They are the best. When I first got into archery it was difficult not being from the area, I didnt really know anyone. The first minute I walked into the bow rack I was made to feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was super friendly the range is great, if youre looking for a great place to shoot or spend some hard earned money on something we all love so much stop in you will not regret it............

Good people who do it right! The bow rack has earned its reputation as one of the best Archery pro shops on the west coast. Everyone that works there is great, and gives each customer the same amount of care and attention no matter if you bring in your 10 year old bow for a tune up or buy a brand new flagship. They’re always busy, as good businesses usually are. but it’s worth spending a bit extra time and enjoying the atmosphere to know your bow is getting set up right the first time.

Went in today and they are super busy,but Wayne took his time with me to help me out. He helped me pick a bow and took the time to sight it in and show me how to shoot it. Everyone in the place was friendly and customer service is outstanding. This is an awesome place. Highly recommend.

Well as you can see most reviews are great and I would say that, as I seen are very good, if Wayne was the one helping you. Unfortunately I had a different experience. Without going through multiple shortcomings not all experience will be as good as posted. I left feeling very let down by what I was lead to believe that this was the place to purchase you next bow. Even a thank you would have went a long way after spending close to 1400 dollar. Sorry I feel like I was bothering you guys.

I am NOT saying this is a bad company, but what I am saying is, do not special order a bow (PSE). I ordered a PSE because Matthews and Hoyt were a little pricier and couldnt afford those makers. I stepped down to PSE and almost 6 months later I have to step down from a bow I wanted, to a bow I havent even seen. I have to settle with it or go out of my price range, again or I wont have time to practice before hunting season. I pretty bummed. Guess thats how the cookie crumbles. Anyway very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. I encourage the community to shop and buy their bow supplies here just PSE.

What a great experience, the customer service is amazing at this place. I brought a older bow in to get a new string and cables put on and they treated me the same as someone that was buying a flagship bow with all the bells and whistles. I will be buying all of my archery products at the bow rack from now on!

BEST BOW SHOP I’VE EVER BEEN TOO!!! I drove 10 hours to fix my old bow that was having LOTS of problems after having a new string put on by another shop. Diagnosed and fixed my bow 15 minutes. Test shot a new bow and left a few hours later with a new bow and custom built arrows. Shoutout to Chris and the rest of the staff who helped me. It was truly a pleasure doing business there. I am now a customer for life.

I drove about 12 hrs round trip to have the crew at The Bow Rack tune my bow and make up some arrows for me. Even on a Saturday with the shop packed with customers, the guys and gals there made a point to address everything I needed. They did not rush me. I was able to ask a ton of questions, which they were happy to answer. Customer service was outstanding. I will gladly make that drive again when I need something done on my bow.Thank you to all!

This is the number one archery store I’ve ever been to.I’ve bow-hunted for 20 years.Wayne has done a great job recruiting the highest -level technician and also top-notch customer service minded personable staff.I wanted to give a big shout out to everybody that has helped me in the shop including Lisa who made sure to get my special ordered 3x shirt sent my way. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such meticulous grace when it comes to balancing customer service and the laxer focus wrenching on my bow in order to get it perfectly tuned, LOL.Well worth the hour drive from Corvallis for me!!I wish you all true shots and enormous blood trails!

Where do i start , Like everyone ive had my ups and downs lost my dad lost my best friend who both did everything they could to help me pursue my dreams of the outdoors with all they had to offer literally! I’ve been fortunate enough to have traveled the world pursuing big game fish, done tv shows, wrote for magazines across the globe, caught world records , met celebrities of all status , have a great home, family , friends & a great business ! All of those things have just pushed me to help motivate someone else even if its just one person at a time! This archery 🏹 thing seemed like a pipe dream because of the way I pursue things ( till the death) until one day I decided to step into this little store after a 5600 mile drive. Little did I know the pipe dream part would be turned to reality! It was a great day meeting Wayne and Lisa ( and team) and it changed me even more for the better! I learned a ton about bow hunting and archery in general and that little visit even changed my entire life! For 364 more days I will pursue a new discipline the art of archery in hopes to feed my self friends and family one day and ever draw back, every miss, every hit, every pain, every smile even every cry as a bull runs away 😂 I will owe it to ......The Bow Rack

Okay I finally got through to Cabelas on a friend’s suggestion and the guy I talked to sounded like an elderly man but his response was they couldn’t fix my issue. Called the Bow Rack and got hooked up! 150$ later plus 25$ for the maintenance and I am pretty well dialed in even got a case and 6 arrows!! I can’t complain, new Bow Rack customer forever!!

