These people are a straight-up jokes they are thieves. We went to go get the car fixed and they ended up staying with the car for over a month and didnt even fix the problem but they charged us over $1,000. I will never go back there.

I went to go and Have my oil changed. I was greeted by CSR Kenny. I inquired about the prices.. I asked if they still had the Tuesday Oil Change Special. He stated.. look we havent had that special in 4 years. I was like Oh wow. He was very rude. Told me if I didnt like the prices I could leave and have a good day. I usually have a great experience there. But today was not one of those. Needless to say, I left and I will not frequent that organization any longer.

I had a full synthetic oil change done on a vehicle with 95k miles. They did a good job providing me with a quick oil change which I needed in a pinch. Friendly service but make sure you look for coupons on their website /Google to make the price more reasonable.

They really try pushing over priced EVERYTHING on you. 50 bucks to change a cabin air filter? Come on now. They dont even vacuum your car or give out free car wash tickets. I wouldve went somewhere else of I knew that.

Good service but overly priced

Update Jul 2021: I want to update that about 1500 miles after my oil change my car says it needs an oil change. Either you guys did not change the filter or the oil you put in was garbage (we opted for the upsell of partial synthetic). Dropped to a 1 star and you will not see us back.Oil change was fast and friendly. Easy on the upsell boys, $300+ to do fuses and plugs is ridiculous.

Terrible service overall.... super unprofessional and they over charge for simple services... nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Because of this location I will never be visiting a Jiffy Lube again technicians were super unprofessional I was there for over two hours for a simple transmission exchange they left parts off on my car causing the check engine light to come on that was on for two weeks after I left because I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Do yourself a favor find somewhere else to go.

This Jiffy Lube location is amazing! I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family, they are very helpful with any questions or concerns you might have and keep you informed with whats going on with your vehicle.

Went in for an oil change, that turned into brake pads, that then turned into rotors and calipers. Almost 4 hours later and almost $700. I’ll never go there again.

From the moment I pulled into the lot until the moment I drove off the lot I was treated in a friendly helpful manner. The services offered were clearly explained to me. I was encouraged to ask any questions I had and I was treated as a valuable customer. The service was done in a timely manner and I was given a detailed invoice of what was done to my car as well as the results of the tests they ran on my car. The technician informed me that anytime between now and my next oil change Jiffy Lube will top off my oil for free! Clearly a company that stands by their work!I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for your next oil change! I guarantee you will become a life long customer!The prices are competitive and the often offer coupons! When I was looking for a place to get my oil changed after I moved Jiffy Lube had the best prices!

I went in for an oil change and had my tires rotated as well. I asked the tech to fill my rear driver’s tire with air. He assured me that all tires are checked and filled with air if needed. Before I left, I asked if air had been put in my tires and if my air pressure light would go off. He told me it would go off after I drove the car a short distance. I’m a nurse and was on my way to work. As soon as I got there (about 3 miles away), I saw that all he had done was switched the rear and front driver’s side tires, but had not put air in the tires. For $90, I didn’t think I was asking for a lot, but apparently I was wrong. There is nothing wrong with my tires and I filled them myself at a gas station once I left work. Thanks for the great customer service! I will NEVER return to this shop ever smh

Very good location. Went right in, they were very professional and kept me well informed of what they did and also what I needed but no pressure to perform anything I did not want. Finished in reasonable time and I was on my way. Would recommend to anyone...... I got there early so I dont know what its like when busy but Im very happy with the service they provided me.

Employees insist you get work done that you are not there for. They do not take no for an answer. Waited two hours for an oil change. They had several employees working on one vehicle, mid job working on another vehicle rather than splitting the work to get people out quicker..

Took good care of mine and my sisters car same day. I had some concerns since the jiffy lube in West Springfield lost my trust. It was a peace of mind to have someone who showed genuine empathy and great hospitality, so Ill definitely return to this location again.

This place continues to improve not only in customer service, but in the technical care of my vehicle as well. I have seen a steady increase in the professionalism and care taken with my vehicle. I think this place has gone from 1 to 2 stars to 5 in my book. The service seems to be getting faster and more efficient as well!

Went to this location for an oil change, was told I needed a new engine air filter and told why it was important to have a new one put in. I’ve had the car 3 years and have 32,000 miles on it and I’ve never replaced the engine air filter so I said sure let’s do it. Check engine light comes on about three hours after leaving and when I accelerate my car sounds like it’s being overworked. Went and got the code for the check engine light read and it was an emissions code. My dad checked to make sure the oil was clean and full..it was and no complaints about the oil change itself...but the engine air filter compartment wasn’t snapped shut and there was NO filter in there, old or new!!!! I did go back this morning and they gave me the new engine filter. All that running around worrying about my car and just upset that they tried to sell me on something I could have bought on amazon for half the price and put in myself.

