Excellent quality work. Had my BMW 3 series done here, it had some scratches and dents but they were able to color match it perfectly and delivered on time and with the quoted price. They even helped correct and diminish another scratch on the car that I did not mind as much. Went above and beyond, both Dennis and Don are great.

Very professional and did a fantastic, seamless job.

They would give a estimate to fix the car and then expects you to fight with Insurance company to get the estimate approved. I had to call every day to get an answer from them. Poor Service.After 2 weeks with no results I have decided to take it to a different repair shop. I have no idea why BMW recommends this place to customers.

I have read another review here where the reviewer complained that Automasters did not do anything to get the owners insurance company to pay the estimated repairs. It is not Automasters responsibility to obtain payment from the owners insurance company. It is the owners responsibility. I have always received excellent work on my BMW here.

Dennis and all of the crew are courteous and most professional at making ones vehicle as good as new! It does not get any better!
