We terminated service over a year ago and have scheduled a pickup for the dozen of water bottles we still have here FIVE times and no one shows up. If you call they now charge $4.99 to talk to someone! This is not a customer friendly company and I recommend consumers look else where.

In less than a year i got 4 letters telling me they are increasing prices, like i understand every year one letter but 4 times!!!??so in May i was paying 49 dollars for 4 gallons of water , and i just got a bill for 60, so you are increasing 11 dollars in 4 months?? Kinda ridiculous.Last September i was paying 38 dollars for the same amount of bottles. So in a year they increased 22 dollars? Im done with this company...

I’d give it less than a 1 if I could! Website is clunky and unresponsive. I ordered a new water dispenser after at least 5 attempts on their website, (can’t call unless you’re willing to pay $4.99 to speak with someone!!!!) I confirmed my order, yesterday’s delivery NO WATERCOOLER delivered! Even though I had the old water cooler sitting on the step, guess what?? It’s still there!! I will be cancelling my relationship with ready refresh today. Already called culligan, less than half the price and they didn’t charge me to actually speak to them! Very bad customer service nestle!

Delivery driver was completely rude borderline violent and when I called to make a formal complaint all I got was an apology for not only the drivers behavior and treatment towards me who have been a customer for over 15 years but for also delivering me a clearly USED water cooler dispenser when I was offered and requested a new one to replace the one that I’ve had for over five years. On top of that I received a letter last week indicating a price increase again making it one since I’ve been and because I called and only because I called them, the representative offered me a one year discount for five dollars off my rental fee. I am completely dissatisfied and unhappy with the customer service, the products, and basically being price gouged i’m not important and not being valued as a loyal, long-term customer which I have been again for over 15yrs. I am definitely now shopping around to purchase my own unit and just buy the 5 gallon water jugs at Stop & Shop

I have been a customer for years and for whatever happened I get an email saying I owe $277 dollars and my account was suspended. I always make my payments and when I order my balance is zero. They said they sent letters to me but I received no letters then they send my account to a collector. Seriously ? When I got this email I called them to pay in full and they refused to take my payment. I called the collection agency and they have no record of me in their system. Horrible way to treat a long time customer. I will take my business someplace else. These people have no communication skills and treat customers poorly. Shame on you.

Used this company for about a year. Worst experience ever. I’m sad I even gave a corrupt business like Nestle any of my business.I don’t even know where to start. Everything was done wrong. Deliveries were made when I specifically called to stop deliveries. Charges to my account for bottles that I didn’t receive. Essentially being blatantly lied to by customer service reps saying they would update my account to my preferences and then it would never happen. Then I get a delivery I don’t want and need to waste 45 minutes of my time on hold to get in touch with another representative who seemed like they could hear every word I was saying, but STILL manage to waste my time and not pick up the bottles they falsely dropped off.Dealing with this company that has the simple task of water pick up and delivery makes my blood BOIL! (No pun intended!)To top it off, I kept asking if I could reduce my delivery frequency and they said that three months was the maximum space in between deliveries they could offer. (Even though bottles would show up in closer frequency i asked for) When I called to cancel my accounts all of a sudden they said I could schedule deliveries whenever I want to! Just unbelievable, these people will promise you everything you ask (which is not that much) and then never back up their word with action.Please I beg you for your own sanity avoid this company if you want to avoid frustration and terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE customer service! Dont try and refer a friend, they will change the parameters after the fact, so no one gets a credit. Great way to do business Nestle!

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would! This is the absolute worst company Ive ever dealt with.First, they had all of my information incorrect when I signed up at Costco! Then, they brought me a bubbler that almost blew up the college that I was working at. Then, my first delivery of water was supposed to be Nestle and they delivered Poland Springs. I called and they said the driver would return that day. He never did and came back the following week.Then, I had to call them because they brought the water to the wrong place. Again, they had no idea how it all happened.I finally called them and cancelled my account. I told them to come pick up everything that I was done. They pick up everything, and I leave to California for vacation. I get a phone call from my colleague that the delivery guy dropped off 4 jugs of water! Like... SERIOUSLY?! He obviously saw that there was no bubbler!I had cancelled my account, and they still delivered the water?!? Not to mention I was charged for it. I call them, from my vacation in California, and the lady tells me my account was never closed. Ugh! I told her to make sure it was closed, and that I wanted that in writing in my email. Never happened.I received a bill in August for water that was delivered then returned. I called for the 457th time, and they apologized because they had no idea what was going on.Well... Tonight, I get home, grab my mail, and what do you know? I received another bill! Another one! This company is the most dense company Ive ever had to deal with. Theres no point in calling because theyre all clueless there.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WATER COMPANY! ITS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!
