no help so I guess once you buy the car they are done with you.

Overpriced AND Dishonest!They told us that the leaf springs had cracked and needed to be replaced. Also, a noise from our air conditioner was from our A/C unit having disintegrated and so we would have to replace the A/C compressor, a valve and some other part. Total of over $4000 for proposed repairs. In fact, the leaf spring was fine - only the paint was cracked. And, the A/C unit just needed some refrigerant. I admit that I expected to pay a bit more for dealer service, but I didnt expect that they would tell us we needed repairs that we didnt! Made an appointment for an oil change on my truck a week ahead of time so I could be in and out. Showed up on the day I scheduled 10 minutes early and was told I would have to wait 2 hours due to their new scheduling system. Thats not an excuse and not my problem. Complete waste of time.

Top notch service from manager Yuri and sales rep Joann!! I built my deal online, Yuri called and confirmed it’s validity and said he could have my 21 F150 ready for me. Sure enough that’s exactly what happened and Joann took over from there and my paperwork was processed within the hour. Joann even stayed 20 minutes after close to set up my sync 4. They were quick to respond, and we made an appointment for 530 on Friday to test drive a car. We get there (an hr drive) and they’re running the numbers to sell the car to someone else. The people I made the appointment with do not work fridays, so no one knew we were coming at 530. They told us we should wait in case the sale fell through. After waiting for 20 mins we decided to leave after not hearing anything. They caught us at the car and practically begged us not to leave and that the sale with the other people fell through.Just a warning, if you make an appointment make sure that person works on that day or else you’ll be cheated out of a car and have a wasted trip.

I found the car I was looking for at Springfield Ford via the internet. I emailed them and was immediately contacted by Yuri Edelman. A few days later my wife and I showed up at the dealership to pick up the car. (Im using her account to write this review). We were greeted at the door by Tom DeVito. Tom had the car pulled around for us (it was already prepped and ready to go) and went over everything about the car with us. Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable. We then went into Justin Darabonts office to sign the rest of the paperwork which was already fully prepared. Justin was also a gentleman and very professional. We had everything completed and were ready to go within an hour of showing up. As we were leaving a gentleman walked by and complimented my new vehicle and also wished me luck with it. I found out later it was the GM of the dealership Dave Pshick. I have bought a number of cars through the years but this was my first experience with Springfield Ford. It was an absolutely stress-free and pleasant car buying experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will also do future business with them. SPRINGFIELD FORD FEELS LIKE FAMILY!Walking in to Ford felt a lot different than walking in to Jeep, my former SUV home of ten years. When I walked in, I was greeted by Justin and Gayle. We immediately started talking about where we were from, some of the people we all knew, and it felt so casual and welcome. Gayle and Justin kind of tag teamed my truck buying process, and it was great! They were open to showing me multiple trucks, in all different colors, with different interior and features to find what worked best for me.Once we found my new truck, and discussed price, I met up with Midge. Met sales Rep Angelo who definitely had gift for gab, but he kept things real for the most part because he knew what we Both wanted. I ended up w/2017 Titanium Ford escape which was a Beauty & I got a price I could work with. Angelo was funny & customer satisfaction is what he aimed for. Gave the 4 stars because the mileage was higher than I anticipated for the Year. I reviewed same model vehicle on other sites & mileage was lower for same price. My experience here was noticeably better! Compared to previous dealers I’ve worked with, and the others I’ve seen while shopping around, this was the easiest and most convenient way to go. I felt like I was dealing with honest people. I worked with Angelo in Sales, Paula and Nick in finance.

I have no confidence in the mechanics here. The mechanic had my Lincoln for two weeks replacing the passenger side exhaust manifold due to two broken off studs. Wanted to charge me extra $1,000 for a new cylinder head. Got car back with new exhaust manifold but now check engine light is on. Exhaust smells, knocking when idle. Lose of power.. The air suspension motor is noisy when it comes on. Took it back and now saying both catalytic converters failing. I had no issues with my car other than tapping due to exhaust manifold leak. Steve, there tried to make things right. Ive been with Steve for years but the mechanics here suck. Now I have to spend thousands on more repairs I feel are contributed by them and incompetence.

I very rarely, if at all ever rate anything but this is one of those times that I will gladly take the time to do so. I recently bought a used truck from Springfield Ford (salesman Larry Basilio) that was not a ford product. From start to finish it was a great experience and I would also like to include Paula Figueroa. There was never any pressure and when it came time to pick up the vehicle I was in and out very quickly. Here’s where it get’s better, unfortunately the vehicle had a transmission problem so I contacted Larry and he said bring it in and we’ll look at it (it was covered by a 90 day warranty) and they set me up with a rental. Later that day I was contacted by the service manager, Jack Spencer, and informed that the vehicle was covered under a manufacturer warranty but would have to go to another dealership to have the repair done. Over the next few days I was updated by Jack as to the progress and eventually told it had been completed, but they wanted to take it for a test drive before I came in to be sure the problem had been corrected.Throughout the entire process the attention to detail was amazing, from purchase to service WOW!!! As I said the vehicle was not a ford product but that didn’t matter, getting the vehicle repaired and treating the customer with respect was fantastic. Unfortunately, I do not live anywhere near this dealership but for those that do, take the time and check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I recently got a 2020 explorer from Rita Feehery. It was an incredibly easy and smooth experience. This is my 3rd vehicle from Rita and I will never go to anyone else. She makes the process so easy and helps with every single step. You will not be disappointed working with her.

Car makes screeching noise, thumping in rain since getting brake pad replacement/resurfacing. Said everything looked good when brought back said will do that for 1000 miles. Still making noise. Bob manager said that happens and that I should have someone drive it around alot to dry off brakes. Said its from rust (?) on metal/metal. Said wuld not give back price because everything looked fine. Said that happens on cars, depends on type of car. I said thats never happened in past cars w/new brakes before he said he cant comment on other cars. He said I should drive alot and use my brakes alot. Ask if this will continue w/wear, said it might. I said I wont be returning and will leave anegstive comment, he said well @ least Ill know I have good quality brakes.

The overall leasing experience was great. We worked the deal out over the phone and picked the truck up the next day. When we walked in, Bill Williams was there to greet us and show us the truck we were leasing, explain the features and get Ford Pass set up on our phones. Shortly after, the paperwork was printed up and we drove off.

Very friendly, helpful - got us taken care of for what we were looking for and explained the vehicle features to us as well as the FORD APP. Nick got us taken care of for our lease.
