Received a recall letter indicating a 10 year extended service for the steering module of my Audi A6. I immediately requested an appointment as my steering warning light was on. Previously my appointments were scheduled promptly, this time it was scheduled for a week later. Was told my warranty expired two days prior and repair would cost $3200. I mentioned I requested the appoint the prior week - I was charged the $150 diagnostic fee an told that cost would apply that toward the repair fee. Service department has access to my warrantee expiration (date vehicle delivered to the dealer) which was 6 months prior to my purchase date. Suspicious!

The people are friendly that’s why they get a star. The service was said to take 1 hour for alignment and a recall. We left for 2 hrs and no call so we came back. Upon returning to the dealership they said it would take a additional 2 hrs due to a emergency flat tire that came in. Sorry but a flat tire doesn’t make sense for a 1 hour job to be pushed to take 4 hrs now. This is the second time to come here with the same service every time. Tulsa Audi is much much better. So if you have a choice like we do, I highly recommend Tulsa Audi.

We stopped by the lot on July 4th to view a vehicle we had seen online. We did not expect them to be open but were greeted by Josh within a few minutes of arriving on the lot. Arrived early one morning with no appointment or call to see if there was any possibility of getting a regular 30 thousand mile service. Was traveling cross country and would not be back to my dealership in Virginia for a few days. Cody says we will work you in as soon as possible. Hats off to Audi of Springfield for taking an awful experience I had in St. Louis and going the extra mile to make things right, something they did not have to do with my situation. I’m beyond thankful for the generosity of them for working something out that worked for me. Dealt with Josh -Audi- even though I am a BMW person, Josh went out of his way to assist me, occasionally tossing in a pitch for great deal on one of his used Audi vehicles but we went forward with the BMW. I used to sell BMW/Audi in NC and was amazed to see how things have changed. VERY SMOOTH procedure from front lot to the BOX no pushing or pressure and all was explained. I still get lost in the ELECTRONICS of this vehicle but am working with their Tech Guru to get me through it. Sam was very helpful throughout the purchasing process. Very patient with all the questions I had and quick to respond. Very open and honest with questions, did not pretend to know all the answers. Excellent follow ups post purchase. Overall it was a great experience. The only annoying part of the process was the final step in dealing with the finance person where additional service packages from the dealer were offered to purchase. Would have been nice to know upfront all of the available service packages available instead of at the end.

Will Rodriguez was our client advisor and as others have noted, the entire Audi team is very low pressure in terms of selling you on a certain vehicle. They are all about finding a car you love and that wows you, and they did just that. We love our new S7!!

My car is an Audi A8L and I took it to Springfield Audi for a very difficult troubleshoot. They were able to find a faulty temperature sensor inside the compressor for the air ride system. This is gone through 3 shops before them and no one was able to take the time and dedication to find this error. As a resident of Florida I felt I had access to a higher degree and experience with Audis, but this proved not to be true. The staff at Springfield Audi have an exceptional approach that is worthy of the Audi you are driving.

I am not a big fan of online purchasing and a supporter of local shopping however this was an exception. I am from Little Rock and I was let down on a purchase of a car that was sold despite my offer on it being accepted the night before which is not the major issue, The issue that I was not happy with that I wasnt told till I arrived after I cancelled my work that day and it felt like they were doing me a favor buying the 80+ thousands dollar car. I then looked online and came across this dealership by chance. I did not take them seriously initially because they made it look too simple although I was getting out of a lease early and I was swapping my E300 Mercedes for the 2019 A7 I dreamed of having for few months. I was surprised that within few days, They literally took care of everything and one of them ( Spiro ) Delivered the car to my place of work although they did not have it initially. I found out they took over it while it was on its way from Germany ) and the process went so smooth. Josh Ford and Carey did all the work in the background and he was available at odd hours and went above and beyond. I think Audi USA should take a note of how 2 dealers can perform with such contrast. I dont write reviews often but this one is worth it. I visited the dealership and identified CPO Audi Q5 which I liked.The Brand Specialist was extremely nice and knowledgable.Negotiated and agreed on the price with manager approval, provided information for the title as well as info on my trade in car. The next day when I was on the way to complete the transaction and pick up the car ( I live 70 miles away from the dealership) I received phone call from the dealer that somebody walked in and is buying the car I was going to purchase and they can give me a call if the transaction falls through.I bought quite few cars over the years but never experienced this type of business practice as at AUDI SPRINGFIELD which I can only compare to shady used car lot. One star is one too many.

A friend of mine just got his first car there. A 2010 Mercedes no less! Got a great deal and its a heck of a great ride too. Mike helped him through the whole processes and gave him knowledge on getting a new care later in his life. 10/10 would send friends there again.

Terrible customer service! They made a deal for S5 sportback for the vehicle to be shipped in from Chicago and got a down payment of 11K and the next evening told me the car I wanted was sold. Didnt even have the basic courtesy to call and let me know, I had to call and find out. Worst thing - there was no remorse in letting me know that they sold a car to me which wasnt actually available to purchase. The entire transaction felt like they were doing me a favor.

They wasnt interested in selling me a car I would be happy with, just any car so they can celebrate a sale. Not going through this shady dealership. I will most likely go through St Louis instead. This past fall I was lucky enough to find a used A4 wagon on the Audi Springfield lot and since it checks basically every box for what I want in a car, I found myself very interested. Being that I am a fairly recent college graduate, making a purchase of this nature was a pretty imposing task. Fortunately for me, Tamas Kiss did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease with the buying process. He was very easy to talk to and he came across as very genuine.
