From my very first call to them to just see if they had time to look at the issues that one of the quick oil change places said they found to picking up the car after it was fixed everyone I spoke with was so amazing. They listened to me and explained everything I wanted more info on. They gave me an estimate on time and stuck to it. I dont want to need them but if my car breaks then I know exactly where Im going!

I couldn’t be happier with everyone at Complete Auto. I went to Rick’s last year for a brake/rotor change, and I noticed problems a week later. When I took the car back, Rick’s said “nothing is wrong.” Over this last year, my brakes got worse and worse to the point I was scared to drive my car. I called Complete Auto and they got me in within 2 days. From the time I dropped my car off to when they called and said it was ready to be picked up, it only took 3 hours- it was so fast! Everyone was so friendly, they really know their stuff, and they found the problem and fixed it. My car drives so great now- my rotors from Rick’s were severely warped. I am so bad with names, but everyone was amazing. I will definitely be back if I need any other repairs, and I will recommend them to anyone. Can’t wait for your Campbell location to open! Need to do a retroactive review. A little over one year ago, I was told that my suspension needed to be replaced immediately (within months at a minimum) because it was leaking some kind of fluid, and that it would be a very pricey repair. I had originally gone in for a routine oil change, as they always did a great job before and they gave me a small town trustworthy vibe the previous times I had gone. I consulted two different auto shops and they said that the suspension issue was simply not true. Well, over one year later my suspension is still going strong and have had no issues. Never needed to be replaced. I stopped going after they gave me this recommendation. I just wanted to let people know that if you go in for routine maintenance to take their recommendations with a grain of salt.

Complete Automotive is the epitome of an ethical business. Our diesel vehicle broke while we were on our way home from an 18 state trp to see family. Dealers and shops in the area said that they could service our vehicle in 3 weeks, but we needed to be home and to our jobs in Texas within 48 hours. Not only did Complete Automotive work us in the next morning, they offered to find us a tow company and hotel! We misdiagnosed the issue, but the awesome and knowledgable team at Complete Automotive were on top of it. They had parts in stock and we were on the road within hours. Id never used Complete Auto before and called for an oil change because its around the corner from my house. The shuttle is a bonus as I live along, work full time, and dont like taking time off work to get my car worked on. I just recently discovered Complete Automotive after my VW was giving me some trouble. Im so happy with the level of care and attention my car received. Eric is great at his customer-facing position. Eric was extremely helpful and very nice! I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer everything and went over all details thoroughly. I never felt talked down to or treated differently for being a young woman. I received a thorough quote, and they were patient when I was deciding whether to get the repairs done or not. I never felt pressured. I did end up getting them done and notified the shop on a Friday. The car had been completely repaired and test driven by Tuesday afternoon! The price was even less than the initial quote and everything is running smoothly so far, although the 3 year warranty they provide is an exceptional length of time so Im not worried. Back in 2018 we took our 2009 Ford Focus vehicle here a couple weeks before our wedding. The vehicle needed a new starter. They first told us it would cost $200 to fix when it was all said in done the price went over $800 to fix. Outrageous price for just a starter. They charged us double what the cost was supposed to be. Shortly after they charged us so high they gave us coupons for oil changes. We have not been back since due to dishonesty. Will never be a returning customer.

We got towed here after a breakdown on the freeway. They diagnosed the problem rapidly, helped me search for a hotel and rental car and were accommodating while we decided how to proceed with the car. We didnt have it repaired there, as it was too expensive for the value of the car, but I am totally confident they would have done a good, professional job.

A couple months ago my 2005 Rav 4 started acting up on me. I’m not a car person, all I knew was that the car was old and that it was probably going to be a painful and probably expensive process to keep it going. My mom had used Complete Automotive previously and had said they had treated her very well, so that’s why when my vehicle started having problems that’s where I headed. To try to make a long story short, Complete Automotive did absolutely everything they could to not only get my vehicle safely back on the road and inspection ready, but to deal with me being admittedly overwhelmed and emotional. I’ll definitely be going back for any of my car maintenance needs. The service is great, but the people who work there are out of this world. I highly recommend Complete Automotive.

This was my 1st time to use their repair shop & I was very satisfied with their services & with the knowledgeable staff. I had an oil & transmission leak. No more leaks now, they did a great job! Also, I had them repair my AC/Heater blower problems Id been having. Their 3 year warranty on repairs & free shuttle service is an added plus to the wonderful service. I will definitely be using them again when I need service done on any of my vehicles.

