I always try to “shop local” and this place was amazing. Stopped by for rock chip repair questions and made appointment for the next day. Price was $50 which I thought was more than fair. I waited on repair and it took them no time. Will definitely be going back for any window repairs or replacements.

This is the second windshield in my Jeep I have had replaced here and I drive 45 minutes to have it done. The customer service is awesome and they always work at getting me in first thing in the morning and provide me with a car to drive for the day while they are working on it since I live out of town. I love how they always explain all of the details and the work is great as well. I will continue driving 45 minutes for any work I need done.

Called just for a quote, but the price was so good, I made an appointment for the next day.. They overnighted my windshield and worked me in on a Saturday with a skeleton crew. Beyond impressed!

I had an issue with my sunroof that was worse after taking it to Ford and there was rain coming in a few days. Ford wouldnt get me in for a week, but Auto Glass Systems were able to get me in the day I called, had the part there the next day, and my sunroof was completely fixed the following day! They communicated everything with me every day. Very professional, friendly, and price was better than Ford quoted me at. I know how much I look at reviews so I would recommend them!!!!

I had a freak accident with my windshield. I came in and was greeted and serviced quickly. I used my app for my insurance card and couldnt find my deductible. But they were on top of it calling my insurance. Once I got my app working right, everything went smooth. I was so relieved of the loaner they gave me for the day. My overall experience was awesome!!!

This shop does great work at good prices. They were my second choice but should have been my first! I had contacted a different company to install a windshield and molding on my 1977 F150, but that company couldnt get the windshield installed, so they gave up after several hours of struggle. Auto Glass Systems had it done in 30 minutes!!! My trucks windshield looks great and I cant thank them enough. Job well done folks!

Great service, friendly, professional. In my most recent case they diagnosed the problem (a loose connecting wire) and fixed it no charge. They could have sold me parts I did not need and I would have been none the wiser. I trust them completely to do quality work at very reasonable prices. I had a similar experience a couple of years ago, when the window repair was done much more inexpensively than expected. I will go nowhere else.

I can not say enough great things about this business! We needed a new windshield, and my brother recommended them. I called on a Friday morning, and Cheryl was very friendly, and helpful, she made me an appointment for Saturday morning. She called me back, and asked I could drop it that same day. Only 4 hrs later we were driving away. I couldnt be any happier with my experience!

These guys were $200 cheaper than Safelite, I just had to drop it off at their shop instead of them coming to me. Safelite have me the same option as well just $200 more. Replaced windshield in my F350. The work was completed in couple hours and I was able to drop it in the afternoon so that I was able to work a full day before getting windshield. Im very happy with the cost and process, recommend anyone to check Safelite price against them. Also you can call these guys and talk to a real person which is helpful when getting any kind of repair work done.

Had a small star crack from rock impact and was referred to AGS by the service manager at Carguys Autoworks. Went by in the afternoon to have it looked at and got the ok for repairs but they were very busy so I told them Id come by in AM. Got there when they opened and was told it would take 45 mins to repair but was out the door in 30. They also told me their repair would not make crack completely disappear but I certainly cant see it so am very satisfied with repair and cost ($50). Unless you are offended by underselling and overperforming I would recommend this business.Edit: My original review indicated that the glass repair resulted in my not being able to detect the original chip, despite being assured by the company that this would not be the case. Yesterday (weeks after repair) I was driving into a lowering sun and did catch site of a couple of hairline splinters emanating around the periphery of the original pit. I am still 5* satisfied with this company and the repair and write only to forfend others from using my original review as a basis for complaint.

Awesome service. Nathan was professional and knowledgeable. They had the glass for my Jeep on hand and replaced it within 12 hours. I had my father run it up there so they could replace it that evening. I asked Nathan if he could put the soft top up for my father so he wouldnt have to bring it home in the cooler weather. He did so without question.... Great service!

Auto Glass Systems replaced a windshield in my Toyota yesterday and have in the past fixed numerous chips in my windshields on 3 different vehicles. They have done each job completely to my satisfaction. Their prices are competitive and they are professional all around. Having the use of a loaner car was a big help. Ive dealt with this Business *3* times in the past 4 years. Two were *out of pocket* busted windows with my Chrysler 300M and the other was Insurance coverage (Windshield replacement) with my Cadillac DHS...so I know them well!THEY ARE COURTEOUS, SKILLED, FAST and FRIENDLY...simply the BEST!

Got a chip in my windshield fixed and they are really friendly and fast.

The male employee that answered the phone to schedule my appointment was rude, bossy and told me that even though you have an appointment we aren’t sure if it will be repaired the same day because we have 5 windows to replace, he kept talking and interrupting me during the conversation, why schedule a appointment if you can’t fix my window, they act like they’re doing me a favor, I’ll take my business somewhere else. I left a message to cancel my appointment and nobody cared to call back and ask why, very poor customer service.
