FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!!! Buyers beware.I’ve been searching for a particular vehicle for the last two days. This dealership shows the vehicle on their website and claims to still have in stock.I called today and was called back from staff members several times through out the day. They wanted to make sure I was going to keep my appointment for tomorrow morning at 10:30.I made it known to the team that I was traveling from 2 hours away. They continued to tell me that the vehicle was still available. I did read the fine print, which made me understand the price advertised was actually NOT THE PRICE!AGAIN, I was told if I scheduled the appointment today and bought tomorrow; I would qualify for an EXTRA discount.As I continue to do my research and read reviews, I noticed that EVERYONE who posted a review mentioned about the bait and switch tactic.As I did more and more research , I also found that the car in questioned was actually SOLD two months ago but somehow it’s still being posted on theirwebsite.I am glad I did a little research before showing up and driving two hours with my family. We had our hopes up to go look at a car that was sold two months ago. BY THE WAY... I requested to speak to an actual salesperson but weird enough no one was ever available to speak with me.AGAIN buyers and potential customers PLEASE beware.

I usually dont write a review but this particular sales rep (Marcus E.) really took care of the things I didnt expect him to do with the bad experiences Ive had from other sales representative the first time I bought a car with 21st century. I didnt expect to buy another car after the bad experience Ive had but when I met Marcus he changed my mind and ended up buying another car with him. I would definitely refer my family and friends to buy a car with 21st century under Marcuss care. With that said, Marcus was courteous, respectful and his level of professionalism about the whole experience Ive had with him buying a car is beyond my expectation. He made sure that I was comfortable with everything that we talked about the car in terms of price and never felt pressured one bit unlike other sales representative. Other representative pretends they want to help you but they pick and choose who they want to help based on how you look or speak (how i felt). I am surprised that he is not a manager or with other higher position because of his knowledge and level of experience in car sales was outstanding. This is why I am giving 21st century a 5 star review because of Marcus E. and I will most definitely buy another car again in the near future!!!

There was a Jeep for sale and it wasnt priced yet. I made an appointment to see the vehicle. The person who I made the appointment with wasnt there and it seemed like there was a disconnect. I was assured that the wrangler was going to be sold at market price which is around 33-36k. I test drove the car without the salesman which I did enjoy. When I asked for the price Tim told me 45k. Which is 2k more than the car sold for when it was brand new in 2016!!!!!!!! I was disappointed in the deception. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this dealership.

Made appointment to test drive a car but no one told the salesman were the car was so we spent a while just looking for the it. We were also told we needed a credit check and to start talking numbers just to drive the car. We said no and almost walked away, so luckily the salesman was able to get permission for us to test drive it anyway. The car itself had a flat tire and severe curb rash on every rim. I could tell from how it drove that it had some modifications but the salesman did know know of any which i do not blame him for, but it was not disclosed on the window sticker. It was also 7k over the online price which itself was pretty highly marked up. Salesman was very polite and courteous.

I had the pleasure of working with Rico. Service was great, they even saved me a few $$ to help with the payments. I bout a Dodge Durango and the car was in great condition. I’m definitely coming back when it’s time to upgrade.!!!!!!!!

I am a verified buyer and bought a Maserati Ghibli from this place but it was the worst experience. Please ensure you are an informed shopper before going to this dealership. Although, they have nice exotic cars you cannot trust them.I drove 2 hours after working all day to buy a car. I walked into the dealership after 8pm and this sales guy George (Jorge) was very nasty. He looked right at me and didnt acknowledge me until I spoke to him. He then told me you dont have to buy the car if you dont want to when I asked about price negotiation. Bellah was nice and courteous but he us still a car salesman who his after the highest bidder.. Everything posted online was a lie and they have bogus discounts written in a fine print on their website. Although I did buy from them; I will never go back there or recommend them to anyone.

Fake advertisement! I saw a car on car fax which was in a good deal and I called them three times to make sure that car is available and in a good condition since I was driving 2 hours, and they said everything is good! Now, it was all different story after coming here. The salesman was very rude! Seemed like he didn’t wanted to show us the car because he came up with the story of “frame damage” and did not show us any car at all! Salesman said he is going to check if they have any other cars but he ended up bringing his manager! We did not even ask to see manager. It was very shady place. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Salesman need to learn how to talk to customers. I wish I could give minus star.

