We purchased a new stereo from Creative Audio about a weeks ago and had them install it. When I went to leave it was already not sounding right and out steering wheel controls didn’t work. Went back inside and had to have them fix it within minutes of getting it. Now not even a week later it is making a humming noise, pulled it out of the dash and the wires don’t even match up to where they should be. Took it in to get fixed and it still sounds horrible. Call to get a refund and it’s going to end up costing me $126 in labor that wasn’t even done properly, and a restocking fee. I would suggest paying a little more and going to CarFi instead, this place is a joke!

My husband and I highly recommend this place. They are knowledgeable, fairly priced, very honest (even if it means them not selling you something!!) friendly and even funny. They conduct their business with integrity. We are return customers as they have worked on several of our cars thru the years, however, this last visit I was even more impressed with them! We will definitely be back and we will tell our friends our experience and recommend them to visit Creative Audio.

My decision to shop here was based on Google maps reviews. I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly and answered every question. I got a quote on a new stereo system for my truck. Two weeks later I went back and they had started a sale that included the unit I had quoted. The price went down $40. Also they offer a Military/Veterans discount. They only allow one discount per purchase but youll get the better price, no matter what the discount is. I am ecstatic with my purchase and with the services received!

I bought an alarm/remote start for my Silverado last year. Creative audio did a great job and Im happy with the product. Today they happily reprogrammed a new remote and made some adjustments. Good and professional people to deal with. Highly recommended.

Installed new head units and backup cameras to two of my older vehicles - a 1995 Toyota pickup truck and a 2004 Jeep Wrangler, which we will be using Android Auto and Apple Car play with to navigate and listen to music, place/receive calls and messages, and control by voice.Both vehicles needed dash adaptor kits to allow in-dash touch-screen units, and both look like a factory install - impressive work by Creatives installation crew. Everything looks flawless, and works perfectly. Really looking forwards to using these old but enjoyable vehicles now fully integrated with the latest mobile tech!

I went in with issues on my Auto Start. Immediately I had someone wait on me and they got my truck right in . They had to re-program my auto start and did so very quickly at no charge !!!

Love their sound systems

All I wanted was a simple install of an XM radio- they tried to get me to buy it integrated into vehicle stereo system but I think they were trying to get me to buy a whole new system for $450! Even just a regular install is almost $200! Not worth it!!!!!

Christopher Fuller has been helping me with some car audio stuff lately, and hes been extremely helpful! He knows his stuff & hes helped me save quite a bit of money! Definite 5/5 I would recommend these guys for anything!

2 stars because the store is pretty nice and one of the guys who work there seems pretty decent. One thing that I want to point out is, if you know what you want walking through the door than this is your place because they have no problem not wanting to speak with their customers and just taking the money. IF you have any questions or small friendly talk during your purchase this IS NOT your place. You get more info with online research and purchasing, not to mention great deals with more selection. I’m glad ALL of my audio needs are taken care of so now I never have to return.

The guys at creative are great. Havent had a bad experience. The reps are very knowledgeable and are quick to answer questions but will also let you browse peacefully. Went in the other day and there was a new kid working, he was very helpful and will be a great addition. Five stars.

I had an issue with the speakers I ordered fitting into my truck door. I found this out before i tried to install them through a fitting guide . Realized i had got the wrong ones they were excellent at walking me through the return policy for there website and were very prompt with helping return them so far and A plus plus.

Service is hands down 5 star. These guys work with you and are reasonable while giving you multiple options for mobile audio. They went out of their way on multiple visits to get us what we wanted and needed in a vehicle. We will be back.

I should have waited for car fi to open back up from the covid-19 closure.

I bought a remote start from Creative Audio and after it was installed a light starting flashing on my dashboard that the keyless remote was missing. I took the car back in and they looked at it and thought it was fixed. The light continued to flash as I was driving. I called multiple times and was told the manager would call me back. I’m still waiting on that call.... definitely very disappointed with their service.

All the guys there were very helpful and patient. They got my 11 Ram 1500 sounding top notch in no time. 10/10 will use again.

