After a minor collision, Polly offered for me to come by and get a quick assessment as to my vehicles driveability, which helped me out in the short term until insurance kicked in w/a rental. After getting in an accident in my Subaru I wanted to use a certified collision center to do my repairs. And WOW! I was not expecting the level of service I received! The daily updates. The coordination with the rental car company to have me picked up and dropped off...just amazing. If you have USAA and own either a Tesla or Subaru reach out to USAA and let them know you want these folks...trust me.

Had an encounter with a pole in the parking garage. Ford recommended Metro Collision Repair. They gave me an affordable estimate that considered after market parts price, which were matched by Ford parts. They painted and completed the repair including wheel balance and alignment. The result is that I cant tell a collision occurred. I got txt summaries and pictures along the process and ultimately paid less than the estimate. To say Im happy is an understatement.

Car look brand new once they finished. I also enjoyed the courtesy car wash and cleaning.

If you own a Subaru they are certified and use Subaru parts. They even washed my car.

The staff at Metro Collision Center was wonderful they went above and beyond my expectations. I spoke with Ms. Polly on Saturday to set up an appointment for Monday for my vehicle. She told me the best time to arrive so I can get in and out. She made sure I had directions to the location; that my rental vehicle was already prepared for me. She even corrected a mistake the insurance company made that said I had a sedan and not an SUV. That was important because my rental vehicle needed to be an SUV. When I arrived Monday Jonathan immediately took care of me. In less than 15 minutes my vehicle was in the shop and I was on my way to pick up my rental. Wednesday evening I received a notice that my vehicle is ready. If I ever need work done on my vehicle again, I will definitely come back. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My 2017 Mustang had a bubbling paint issue. Ford agreed to cover the work. I took it to Metro Collision based on my wifes positive experience with her vehicle. Metro collision swapped out my hood and beautifully matched and blended my Ingot Silver paint so that any repairs are not noticeable; not an easy feat. Both John and Polly were great to work with and kept me updated daily on my cars progress. Very pleased and I would recommend Metro Collision Center for your own vehicle repairs.

I took my 1999 Toyota Corolla in for body work after being rear ended. My husband and I worked with Jonathan Hidalgo. From the beginning, Jonathan explained the process to us and did not push us to make any decision. They worked with the person at fault’s insurance and we received an amount to more than fix the back end of the car and cover a rental car. Jonathan ordered the parts and then explained how they would fix the car, parts needed and how long the process would take.Honestly, I didn’t think my car was worth repairing, but I had just had major work done on it, and wanted to recover the car long enough to justify the cost of prior repair. The parts ordered were Toyota parts, but the prices were more than fair, much less than a Toyota shop. When I went to pick up the car, I could not tell the car had been rear ended or the trunk mangled. Metro Collision fixed my car, came in under the estimate and was returned to me in perfect, clean vacuumed condition. I wholeheartedly recommend bringing your car here. They are honest, fair and the work is impeccable! Thank you!