People were very nice. Price wasnt awful at 1600 for the work being done. Kept me informed. Had leaking oil and coolant. They invited me to bring it back for a checkup. Car has made some squeaky noises and so on but unsure what it is. Will follow their instruction to drive it a 100 or so miles and bring it back.Update: My car ended up leaking more coolant and I had to buy more when my car overheated again. I called them back and brought it in the next day for the 2nd time. Got a call the next day that they found another item that needed repaired they missed on the first inspection and it would be another 750 dollars. I told the people I wasnt comfortable with that and after a back and forth she told me 560 and I agreed under the condition the car would be fixed and there wouldnt be anymore work they would pop out on me. I got the car back about 10 days ago. My coolant is leaking again with my engine overheating. This stressed me out as these things keep happening on trips where Im nowhere near home. My oil is also leaking again. Other people tell me Im stupid for going here instead of Chevy, but Im going to call them when they open tomorrow and see if they can make things right. Id like them to refund me quite a bit of the labor as the work being done is not what Im paying for. Will update with how things go.Update 2: Had to bring car in again. I asked for some of the labor to be refunded since I brought my car in 3 times now. I missed work and was stranded with passengers and generally dont trust to drive my car further than a few miles until I can see their work holds up longer than a few days. They offered nothing back for labor. He said parts or their work can fail and they would have done nothing different and I should be glad I have warranty to fix it. I will just have to go with Chevy going forward as this process is not something I could afford to go through if I werent working from home. Sucks that things didnt work out as they seem like generally nice and good people personally. I expected more for the money and chance I took on this business.

My Camry needed a front-end alignment. I made an appointment with them, nearly a week in advance (they were booked pretty solid). I was there at the appropriate time and they wasted no time getting to it. It took an hour or so, including the mechanic taking it for a test drive. It handles MUCH better afterwards, with considerably less road noise. Not the cheapest shop Ive dealt with but ... you get what you pay for. Ill happily pay a little more for good quality work and no unpleasant surprises.All-around good work and good people.

Complete Automotive provided fantastic service and hospitality. The best auto shop I’ve ever been to and they would be my go-to shop if I lived within 100 miles. I was on a cross country road trip and got a check engine light on my 2017 Mini Cooper S (in a snowstorm as well). They were helpful on the phone and when I brought my Mini in they were able to look at it right away and determine the issues. They provided information on all the issues and a recommendation on which issues were safety concerns and needed to be addressed immediately and which could wait until I reached my destination, so I could get back on the road. They provided frequent, detailed, and helpful updates and got me back on the road that day after completing required software updates and speaking directly with Mini to resolve issues. They have a lovely waiting room with drinks, snacks, and entertainment - in addition to their hospitality and good humor (they also have a shuttle, but I didn’t use it as I didn’t have anywhere to go given covid and the snowstorm). The price was fair and the service was fantastic, would definitely recommend.

I took my car in for an oil change and was given a complete review of my car and what i should be changing on it. this is my first car and it gives me more ease at mind that i can bring my car here and be told exactly what’s going on and where, and walked through a process of getting it fixed or changed. great customer service from all of the staff. very welcoming environment and happy staff when you come in.

As always mark came to my rescue. I had motor mounts that were bad. We had a few hiccups along the way but each time he reassured me that I was being taken care of. They got me to where I needed to be and kept me up to date. I will forever use them for any of my car needs.

They did a quick job determining the problem and saved me money by finding that the problem was actually lesser than initially expected. They brought my car to me at work. I immediately noticed they aired up my low tire and had had added an air freshener to my car. I appreciated this very much!

I was referred to Complete Automotive by a friend who has worked as a mechanic. He is someone I trust. He uses them for anything he cannot fix himself. I am a single mother and I do not know much about cars. I would recommend Complete Automotive as a company that you can trust. I was having come car issues with my steering wheel shaking and my car pulling to the right. I had brought my car to a different mechanic (who had what seemed to be no customer service at all) in town that was trying to over charge me for something as simple as new tires and an alignment. Mark worked with me all day to explain what the issue was, how it was going to be fixed, what the estimate with tax would be so I was not surprised, and was just an overall great person to work with! Mark was so nice to even work with me on a price for 4 brand new tires. The payment option was so easy as well!! My boyfriend and I both work daytime jobs and we’re unable to get there to pick up my car before they closed. Mark explained how easy it was to pay online, and surely enough, it WAS super easy! We have used Complete Automotive for at least five years now. This last experience was no different. They were not just on time but ahead of schedule. I was able to drop off my car safety after hours and was contacted by phone immediately when they were able to update me on the status of my car. Every phone call was kind and honest about the status of my car. Great service all around!

I was in need of electrical diagnosis as well as an inspection and TPMS checked out. Made an appointment, spoke to Eric about my needs/wants, he came up with a plan on how to diagnose all in order of importance to me, quoted me a price, and went from there. Called me in a day or two, told me all that was wrong, said that they could return my truck to GM standards, which is what I was looking for. I did have my concerns, because some electrical issues can be problematic, but the confidence they had in finding and fixing the issues I was having left me with no anxiety, and I couldnt be more pleased with the work they did.

My seatbelt mechanism broke, which required new parts. Every step and the process necessary was explained clearly before and while the work was being done. The cost was fair and the folks kind and professional. I most appreciated the time they gladly took to answer all my questions and concerns. I will use them for all my mechanical needs.

