LOVE THEM!!!!!! Starting with Josh in the beginning sales process and ending with the amazing ladies in the office. Josh did everything in his power to get me what I wanted and reasonably priced. I told josh what I needed, not what I wanted?! He gave me what I needed and also offered me what I wanted, without me even knowing. This is the type of salesman you want. I went to more than enough car lots from the best to lower end, NOBODY and I mean this, Nobody gave me all in one. It was either one or the other, or neither at all. I highly recommend Ideal if your looking to build your credit, have no credit. They’ll put you in something nice and affordable for you. I can honestly say I’m happy, and I feel confident with this purchase. Low mileage, Loaded, and it’s a beauty I must add 😍. 1/10 Staff is Great, Vehicles are trash!! Purchased a vehicle back in January and have had nothing but issues. It has been in the shop 4 times about to be a 5th and has cost me money for repairs that were not covered under the warranty I pay for monthly. Recently found out the vehicle was in a wreck back in 2016 with moderate damage to the front of the vehicle. This information was not disclosed (By law it does, because it affects the value of the vehicle) When I called and asked how they will rectify this I was told We do not have to disclose that a vehicle was previously wrecked because we do not know that information. They are only worried about the money and not the customer or what they are selling. As long as it puts money in their wallets.

Loved making a deal with Josh and Michelle. I never felt like they were trying to push me into a car i didnt really want. They were very patient and polite with me. I absolutely love the car I got. When I took my test drive i noticed a couple issues that they are going to be fixing. They really want to get you in something you want and they want to make sure it is reliable. Was looking at an Chevy Impala on the internet, noticed it had no price on the car. So I call the dealership asking the price for the car, was told she can’t give the price over the phone. I said well I live over an hour away, I’m not gonna drive that far if I don’t know the price. The lady states, my boss told me not to give prices over the phone, he wants you to come in and look at the vehicle. How can you run a business like that. Lost a possible sale!!! What a joke

Made a review on here previously saying how good this place was, and now here I am writing another less than 2 months later. I have had this car almost 2 months. Its had to go into the shop for the exact same issue twice now (which is the alternator going out on it). The first time it went in they said they put a new one on it, along with a new battery. That was obviously a lie because less than a month and a half later here I am having to get another alternator. so Im just writing this to warn people about the service and quality of people here at Ideal Auto Sales. Also they make it seem like they r trying so hard to help u when in reality they are just trying to screw u out of ur money. This will be another week(if not longer) that Ill be paying for a car Im not able to use.

I would never buy another car there for nothing. Its crazy when the sales people are more honest than the service department. Service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It takes 10 or more days to get your vehicle in then they want to order the part and take another 4 days before its done on an 1 hour job. They refuse to be flexible in when its going to take so long to get the part they hold your car hostage even if its ok to drive. When you complain they threaten to cancel the service contract. I hope an appliance repair person treats Mike exactly as he treats his comsumers. On one servicing the mechanic actually broke my drivers seat side where all the electric controls are and I drove my vehicle with the seat controls hanging by the wires for 2 weeks? If I could I would give service negative 4-5 stars.

Very poor customer service. Waited a long time before anyone even said anything to us. There were people who worked there but they were behind glass and seemed to care less if we were there or not. We knew what we wanted to see. It had some issues, so we didnt buy it, but I dont know if Ill go back to test drive anything again. Poor customer service. Ill take my money elsewhere. Not worth your time. Go somewhere else.

Terrible service. If I could give zero stars I would. I would rather stick to public transportation than to get a car from this business again. I will be VERY happy once I am off their lease. If you want to avoid weekly payments, and threats of repossession after a late payment of ONLY three days--save your money, fix your credit, and go to a legitimate dealership. $500+ a month for a 10 year old car?? Ridiculous.

A woman who looks like she just woke up comes out to the lot. Immediately asks how much I want to pay per month (dirty tactic dealers use to maximize their interest profit) . I answer that Im more interested in total price and inquire about a 06 sonata with 124k. She says its 10k. 10 grand for an 11 year old car with high miles! She sees my incredulous look and rudely says bye walking away. you want to be treated terribly, while paying 3-4 times for a cars value? Look no further ! this is your place!

Before you buy a car from here (which I do not recommend in the slightest) make sure you look up the actual value of the car and multiply it by 2 or maybe even 3, and you will most likely have your total payment for that vehicle. Poor customer service. It seemed no one was interest in selling any cars. We had to track someone down for a test drive, then they didnt know about the particular car and didnt offer to find out. We ultimately left because it seems they could care less if you were there or not, even with cash in hand.
