Had rear tire going down near Springfield while in cross-country ride from Arizona to Pennsylvania. CCM had me fixed up and back on the road with a new tire in under two hours. I noticed real attention to detail in replacing the tire and adjusting the exhaust heat shield after installation. Recommend this shop strongly.

Called on a Saturday to try to get my ATV in for service. I got the voicemail, but I didnt leave a message. About 10 minutes later I got a call back (again, I did not leave a voicemail). Explained my issue and the worker informed me that theyre extremely busy this time of year, so itd be 2 weeks before they could schedule me. He then suggested for me to try something fairly simple. Turns out that identified the problem. I ordered the needed $30 part and will be able to replace it myself, saving on labor and me having to haul the ATV in and drop it off/ pick it up. This was my first experience with this shop, but Im sure it wont be the last. Customer service was great!

Took a buddies bike up there in a truck they helped get it out and didnt pressure him into buying things he didnt need so a plus all around nice shop great guys will recommend anyone that has motorcycles to take them here

Had my bike serviced there because world of powersports is not a good place. I knew my bike had a few problems... when I picked it up and rode it home I was amazed!!!! It runs superb!!!! It hasnt ran that good since I bought it! Plus the even checked my coolant. And yes,it was bad.. real bad. Probably from the last owner.. I will definately be taking it back there when needed!

My first interaction with this store was fantastic. Got to meet the owner and will be taking my motorcycle there for service. The same service that the place I purchased the motorcycle from wants over $200 for. Anytime I can save over $100 on service - you got my attention.Update: Just had my bike serviced for the 2020 season. They got it all done plus fixed to other items. Skylar and his crew are quality guys. I will go there exclusively for my service moving forward. Great team!

These guys always take great care of me and my bike.

Went in to get a phone mount. I already had the RAM mount arm and x-grip, I just needed the handlebar mount. These guys asked what type of bike I have and then proceeded to show me something they came up with in house that mounts to a factory Harley screw instead! Super clean and my handlebars arent cluttered. The salesman even put it on my bike for me in the parking lot! Will definitely do business with these guys in the future!

Only had one bad experience here when the guy at the counter didnt seem to care to help me. Im young but as a customer and avid rider I didnt expect .... That being said every time I called and spoke to someone they were always very helpful and willing to answer any questions I had. They were able to prep and charge a battery for pickup when I needed it, very convenient. Spoke with a technician when i was in there, nice guy. I will continue doing business here.. needing a tune up might be in for plugs and wires here soon. Still the best place in town and less than a mile from my house.

Best local bike shop hands down. The people at Halls act like theyre doing you a favor by letting you walk through their door. That may charge corporate rates to check the air in your tires. Capital City doesnt care what kind of bike you own. They give great service for a good price and will make it right if you have an issue.

Cuyler was very thorough with a minor brake problem after replacing my tires. Spent an hour making sure it was right. One of the few places open on Mondays. Highly recommended.

I was passing through from out of town on a long trip, needed some quick maintenance at the last second. The owner is very knowledgable and personable, was able to sneak my bike in the same day, and charged a very fair price. Its almost worth the 250 mile trip one way to come back next time my bike needs something.

Came in with motorcycle making a few sounds. Came out with a clean no more sound motorcycle as well as an in depth explanation for what went wrong and how to avoid it in the future. Cuyler is personable, meticulous, and really knows his bikes.10/10

They are good at figuring out whats best for you and your machine, and are honest about what repairs are needed to fix the problem. Their service prices are quite reasonable too. My one real criticism is that theyre usually pretty hard to get ahold of by phone. Still, they know their stuff and will do right by you, so if you cant reach them by phone I recommend you just head over there and talk to them in person. You wont find a more knowledgeable motorcycle mechanic in Springfield.

Excellent very knowledgeable mechanics. The 1st motorcycle shop Ive found across central Illinois that doesnt seem to want to milk a person for every dime they can get.These will be the only guys to work on my motorcycle.

Cuyler is always honest and helpful. They can be quite busy at times because of it being a smaller shop, but they are excellent and I wouldn’t recommend another shop but this one.

I test rode a couple zero motorcycles. Very cool store and set up.

We walked into an empty showroom waited for 10 mins never saw anyone looked for the oil we needed ourselves and could not find the one we needed. I then hit my head on a motorcycle hanging from the ceiling as we were heading out the door. Overall not a place I need to visit again.