Took my car in to get a timing belt change. Staff was very friendly and took the time to hear my concerns. Excellent warranty for the work done. Would have given 4-5 stars but for a few issues.I got back home and opened the hood, i noticed the engine cover was loose. After digging, I found a few issues. The intake tube to throttle body was incorrectly reinstalled. It looked like the hose was just shoved on without checking to see if it was seated correctly. Thankfully the tube was only bent and not cracked. Also, one of the ignition coils was not properly secured back to the engine properly. The hardware that was supposed to secure the ignition coil was on the engine cover. Im now missing hardware from the engine cover, which makes sense due to hardware from ignition coil being installed incorrectly on engine cover. Finally i found i was about 1/3 - 1/2 a gallon low on antifreeze after testing heater.Im mechanically inclined so I was able to remedy all above said issues. But for someone who isnt, it could be problematic. Hopefully, everything below and behind what I couldnt see was put together better than what I could see. Other than that, great service.

When I bought my Mini I lived close to a Mini Dealer. When I moved to Springfield I had to find someone to work on my Mini without driving to St Louis of Kansas City. So I took it to an automotive repair shop and asked them if they had the expertise to work on the Mini and if they did I would keep coming back to them. They said they did and would take care of the car.So I took it in for an oil change without any issues and one day I had trouble starting the car and it didn’t have much power. I took the car into the shop and went home and searched on the internet to see if I could find any information on the problem. Within about 10 minutes I found that the likely problem was the high-pressure fuel pump and it was a warranty item. I called the shop and they told me they replaced the spark plugs and didn’t do any research.So I took it to another shop and had them change the oil. I picked it up and drove it home and checked the level. There wasn’t enough oil in the engine to show up on the dip stick. They look at it and told me they just hadn’t topped it off and it was only about a half quart low. There are two metal beads on the dip stick and I know from experience that if the oil level is at the first bead it is exactly one quart low. For it not to show I believe it was at least two quart low. So they lied to me.The next place I took my Mini to was Complete Automotive. I am extremely happy with the service!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I called and asked how much it would cost to get a diagnosis for my car and was given a price of about $120. I dropped my car off at the scheduled time and not even an hour had passed before they called me, which I originally thought was great timing. They said I would at least need oil because I was apparently out. Then they proceeded to tell me that they would have to do more tests and asked to keep it over the weekend. I told them I would give them a call back (after I weighed transportation options). When I called back I thought I would just double check that it wouldn’t cost anything extra..and it did. They said they wanted ANOTHER $100-$150!! I’m still not sure if they were planning on telling me ahead of time if I had ended up leaving it there for the weekend or if it would’ve just be a fun surprise bill on Monday. When I asked why I wasn’t told about the potential of it costing even more, I was told “Well maybe we should have, but we didn’t want to scare you”. Yeah, they didn’t want to scare me out of spending money on them. I was trying to avoid paying the price of going to a dealership but it looks like I’ll have to do that anyways. And at least they’ll do what I’ll pay them to do.

Mark, the service advisor, kept me informed of time and unexpected repairs needed to keep my car on the road. Although it took longer than expected because of the lug nut problem, it was quality work and reasonably priced.

While traveling to Branson, I experienced a tire low pressure alert on my vehicle. I called Complete Automotive and Mark told me to come by and they would take a look at my tires. They got me in right away and was able to take care of my tire. They were very prompt and professional and gave excellent customer service. I cant say enough about the amazing customer service here. Took my car in and one of the mechanic rode along with me to listen for the problem. He said that it was something and we did an engine clean, new belt and spark plug and wires. He drove it again to make sure all was well and it wasnt. They really go above and beyond to insure satisfaction. Great friendly staff, and the shuttle comes in handy when you have a long wait. They took me home and ce back to get me when my car was done. Few days and it seemed funny so I called back they checked it and tightened things up for no charge. Great customer service!!

Love this place! Youre treated like family, and theyre by far the fastest repair shop Ive ever been to. They have free transportation service, if you need to leave your car and get to work. They have a mini fridge in the lobby with free sodas and bottled water, snacks, homemade cookies, toys for kids, books for kids, and super comfortable furniture. Their bathroom is super clean and cozy. They do great repair work, and, like I said, they are fast. I think the longest they ever had my car was maybe 2 days. Any other time, its usually same day. I would say they are a bit pricier than some shops, but Im not even sure thats true. Their pricing is pretty competitive to other shops, and they wont tell you something needs to be done, unless it REALLY needs to be done. Theyll also be honest with you about whether or not the repair can wait. Most of the time, theyll tell me to watch out for something in the future, but for the time being, it doesnt need to be done. I love that! I really wont take my vehicle anywhere else, when I have an issue.

Called Mark at 0730 and had my van in the shop bay at 0815. They looked very busy but being that we are from Texas and just passing thru had us fixed and back on the road at 1100. Had two hoses bust. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone. Plus they had us a shuttle back to the hotel and picked us up to retrieve van when fixed. 1 million stars from us.

Ive taken both my cars here for a couple of years now (Honda Pilot and Hyundai Elantra), and am always pleased with the service. I usually call around town to get several quotes, but Complete has always been the best price or tied with others, as well as being extremely professional and courteous. Had a antifreeze leak the other day. They were able to fix it quickly and from what I can tell efficiently. They were very nice.

Exceeded my expectations with a shared inspection report sent to my phone for online review, which allowed me to view firsthand what exact inspections had been performed, with clearly marked results.