Seems nice but again typical car dealership experience. Prices are financed which is fine but don’t expect the car listed online to be there. I called and confirmed on top of that then made it there within 30 minutes and shockingly the car wasn’t there. I was told the inventory sheets were old and the person referenced them when confirming. Place is very nice however. I came prepared to buy but they had nothing similar to what I was looking for.

Buying a car is never a fun experience, but this was downright awful. I found a Ram truck on CarGurus that looked great. So I called the dealership to set up a time to go see it. I talked to them twice and neither time did they tell me anything was wrong with the car. When I got there they said the truck failed inspection and had frame damage. No one told me this before I got there and I drove 2 hours to get there. The truck was a good deal, but not good enough of a deal to deal with that. I decided to look at other vehicles, but they all seem to have issues with them. I looked at a Jeep and the exact same thing messed up frame came with no warranty the whole works. Everything just seemed extremely shady and looking at the reviews lots of people have the same issues. Do not buy from here don’t even bother going it’s just a big scam!

LIARS! STAY AWAY! The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Me and my husband made an appointment a day prior to driving over an hour paying tolls and gas to look at a car that was in stock. We even called the next morning to check availability of the car! we get there and car is not for sale! It is scared and the bottom front part is missing! We asked to speak to a manager who we waiting for an additional 30+ minutes after they said time after time he would be there in a FEW MINUTES! He NEVER SHOWS UP!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL WAIST YOUR TIME! They aren’t honest people, they will scam you on anything they can! Take your business, money and time elsewhere!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I Called three times to confirm details of car and appointment. They told me to come in to test drive the car. Drove 45 minutes to the dealership and upon arrival was told the car was not on the property because it has frame damage. Then they attempted to sell me a different car and explained in order to qualify for the price they advertised you needed to be a college graduate within the year, a US Veteran, AND a returning customer. Complete waste of time. Seems they do the same thing to everyone in the reviews. Complete SCAM!

First time Ive had such a quick and easy process in buying a truck. In 3 short hours the whole process was done and I was on my way home. These guys were great with my bad credit.

Cars are good here but they don’t have updated tracking system. Half of the used cars in the inventory are like click baits and they wouldn’t have it for sale. Most of the sold cars are also not updated in the system. Sales guys are helpful but with this outdated inventory tracking system, we waste a lot of time looking at each car from the parking lot. Hope they fix their inventory system soon. Good luck

Called the dealership to make sure the vehicle I wanted to purchase were available before driving 4 hours. I was told the vehicles are available and ready to purchase. I spoke with multiple representatives before leaving to be assured. I made my 4 hour drive for the sales representative to tell me that the online team doesn’t work at the dealership and the vehicle I was interested in buying had failed inspection and was being sent to auction. I asked why they still had it advertised he said it’s for wholesalers and the price is “too good to be true for private owners.” If you’re planning to purchase a vehicle from them, I’d advise against. Shady dealership with shady business tactics.

Yet another dealer with bad communication between the people that answer the phone( which are sitting right in the dealership) to the sale staff on what is available. Called twice to make sure the vehicles were available and for sale, drove hour and half , and of course not 1 of the 3 vehicles were there. 1 was being driven by staff because it had issues and the other were no where to be find. I gave this place 2 stars because the sale rep was a good guy and tired his best to find me one of the cars and work out deals to get me in something very familiar. But please do not disregard that having to travel to see nothing to the worst. Please work on your communication I guarantee it will go a long way in the type of business you guys are in.

Here is what shows on the website to Dodge Durango SRT I was shopping for.ALL WHEEL DRIVE, CLEAN CARFAX, 3RD ROW SEATS, This vehicle is a gray market vehicle. It was not manufactured in the United States and its manufacturers warranty, current and future recalls are not valid in the United States. But we do offer extended warranties for this vehicle at an additional cost.NO US WARRANTY And RECALLS don’t apply! SCAMS!!! Scams all the time. Grey Market cars with no warranty in the United States, read the ad description and they say it but people don’t understand the value is a lot less because of this, vehicles are just not worth it, buy somewhere else if you’re smart. Google them, you’ll see. As for fees, crazy thousands of dollars in reconditioning, a doc fee, a destination delivery fee and a cash deal non- finance fee. A car priced for $19k ended up being $27,000 cash deal, that’s over $5000 just fees, taxes and plates were less than $1,600 so all the rest wasjust scam profit fees, you do the math. To make matters worse, the vehicles are not reconditioned and they still have the nerve to charge for it with no documentation showing work was done, not even proof the oil was changed or when it was done, scams. Don’t buy at this place, they are all scamming consumers and they know it
