I always find what I am looking for at this store! They have everything you can imagine for home decor, inside and outside. I come here when I need to change the cushions of my outside furniture and the choices are awesome and the prices are too! I just picked up 2 replacement lampshades on this visit and saved so much on those, from what I was expecting to pay after searching online, I was able to buy 2 dog beds I had been needing to get! This place is amazing! :)

I bought rocking chairs but couldn’t fit them in my car, so the next day I came to pick them up with a bigger car but they went missing overnight. The workers were SO NICE and tried everything to make it up me. Megan (I’m assuming she was a supervisor of some sort) was so caring and offered me anything in the store for the same price after speaking with the GM on the phone. I ended up with nicer looking chairs and loved them. They were amazing and I shop there all the time. Highly recommend. This place actually cares about their customers.

I love this store! Especially Springfields. But this time there seemed to be a lot of empty shelves.

This would have got more stars except at checkout there were 2 registers open and 1 person in line at each and it still took 45 minutes to get checked out because both people decided to get new credit cards. They should have been sent to customer service.

No rolling pins? 5-tier cake platters. But no rolling pins. Cast-iron skillet accessories. But nothing to roll dough with? 10 different cocktail shakers to choose from. But I cant flatten my pizza crust. Someone really dropped the ball on kitchen inventory here. But you cant flatten that ball, as there are no rolling pins here. Add rolling pins=5 stars. I looked everywhere for those puppies and you literally have everything but those.

I personally love this place. Literally everything you would need for a home it in this store. I will say during season changing or after big sales. You cannot walk down the aisles. It is a wreck. To play devils advocate its the customers doing to a point. But you cant even walk down aisles. They need organized in a bad way. You cant even take a cart down them. If it was more organized I would give it a 5 star. Some days it is perfect. But other days it is obvious its almost a hazard.

Way over priced for furniture that isnt even built correctly. Yes, they have a variety of clearance items but they are either damaged or still overpriced.

Bought 2 white wicker chairs from Springfield, Missouri store. The back leg broke after very little use. Would not recommend..

Love this Place!.. I made it to the 1st 5 isles. Had to turn around and head to the registers to check out. I knew my bill was going to be high. Got what I needed. 2 - New Ground fault circuit bars with 5 plug-in ports. With - a 3-foot extension cord. And a GFP built-in. If I spill water on it, it will cut the circuit off. Without burning out my mothers New! Coffee pot! In the last 3 years, we have gone through 4 of My hand me down used coffee pots! Yes! I threw all of the used coffee units that broke in the trash! So - If, anyone Needs Glass coffee containers that are in Great Shape! Stay tuned for when I have a Garage Sale. Cant Guarantee! They will be a Plan Jane coffee container. Because - If, I find the time! I will turn them into a miniature terrarium! For - those who know me. I know its hard for you to Believe! I threw the broken units away. Well - It was hard! But - I did it anyway! Believe it! or Not! ROFL

Was in store yesterday and found some rugs I wanted and would have bought at least three but was told they werent 75% off as they didnt have a clearance sticker. Got home and went to the website to find that they were indeed 75% off and I couldve purchased while I was there!Called this evening to see if I could order them but was told I would have to pay regular price plus make the trip to pick them up.Customer service is sadly lacking in this store for out of state shoppers.They still have regularly priced rugs and sale is still valid how come I cant purchase them at 75% off.I wouldnt mind making the trip back if they would have been nice enough to work with me! Would appreciate it as I like this store.

Love this store, its a decorators dream. Spent hours going through every row. The prices arent bad on most items, but if you want something cheap youre better of going to a box store.

Lots of variety in many areas! Choices were slim for what I went in for though. I was looking for different over the toilet shelf units. Prices are competitive, its not a discount store but the things I did buy seemed to be of good quality.

Its easy to spend too much time here. There are fun and unique home decor and furniture pieces. There is something for almost any sense of style.

Even though we still have a mask mandate, I saw 3 employees not wearing masks and several customers! Having had covid and not a mild case, I was very uncomfortable and did not stay.I will be getting my outdoor furniture elsewhere.

This store is the biggest waist of my time ever. They advertise all these sales and you go in looking for a good deal but non are to be found. It’s been over a year since I have been in there after falling for the sales adds so many times before. About a year ago it was a big sale on patio cushions, you search through every single one and none are marked with the sale sticker yet there are signs everywhere. I figured it had been a year surely things have changed and went in yesterday for the 75% off rugs sale. Not one single rug in that place was marked down but again signs everywhere say 75% off. Employees even admit the signs need taken down because there are no rugs on sale but say they are not aloud to take them down. I will never go back in there.

My frend had bought a little globe lamp. They would not let me return it because we needed her I. D. to do so and its from a legal standpoint is what the manager said. Its a little lamp under $10.00. Mind you I had brought back something I had bought and they didnt need my I. D. Today not very good Customer service! I have worked customer service for over 25 years... not impressed with your managers! Actually quite rude! It will be quite some time before I come back, if even at all!!

The store always smells good sometimes you can find a deal things are a bit pricey unless theyre on sale..still like coming here though..enjoyable. kinda peaceful..staff is friendly and personable.GREAT STAFF. ....KUDOS GUYS

Good place to shop. It didnt have as many items as Im used to seeing in that store, but Im sure its because of the Covid19. Everyone is having problems getting shipments in on time. I will say At Home was the 5th store we went to and they were the only ones that had what I wanted. ( Three drawer shelves that were taller than most). Also it was literally the last one they had. We could not find a cart to haul it up front but this guy (employee) was extremely nice, helpful and even went got the cart and brought it all the way to the back of the store for us!The store was very neat and clean as well as the restrooms, like I said this was the 5th store we had been too.I would definitely recommend this store for young families that are just starting out, there prices are better than most that Ive found.

This store is huge and organized, however their restrooms are not available to customers an hour and a half before their closing time which is 9pm on Sundays. The cleaning lady said restrooms are closed once disinfected. Really??? First time to hear such rules in a store. Restrooms should be available to customers when they need it.

So angry. Our city is under a masking ordinance. Multiple employees working the front door and moving in between customers blatantly not wearing their masks: hanging from one ear or pulled under the chin. Shame of you. There are lots of other local businesses to support that are also safe to shop at.

The best home decor and accessories store in Springfield MO located on South Campbell. The location is always clean and Covid-19 safe with customers required to wear masks. This a very large store with tons of inventory and more than enough options for any of your home needs.

At Home is my favorite home decor store. I usually spend at least 2 hours in there every time I go. They have every type of decor theme you can imagine, from beach decor to mid century modern. I highly recommend buying your seasonal decor here, as they go ALL out! Everything they have is unique and WELL made. That counts for A LOT in my book! I especially love their fall and Christmas decor. And if you’re really thrifty, go after the seasons are over and get HUGE discounts!

This has gone down hill since the last time I was in there. Its kind of a mess now. The holiday section looked okay. However the pictures/frames and a lot of the decor was just tossed on shelves and sometimes overflowing on to the floor. There was some trash on the floor. Their music played two of the same songs with one different song in between too.