Decent price and great service, staff was friendly, can’t remember managers name but she was knowledgeable and did all the things. It was a hot day and I know it’s a 1st world problem but over 85 and no ac. Again I get they are not a dealership and minor complaint as I sat in a hot small room with my 2 kids for 45 minutes. Other than that google a coupon while u wait worth the data, saved 20 by giving up an email address. 👍

When Ive gone to Jiffy Lube in the past, typically the people working there are very pushy and take advantage of the fact that I do not know a lot about cars. Hector C gave me the best service that Ive ever received at a Jiffy Lube. He wasnt pushy at all and he took the time to make sure I knew what my car needed. Will be planning on going back for all of my oil changes.

I went in for an oil change before driving to Maine tomorrow morning. The team was very thorough in ckecking out my engine and found my serpentine belt had many severe cracks. I was told it would take about an hour to replace it but I had to be at my next clients house by 12:30, that was an hour away. The staff went out of their way to help me and I got to my clients house early!!!!! Thank you SO SO SO much to the staff at Boston Road Jiffy Lube I feel safe driving to Maine tomorrow

Great service friendly staff

The staff greeted me very politely and when I looked around everyone was acting very professionally. You could see that everybody had a job to do and they were doing it to the best of their ability.I took my car in to change the oil but upon inspection they found a few problems which were Resolved for a very reasonable price; I got the tires rotated, I had a brake light replaced, and I had an air filter that was replaced. I was happy to pay full price for these repairs.When I got the bill, the manager asked me if I had a coupon, which I did not, but he took $20 off as a courtesy.All this work was done quickly and very professionally. I watched the technicians as they perform the work and was pleased as with how careful they were completing each specific job. I got my car back And I have no complaints.I would normally have done all that work myself, but was happy to pay them to do it as it saved me a lot of time.

For the most part Jiffy Lube is pretty good. But the last 3 times I have gone, there has been an issue after a service. This last time I had an oil change they gave me the receipt with a list of things they did. When I got home I checked their work and the paperwork said the power steering fluid was OK but it was still on the add line they didnt check it or add fluid. I had to take it back for them to do that.Before that I had a tire rotation done four months ago they put all the tires back on but did not put the will cap on one of the wheels correctly and it fell off during travel and I lost it.Another time I took my car to have the fluids checked and they broke the radiator cap but didnt tell me. I didnt know it was broken until the radiator fluid leaked out of my radiator and the car was overheating. They did replace it though after I explained to them what happened. Use Jiffy Lube on Boston road at your own risk. Just be sure to check the work before you leave.

Ive worked for a huge dealership for 14 years as a Service Manager and the service was very professional and the employees were very knowledgeable. Jiffy Lube has nothing to envy large dealerships. Wow service

They couldn’t service me because apparently my Scion FRS was too low (even though it was stocked) and they tried to send me to feeding hills to get my car serviced. I went to pep boys right up the road and had a much better experience. Go to pep boys!!

The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. They pointed out what else had to be done besides my oil change and filter.

I was satisfied with the service at first but then a couple of days later when I check under my hood I found that some of the parts were missing that they did not put back on my vehicle so with that in mind I will not be going to this jiffy lube or maybe not even another one anytime in the future so be careful and check your car when they are done with it.

The staff was courteous, the service was quick once my vehicle came into the bay, and the service review suggested work without pressuring or less-than-honest tactics. The only thing preventing a 5 star review is that the new policy seems to be one car in at a time, as it took longer than it used to for my car to begin service. Beyond that it was a good experience. This shop on Boston Rd seems to be run much better than other Jiffy Lubes in the area.

I love taking my car to your specific location. I have been going for years and the first time I went, everyone was so above and beyond wonderful I thought I was on the show Undercover Boss and that the owner of Jiffy Lube them self was servicing my car. I have continued to go back faithfully every 5.000 miles or so for several years and try not to get my oil changed anywhere else. The staff are accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. The lobby used to have bottled water, and no longer does. My son was disappointed since he was thirsty and one of the employees had a case of water in her car and gave us one of her bottles while we were waiting! Im a very happy, and loyal customer.

Oil changed fast..Was on long trip. ..during storm..and although they couldnt fix problem..they helped me diagnose it...and was able to find another that changed spark plugs for me..it fixed it!