Had a remote car starter put on the wife’s car, they had a wide variety for any needs you may have. The work was complete in approximately 2 hours, the people were top notch to work with and the install was professional. Great job and I will be back.Randy

We purchased a remote starter for my wifes new Subaru! When it did not work properly I took it back only to have Even argue with me. He told me it was the phone connection. So, he sent me home & had me call the Viper company. I did this & they said they could connect with no problems. Note: there based out of California. I took the car back and talked to Corey who was much more pleasant. Were on our third attempt to make this work like its supposed to. Well see but I have to admit if you purchased a new remote starter you would expect it to work at least most of the time. If it were a new car you had purchased, I would think you would want it to start every time ! Creative car audio is trying to get us to keep a product that we paid top dollar for and it works (sometimes) ! Not sure how they stay in business with half hearted

I had purchased a complete system from another place in town and they forgot to go custom service 101. I said I would never go to that place again. I had issue with a speaker so i stopped by competitive audio to have them looked at it. Young man came out and looked at the speaker and the amp. There was just a loose connection and he wouldn’t charge me for his time . He could have charged me or put in new speakers and ranked me. Thanks for being so honest. Don’t see that much anymore, will be back if I need anything in regards to stereos systems.

I had a stereo, speakers and sub installed. The only thing I can gripe about is visually it was obvious what parts had not been put back properly. Some were obviously not matching up from one side of the car to the other and there were plastic tabs sticking out that should have been inside the dash covering.Other than that the people were nice and took care of what I needed.

Google had chimed about 500 times for me to rate my visit So my visit to set up an appointment was wonderful I give the five stars based on past visits and work that Ive Had Creative Car Audio do on my vehicles Theyre a first-rate company good prices and their work is solid. I have done everything from stereo systems GPS tracking remote start and now power inverter so they have a wide range of talent you can imagine it theyll make it happen.

I got some awesome deals on a pair of remote starts for my wife and father-in-law this holiday season. The staff helped me pick out the right viper remote start for the vehicles. The sale price included the installation so i dont get a bunch of hidden cost thrown in when it is finished!

I went here to buy a dash kit. The guy in charge was nice enough to make sure the panel would match my cars interior. What he failed to notice or mention was the dash kit I was buying new was actually used and missing 3/4ths or the parts. With my car torn apart I then had to come back to get the rest of the pieces. I mentioned how if you are selling me a used incomplete kit it definitely should of been discounted. They refused saying I got the rest of the parts from a new kit.

Its a great place to get everything you need to make your vehicle sound great. Everyone there has always helped find me exactly what I needed. They do a great job on window tints quickly and for a reasonable price. The only con to the place is it needs some updating on their showroom. Although that is a minor minor gripe. Best place in town to make your car go boom!

I attended Creative Audios tent sale at the beginning of September and they hooked me up with an incredible 12 inch JL sub. However, the next day when I was driving around through the hills of Branson, my sub fell over and yanked the audio cable out of the sub causing it to break. I called Corey up at Creative and he told me to bring it in. After 30 minutes they had a brand new audio cable hooked up and it was ready to go, free of charge.Great product & great customer service. Thats what you can expect when working with the people at Creative Audio.

From the moment I walked in I knew I chose the right place! The staff was very helpful and time efficient! They made me feel right at home while I waited for an auxiliary cord installation!

I called and setup an appointment for window tinting and arrived 10 minutes later for them to tell me they didn’t have an appointment set for me. This is not the only issue I’ve had with this business and I tried to give them a second chance but they disappointed again. I would not recommend their services.

I was very pleased with my experience at Creative Car Audio. I had them install a full custom stereo in my Jeep and everything came out fantastic. I went with a JL Audio Stealthbox with a 10” subwoofer, a JL Audio 1000/5 amp, 2 sets of Focal 6.5” components and a Sony 6.4” CD player. Sounds amazing and everything was installed correctly.

These guys did a great job, they had to have me come back to finish due to a part missing but they did not leave me hanging without a radio. The finished product was very well done and they even charged me 35% less than they quoted me originally.

Went for window tint. The guy who does the tint is knowledgeable and very helpful, but the guy out front is a joke. Decided Id get a sub and amp while I was there and he just totally blew me off and was rude enough that if my truck wasnt in the middle of getting tinted I would have just left. Prices are somewhat competitive but service and courtesy are pathetic. I hope he works on commission because I was about drop $1,200 on a whole new setup. Go somewhere else!

