Great place wont let you leave without the best deals, highly suggested if you need anything done

One of the best places to change tire . Including Semi Truck and trailer tires.As well as passenger vehicle tires.Prices are affordable. Way better than most places. Usually there is no or little line to wait. Call before you go there. They can prepare the tires for you. They have all different kind of tires. Also you can find some nicely used semi tires.

Ive been coming to this location for repairs and maintenance for about two decades and Im always impressed and pleased with the service. Travis is a true stand up guy. Theyve always been open and communicate different options and ways to help out the customer. Just one of those shops I feel safe about bringing my car to for service.

City Tire is my spot for everything I need for my car. There very nice there. And Dan is Awesome. Give them a try there on Avocado Street, cant miss it.Prices are Great also. Go!!!!!

Got a nail in my tire and went straight to City Tire. They patched the tire in 30min and were extremely professional and courteous. City Tire is the best!

They put the wrong size tire on our truck,funny to watch they are clowns just not sure any of them can read,I mean how hard is it to look at the other 7 tires on the back of the truck and put a matching tire,gona loose $$$ on a trip to get it swapped out

Great place. Travis and Zach always are willing to help. Great service at fair and reasonable prices. They stand behind their work. They help where they can when they can. What more could you ask for from a company and its staff.

They said they would let me know how much it would cost so I could say if I agreed and could actually afford it. Next thing I know they called saying the car was fixed and that it was a couple hundred dollars. I didnt had the opportunity to decide and analyze what I could do. At least so far it seems that the work was well done although, from what Ive gathered, what they charged was very high.Just please, dont assume that everybody has the money to pay for everything. Or, even if they have it, they might be money wise and want to compare prices to get the best deal (I dont mean the cheapest).

I purchased a set of 4 used continental tires online at a great deal. I took them to City Tire to get them mounted and balanced which they did for $70 in about 20 minutes. Customer service and pricing is amazing and the service department is second to none in the region. I wouldnt have my tire work done anywhere else!!!Scott AubuchonSpringfield Ma.

Awesome service. Everyone was professional and friendly. I rolled in with a surprise flat tire, Id never been there before. They got me back on the road quickly and the price was very reasonable.

Ive been going to City Tire for nearly 20 years. Ive always been treated very well and they have always had a solution to my problem.... Whether it was snow tires for my daughters car (in the middle of a snow storm) or tires for my backhoe they had something that fit my need. I also appreciate that they have a variety of tire brands at all price points. Ive even called them for advice when I had to replace a flat in Virginia. They even called a local tire dealer on my behalf... Not sure if it helped with the price but I certainly appreciated the customer service!

What a great place! the staff was exceptional,experienced and kind...all kudos to this great place...a better deal cant be found any where else..

Its a shame I couldnt get my tires remounted with the inside facing out for my last tire rotation before I get new tires. I was told they were illegal, and therefore they were not permitted to remount the tires. On the edge they were all double the legal minimum. So of course Id like to try and get some of my moneys worth out of them, the center of the tread still has 5/16 remaining.

Have been here 3 times and the customer service is great! Don’t ever use Town Fair tire they are not good at all and don’t care about the customer.

Had a box truck blow a front tire in Westfield. Called Citi tire. They were able to get a guy out there in less than a half an hour. Truck was back on the road in under an hour from when I called. Can’t get any faster than that! Great job!

I needed to replace one tire after a blowout and Warren and the crew at City Tire on Avocado Street took good care of me. They matched the new tire to the ones already on the car and had me out of there within an hour after walking in without an appointment. I will return there for tires as well as front-end service in the future.

I took my car there twice for the same issue. The first time they couldnt figure out the problem and the man I spoke with was very unpleasant. The second time I took my car in they figured out the problem. They told me they needed to order a part to fix my car and that they would give me a call once they ordered the part. I thought it was strange that they didnt order the part while I was there so they could give me an estimate. They never called me back. Im taking my car to a different mechanic from now on.

Been a twenty year customer... You can always count on them for outstanding service & honesty. Wouldnt bring my car anywhere else!

Fixed my tire in minutes good price

Been to this place twice each time I had them replace a tire. After my tire was replaced they could not reset my pressure sensor because no one knew what they was doing with the machine. Both times I had to go to town fair tire and it only took them 5 mins to turn it off...

They quickly repaired an odd sized tire I brought in from a job site. Very pleasant people.

Because I was having my tires rotated they suggested that I come early in the morning because they did not accept appointments. I went in early on Monday morning it took them less than an hour they rotated my tires fixed a small leak. I asked them what I owe them for fixing the tire and they didnt charge me! Thats a bonus in itself. Im glad I bought my tires from their years ago

Unethical sales practices! Salesman told me me to cancel my tire order with Costco because he would beat their deal. When I asked him to put that in writing he said hed fax it to me but he never did. Next day I went back and asked him to put it in writing and he wouldnt. I bought the tires from Costco and couldnt be happier.
