I went here to find myself a bridal gown and I am glad I did. They have so many designs and they also have spacious fitting room. Leslie helped me a lot. She was so patient and so accommodating. I must have tried 27 dresses. And Leslie didn’t show any sign of tiredness. She was so supportive. Until I find the gown for me! I went there last March 1. I already had my fittings done. Right on schedule. My tailor who did the adjustments - Christie and the other girls are very nice and helpful too. Now all that is left is for the steaming and pick-up and it’s all set. Went in for a dress for an upcoming wedding, our consultant was Morgan. She was thoughtful, kind, helpful, and very understanding. We did not have an appointment and she was very accommodating towards us regardless. She made our say yes to the dress moment come to life! I really hate leaving negative reviews, but I cannot believe that this bridal shop has higher reviews than the others I went to in Springfield. This is the second of three bridal shops I went to in search for a wedding dress. I did not feel like the staff wanted to be there at all. I was not asked about what styles I like or helped to pick out dresses. The majority of the dresses I tried on were WAY too small, and I’m not a “big” girl at all( size 6-8 in jeans for reference). I would hate for a bride to start at this shop and feel bad about herself because the dresses run so small! My appointment was for two hours and I left within 30 minutes. Just did not feel comfortable or valued at all in this shop. Sorry for negative feedback, just wanted girls to be aware!

The staff here is amazing and very accommodating! Christy with alterations is a saint. She was flexible with my schedule and was able to adjust my dress perfectly to fit me! It can be pretty intimidating to go into a bridal store, especially if you’ve never tried on dresses, but the staff here made it a pleasant and fun experience.

I had the most amazing experience at this place! They have so many great dresses and different options to choose from. After going through multiple dresses I was finally able to find the wedding dress of my dreams and It is all thanks to an employee named Brianna. From the first consultation appointment we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Leslie and the rest of the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They were just as excited about my wedding day as I was. We had a lot of issues come up with some of the bridal party not being able to attend and they were so great with helping to make sure we had a smooth transition to the new people.I stopped in several times to try my dress on and to check on different orders. They were accommodating each time. We also used their alterations services. Sandra was so sweet and amazing. We came to spend the weekend in Springfield with a pretty big group of girls, shopping for “The Dress” for my daughter’s wedding. MK accommodated is and made us feel so welcome! I had hands down the BEST bridal experience ever!!! Leslie is the ideal bridal consultant. She was so patient and beyond loving. Lets be honest ladies, we all want to be stunning on our big day, so in order to achieve that sometimes were extra picky and hard on ourselves, but Leslie told me how beautiful I looked and helped me find the perfect dress and veil. Had a great experience with Angie this last week. She was very patient with me as I was browsing and trying on different wedding dresses. I went to another independent shop in town before going to MK Bridal where I experienced a pushy salesperson. Very glad I went with my gut instinct to go ahead and look at another shop before putting down money for a dress. I have only absolutely amazing things to say about MK Bridal and Leslie. My experience here was completely fantastic!! There was nothing negative about our day here. We got in early for our appointment and they went ahead and let us start looking. Once we got started trying on dresses, they offered us bottles of water. There was never any rush and I was never pressured into trying on dresses I did not have any interest in. Leslie was extremely helpful in getting the dresses on and buttoned and zipped correctly. I was shopping for my wedding dress today and we came across this shop on google so decided to stop in. Was greeted by Kimberly and asked if we could look at the dresses today. She very politely informed me that she had an appointment with someone at that time but she would let me go back and look! So we went back and she explained the dresses and designers. I found a few in my budget that id like to try on. Luckily her appointment was a no show so i got her all to myself! She was such a big help in getting me buttoned int the dresses and answered any and all of my questions and concerns. Then i found “THE DRESS”!! It fit me like a glove with no concerns for me having to do much altering in it. She helped me put the veil on and had flowers to piece together my look. My mom lives out of state so we had her on video chat and we all teared up and shed some tears over finding “the one”. Kimbery was amazing and im so happy i had her to help me with my dream dress today! She shared our excitement and tears. She made the whole process painless and fit me in with grace. EXCELLENT!! Misty, Leslie and all the staff are the most amazing, supportive, and helpful people. Their selection of gowns is as amazing as the service. From start to finish, our experience with MK Bridal was flawless. They are so professional and timely in their process of setting appointments for fittings, and walking you through the process until the day your gown leaves the store. In our case, they went above and beyond. The seamstress they work with is a miracle worker-dream worker. My daughter was totally satisfied with her wonderful experience.

