These guys are fantastic. I can always count on a friendly face as well as honest and reliable car advice. Chris always calls me with the repairs I need to make now, the repairs that need to be on my radar, and the parts that Im good on.

On my first visit everything went great which was over a year ago, had belt changed and other. Although I had an exhaust leak and had an estimate of $1700 dollars and would have to have the part ordered to fix this, so I waited a year to come back (which was this early spring), because I didnt have the money to pay for it, so I came back and asked if they could order the part to get this fixed, and the guy at the front desk said yes well order it and call you when we have the part. Came back this summer, yesterday exactly 8/19/21. I asked if they had the part yet cause I have been waiting for several months and apparently it was never ordered, not in there system, doesnt even know what part it was or is, so I was lied to, waiting for nothing, so then he told me if he could call me tomorrow morning, I said ok. No call. So, this tells me they dont want my business and dont want to help me, didnt even say hey lets check your van to see what we can do, nothing. I have the money, but I guess they dont want to help. I came because I have a friend that knows the owner and recommended Law Automotive to me but I dont think I should have to mention that to get good customer service or helped for that matter. My Friends initials are T.N. (dont want to put his name out there). I can only speak for myself, my own experience here, hopefully others dont get this experience at Law Automotive.

I had taken my vehicle to several others before finding these guys. They had no problem digging in to find out what caused my issues. They fixed my car and had it back to me within a day!! Others had it for a week or two and couldnt figure it out. This will be the place I go to from now on!!

They are very nice and helpful. Law Automotive kept me updated on what my car needed. They even called the next day to see if everything was ok. You don’t see that very often. I would recommend them, and I will be back.

I had a external transmission cooler installed. They did a fantastic job.

Car was going go to the shop for heating issue, broke down on my way into work that day, so I had a local tow company tow it to the shop. Chris from the shop called to say it was in and they found something in the radiator with the coolant, so they were going flush it and go from there, a little later Chris called back again saying there was a hole in the radiator and he found a replacement in town ( which was great ) cool, so a little later he called back said the fan had locked up so they ordered a new one. At last he called to say the car was good to go, they tested it, everything worked great and ran just fine. Thanks to them I was good to go.

Got my thermostat “fixed” here. Just a couple after thinking it was fixed check engine light comes on. Insane prices and not good quality work. Plus took longer than what they said.

I used the website on a Saturday afternoon to book a brakes service. On Sunday afternoon I received an email confirming the reservation for the following afternoon but allowing me to drop off the car that morning before work. By 2pm Monday I was told what the cost would be and I approved moving forward. The work was finished by 4pm that day and at a reasonable cost. The best part? This was my first visit here. When I walked in they had matched me to my car so no introduction was necessary. When I picked up the car the invoice and keys were ready on the counter because they remembered me. This was the fastest turnaround service I have ever had from any car shop. Thank you for making my car issue disappear so quickly.

It can be hard to find an honest mechanic; thats not the case with Law. A friend recommended Law Automotive many years ago, and Ive been taking my vehicles to them ever since. Whatever the repair, Ive always walked away knowing that the price was fair. My vehicles are older now, and I dont always have the finances to repair everything at once. They help prioritize the repairs, so I can fix what is immediately necessary and budget for repairs down the road.

Best auto shop bar none. Chris and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and offer the best customer service in any industry. Charged me $80 for inspection and never found solution to problem. I later figured out the the reason for high idling rpm myself: a foul air intake gasket. Put new one in and never had issue since. If you can, save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. Even Google is a better option then their inspections.

15 minutes for diagnosis $30 was what I was charged.given the expert knowledge of the staff and the time it took to properly diagnose Im satisfied with the experience I had. Not sure what the guy from 2013 was thinking.

Law has always been completely honest when it comes to repairs needed - if it isnt needed right away, theyll let you decide if you want it done and will always call to check before doing any work. Prices are great as well, and the quality of work is fantastic.
