Dont go there if you cannot handle cute little kittens that reach out of there cages at you with there happy little faces because theyre hoping you will become their new family. Soooo hard. We all have options when it comes to getting your vehicle worked on. They font doesmt know what they are doing. They tell you one thing then HOURS later it totally something different. They know what they did. 1st time was for a estimate had stuff drawn up to see which we liked awesome. 2nd time we dropped the car off thinking it was getting the exhaust we talked about the 1st time but NO had car for 4 HOURS nothing got dne we go pick it up and they say well it was for a estimate, was mad but then said we can have your parts Tuesday and you can bring your car that friday and we get it going for you. So Today Friday we took car up there at 8am had trouble getting in cause the blonde lady didnt put appointment down right but the other girl made it happen so we waited 6 HOURS then decided to call to how it was going to only find out they for One was waiting for the parts that they would be there Tuesday before my appointment and for 2 they did nothing else. WASTE OF TIME N THEY HAVE NO COMMUNICATION WITH EACH OTHER COULDNT EVEN TELL US WHY NOTHING WAS DONE

Did good exhaust work but over inflated my tires an didnt set sensors back. Ended up having to take it to the dealership.

This is the regular shop I go to, for most of my mechanical work. The owners/staff are friendly & helpful. The owners are actually personal friends of mine! Theyre very personable people, knowledgeable, & always happy to answer any questions that you may have in regards to your vehicle. Theyve been in business for quite a while, & have a solid reputation. All of their mechanics are certified.The shop is fully equipped, with advanced tools, & equipment. It has a nice waiting area, that is clean & comfortable.If youre looking for some custom work done, or just general maintenance, I HIGHLY recommend that you give them a try!

Super friendly and squeezed me in for a quick fix! My side sliding door on my van got stuck open. It would not latch shut! I went to another mechanic before and they wouldnt squeeze me in. I called American exhaust Pros & More and they helped me right away. There was a little wait but not too bad. Plus they topped off all my fluids for me. It was a life saver and didnt hurt my wallet any!

Sorry excuse for an exhaust shop. Scheduled an appointment for 10am to have my mufflers cut off and some pipes and tips welded up. I was told my vehicle would be on the lift by 10:30 and would be completed within two hours. Around noon I called to check on the progress on my vehicle and was told they had not even started and they would need it until 5 to even be able to complete the work. I agreed to leave my vehicle until 5 in hopes to have not wasted my time. 4pm came around and I got a call that the work was nearing completion, upon that call I drove to the shop. Upon arrival I noticed that the mufflers were still on the vehicle after having requested them to be taken off. I then asked if the mufflers could be removed as requested from the beginning, the man was then short and mouthy with me and cut the exhaust off of my vehicle damaging the tips that had just been purchased. He then told me to take my vehicle elsewhere. In the end, I have wasted my time and have to replace the tips I had just purchased. Take your vehicle elsewhere, somewhere where your business is appreciated.

If you want a reliable auto shop that takes the time to doctor your vehicle, this is the place. They go over and beyond for their customers to insure vehicle safety, and reliability. Wouldnt trust my vehicle with anyone else in town.

This is a great shop! I have used and referred them many times. They used to own Andrews custom muffler and brake. Craig is the best custom exhaust man and makes dual exhaust look perfect. They give honest estimates and check and fill all your tires and fluids without having to ask. They will check everything so that when you leave you know everything wrong with your car. Whether youre broke down, needing maintenance work or looking to do something custom this is the place to go.

I bought a truck a 1994 suburban from the shop comes to find out that the fuel pump had been JB Weld it into the gas tank and that all they claim to have done was hooked a ground wire up to the fuel pump if you hook a ground wire up to the fuel pump you are going to see what was going on with the fuel pump I would just told sorry for your luck pretty much all I have to say is American exhaust pero Im contact in the safety state inspection board for the way that you give out inspections because I could have been at very A very high risk of blowing up and injuring myself and other people on the highway so buckle up its going to be a bumpy ride

I have a 2010 Malibu that I thought would never sound good, but I was wrong!

Friendly people. Their exhaust guy was A+. I had a muffler delete (quad tips) on my Camaro SS done. The work is fantastic. The car now sounds more aggressive and I am already getting complements on my exhaust. I might get a few bullet Magnaflow or Borla after a few months just to tune the sound, but I could not be happier overall with the service and price. I recommend them!
