I go to this store every week faithfully. I love seeing what new lash strips or braiding hair they have in stock. They also have many natural hair care products along with loc and wave care. Many of the products I own have been bought from here. If you’re looking for bundles, wigs, or even bleach and hair dye, they have that as well! The workers are always so nice and helpful. I enjoying shopping here!

Love it ! My number one stop whenever I need many hair products. I enjoy the selection they have as far as braiding hair and wigs. My favorite thing is the lashes! The atmosphere is always nice here.

Armani was such a friendly and helpful associate! Not only was she able to answer all of my questions in regards to products, but she also gave me information on when a product I wanted would be back available in the store! I love her positive and kind demeanor, this has become my go to hair store!

I arrived 17 mins before closing to buy one item- a pair of professional scissors. I walked in the door, the sales person said sorry were closing. I stated I only wanted a pair of scissors. They only had very cheap scissors, none professional quality. I decided to buy them anyway (desperate). I had cash, no credit card with me. Sorry she said we only take credit. What a waste of my time. Plus there was a terrible smell in the store.

One of the first “ethnic “ beauty stores that has a lot of variety. I appreciate having such a large (for springfield) variety to choose from. Will recommend to anyone looking for good prices and variety. Being a business owner yes I’d say they could work on customer service (like greeting guest, asking if they need help finding products, not being on personal calls) other than that...was pleased.

I drove 30 mins to then just to be told they were cashless and it was a waste of me and my stepdaughters time as she was excited to go to a “girls store” as she put it. And there was a time they were ONLY accepting cash . I need for them to get it together!

Love this beauty supply but please get rid of the lightskinned girl with the long lashes who works the counter. She is rude and deters people from the shop. Twice I’ve come in and she has had an attitude and done the bare minimum to help me. Once she didn’t even speak when I came in. I get that people can have their off days and are human, but she is not a good representation of the store’s brand.

Its cool store to be in Springfield but all their products arent good... Do not but Ghost Glue it doesnt work and u cant return it so u stuck with $23 useless glue

Closest hair store to me and although they have good products they are always out of something and they high asl. The employees are always gone to lunch or on break. If you dont go in the morning when they open its best to call before just going to the store even then mention you are on your way there. Nice customer service though ☺️

Love it! They are really affordable and take customer requests. And they are open EVERYDAY. I think they have a better variety with clothes, hair, makeup, and other beauty products.

Do your employees even work? Their lunch is supposed to end at 3:00 and yet no one is here. Whoever is in charge needs to fire and hire some new employees. I don’t see how your store makes money when your store is closed at peak hours because your LAZY and RUDE worker(s) don’t think they have to come to work. This is a recurring problem that needs to be addressed.

There’s potential but homegirl need a monster energy or Red Bull and some form of work ethic , for it to be a beauty supply store , she made the atmosphere ugly . But y’all already know this I’m sure

You have a great selection. Will you be investing in human hair? Also I-tips with beads. It would be so easy to buy them from the store then to order them on line.

So its 2:25 in after noon and this place is closed an yall always say support Black Businesss An you come there and no one is there its close it was my first time coming and what impression that gave me I wasted my time Coming up hereI wont be back.

This was my first visit in and the worker was one of the rudes, non helpful, bad attitude, had no knowledge nor was willing to help me find any information about the products. I went into buy hair extensions, she couldnt answer anything for me nor would help me or even attempt to make an effort. She was very unfriendly, she said she just worked there and didnt know. She is awful for this business and so is her attitude. Not once did she offer to help me or make any kind of effort. She does needs another profession not jn custo.er service.She was a young beautiful girl, but her attitude and rudeness mades her to rethink what she is doing at a job that involves helping people.

Terrible service They can give me the number of the owner.Yes sir, but he changes the handle because when one cannot deliver something after the cashier he always says so. It always says you cant return it to the store. Terrible maneger !!!!!