I brought my Nissan Murano into Creative Car Audio to have the two front windows on my Nissan Murano tinted. The sales person showed me a selection of tints and suggested one that would match my back door windows. In 45 minutes the job was completed and the tint was perfect.While I was in the shop I browsed through their audio systems which was quite extensive. They also offered a variety of backup cameras, DVD screens built into headrests, auto alarms, and other car stuff.

I had my windows tinted last week. Everyone was super professional, fast and I got a great deal, thank you!

Great service! Purchased a sony xav-ax5000, kicker speakers and a back up camera for an older model Honda CRV and they did an amazing job on the install! It looks like it came out of the factory that way.

Pretty disappointed...... I called to make an appointment and when I showed up to my appointment (they then asked oh you mean your vehicle already has a tent on it?I clearly told the gentleman on the phone while making the appointment that it had previously been tented and wasnt dark enough for what I wanted at another location.They then proceeded to tell me that its going to be another $150 to remove the tent and clean the windows before they could start to apply the new tent and it would take a total of 5 to 6 hours!!!!I am a business owner myself and if I failed to provide the information over the phone before a customer drove a 2 1/2 hours round-trip to their appointment, that would clearly be my fault and something that I would have to eat financially as a business owner.I would never in a million years tell the customer .....oh sorry I didnt tell you before you drove 2 1/2 hours to your appt , but instead of a 2 hour appointment youre looking at a 6 hour appointment and instead of a $240 service youre looking at a $400 serviceThis is exactly why the mortar and brick businesses are failing and going out of business daily in this country!What happened to the days of taking care of your customer and taking responsibility for a persons own actions ??????Im pretty much under the impression that they dont need customers that bad!!!so before making a drive to creative car audio in Springfield be sure to ask every detail and not rely on there employees tell you anything upfront on their own!They will not do it and will not make anything right for the customer due to their own mistakesSorry creative car audio ..........I will for sure take my business elsewhere AND CONGRATULATIONS on being SO busy that you DONT need any more customers and DONT need GOOD recommendations from your customers!Pretty sorry business standards in my opinion!Guess theres a reason after all this business has 3.6 star rating!

Disappointed in your deceptive Buy one, get one free radio promotion you had earlier this month, I purchased it over the phone (Im from out of town) and was very specific about wanted a two way remote for BOTH vehicles, even paid the upgrade charge and installation over the phone. My invoice even states in the Job description 2x 2-Way Responder 1 button remotes. When I picked up the vehicles, the second system installed was not a 2-way but the cheap $99 one way. After calling in checking, I was told the promotion did not include an identical system and an additional $150.00 upgrade change would be required to make them match. Why cant you be honest up font with your customers and explain the second system will NOT be the same when it is purchased and an additional charge is required if you want the same remote? Youve lost 2 customers with future car audio needs, I will also let everyone I know to be weary of your company. Buyer beware.

Very overpriced. Not one person said hello when my friend and i walked in. 5 minutes later one of the 3 guys that work there finally started talking to me. And then needed to know what amp im using which shouldnt matter. I ask for 500 rms speaker i want to b shown a 500 rms speaker. 1000rms or 2000rms i dont need to b questioned. Im hear asking u question. And then u ask me questions.

Fair prices, discounts on multiple tints however once tried to charge me for window cleaning pre tint but the owner made it right.

I had some work done on my Acura TL, the part didnt work in my car, which sucked but they took it out at my request and issued me a refund. Their customer service was awesome the whole process. Deff hope to get some more work done to my car here in the future.

They have a wide variety of products and are generally very knowledgeable. However their prices are a little high and theres cheaper places to go.

I went in just to ask the guy a question about putting my stereo in my car because there was some sort of connection problem and I needed a little guidance. I didnt ask him to come out and help or do it for me just needed a little advice. After finding out I wasnt going to pay him 45 dollars to fix the whole thing he told me my problem was that I needed to splice the red and yellow wires together since they were BOTH the power cords. Later on I found out by going to COMPETITIVE AUDIO that those were the negative and positive wires and should never be put together. AND the guy from Competitive helped me FREE OF CHARGE. SO in the future when I want to buy some speakers or subs or something definitely NOT going to this place. They are unwilling to help you without you paying them something or from them benefiting. Which in reality if you are willing to help someone free of charge like Competitive Audio then you the Customer will be more willing to come and spend you hard earned money there.