I had a wonderful time dress shopping at MK Bridal. I had jam packed 6 dress appointments over two days in two different cities & I have to say, I felt the most comfortable here. I was the only bride browsing the dresses during my appointment & the consultant gave me the best attention. At first I was not sure if they had anything in my size that I could even try on (12-14) but she was able to pull multiple styles that fit me like a glove! Ultimately I purchased my gown elsewhere, but I always recommend MK Bridal to ladies who are looking for their dream wedding dress. My mother & future mother-in-law were also impressed with the care & detail our consultant took in listening to my vision.

After leaving the 3rd bridal shop I have tried in town feeling discouraged, I gave MK Bridal a call. With it being 3pm on a Saturday (they close at 5pm) in peak season, I was positive they wouldnt have time for me today. The lady told me to come on in! When I got there I was greeted by Leslie, she directed me to the dresses it sounded I would be most interested in. I only ended up pulling out one dress I thought I may like, but I was hesitant. When I put the dress on, I knew everything had fallen into place. Leslie helped show me how it would look with the little bit of alterations it would need. She was friendly, positive, helpful, and very approachable. Since it was a discontinued dress, it was 50% off (score!!) But on top of that we noticed it also had a 40% off tag. A dress that was originally $1450 (an amount I could never imagine spending on a dress) I purchased for $468 including tax. It was meant to be! I will say that I never think to leave reviews, but Leslie and MK Bridal definitely deserve one! This couldnt have worked out any more perfectly! Thank you!!

Originally I went in to find a maroon ball gown for my wedding. Unfortunately I dont remember the sales rep that helped me, but she told me how a previous customer had used tulle to add color to her dress. So after she helped me find a perfect dress, we met with the seamstress who ventured to the fabric store with me. We quickly found the perfect color fabric! The seamstress got my dress fitted and alter in a jiffy as I had come in close to the end of August and my wedding was on September 18th. Everyone at MK Bridal was kind and so very helpful! It was a great experience!

Absolutely amazing. Its such an important moment, finding your wedding dress, and MK Bridal created a perfect experience for me. I really felt comfortable taking my time going through dresses and trying them on until I found the one. Karls Bridal was the 5th store I went to looking for a dress. I was very pleased with the whole experience. I called before going to the store and the girl I talked to was very friendly and informative. I recently bought a dress from Abby, at Karls Bridal. I had a FANTASTIC experience. I was very nervous about trying on dresses, because I had no idea what I wanted. Abby was SO patient with me. She allowed me to try on as many dresses as I wanted, and helped me figure out what I liked. I fell in love with a dress that was discontinued and was able to buy it off the rack. It was in perfect condition. The service was outstanding, and was a million times better than what I experienced at another bridal store. They did not pressure me at all, and allowed me to take my time deciding. I would recommend Karls to any bride!

We walked in to Mk bridal without an appointment and Danielle Mauk got us right in and helped us pick out dresses and she definitely knew her styles, the makers, and her sizes. We couldn’t of asked for a better Consultant! She even stayed almost an hour late so we could come back and purchase the dress and she helped us with a finding a red sash there at the store! Definitely the best place to get any kind of dress; we will definitely be back for more business.

Mikala was a great help to me, and I was unbelievably thankful for her time and dedication! From finding the perfect prom dress to designing my corsage. Everyone was super friendly and genuine.