Beyond impressed. I called at about 2pm on a Wednesday to purchase a Reinhart mini elk hoping Id be making shots on it by early next week. I was wrong, I got home from work today (next day) at 4p and the mini elk is in my driveway. Obviously big thanks to the delivery service as well but if the product isnt ready to ship it cant leave the store. I bought my first bow here over 20 years ago. its always been the number one spot to stop and shop to this day. The guys at the bowrack Are always more than helpful with getting set up. so if there was ever a bad review on my behalf it was definitely a mistake.

This place is a gem! Archery is a sport that has a high failure rate without the right instruction or equipment. I buy almost everything on the net. Archery is the exception and this shop and its friendly and helpful staff will give you the personalized attention that you truly need to get you started. It is like going back to the 50s and walking into a place that knows you.The Bow Rack was recommended by my 9 year old daughters instructor while we were at a range. She had 3 hours of instruction before we got her own bow and the people (Shorty specifically) took over an hour fitting her and correcting lapses in her form. All the staff and owners show great helpfulness.They cater to both target shooters and hunters without prejudice. I will be returning for only the third time and I have no doubt that I will be treated with the same exceptional service. Do yourself a favor and visit!

Just ordered my Hoyt Defiant Carbon Turbo, and the amount of customer service that Ive received from this place is unmatched compared to any place where Ive spent thousands of dollars! Lisas knowledge of merchandise is phenomenal! Ive been bow hunting for over 20years, and have never seen this level of customer care! This will probably be the only bow shop that I do business with, regardless of my geographical location. Im impressed.

I want to get into bow hunting and i heard this is the place to go. I stopped in 45 minutes before closing and they wound up spending over an hour with me teaching me the basics and letting me try a few different bows even though they knew I had no intentions of buying a bow today. They have a decent selection but its kind of the generic tabs and accessories you find at larger box stores.Id love to see some heavier broadheads in the 150-300 grain range that most traditional archers use, some heavier components, traditional arrow setups etc. But they do have a reasonable selection of the stuff if you ask for it. Maybe bring in some of the traditional community products like YOST tabs, Selway Quivers and a larger selection of bows. Ive only seen a few used recurves and Samick Sages in the store.Im not knocking the store for it because the reality is Compound stuff is way more popular in our area but I think Recurve / Longbow is growing.The owners are fantastic people, extremely down to earth, helpful and are big supporters of hunting and archery.

Drove down from B.C to visit this bow shop. Very friendly guys and very knowledgeable. I will make the 6hour trip when it is time to buy my bow as I know it will be set up as it should be.

I have not show a bow since I was a kid. Trent showed me how to properly use a recurve bow and the others gave me tips on how to care for my new bow. They do not act like they are Superior to you just for being new. Ill buy all my gear from them in the future.

Awesome place! I was treated with respect and excellent customer service since the first time I walked in. Initially I came into to get an old lower-end recurve fixed up, and after growing into the sport, I bought my first compound. Clelin set me up right, tuned in the bow, and made sure everything was in perfect mechanical order. Its more than just a store, and definitely somewhere you can go throughout your a archery involvement. Heck, even Joe Rogan flies from LA to get his bow tuned here. Big shout-out to Wayne, and all those that keep the Bow Rack great.

Cant say enough good things about The Bow Rack. I brought a new Southwest Spyder recurve in after not having shot for nearly 30 years. Trent set me up to shoot traditional style with a dozen carbon arrows and gave me some pointers to start getting arrows in the target.Brought my dad in a month later with a compound bow. Not only did Wayne tune the bow and set him up with the proper arrows but went above and beyond and worked on his shooting form for quite awhile.We have several bow shops closer to home, but the drive to The Bow Rack is well worth the extra time. When it is time to upgrade our bows well be buying from Wayne and his fantastic staff.

I will have to agree with the other reviewers. This is a small local shop. They are passionate about archery. They live and breath this stuff and everyone is super friendly and supportive...even other customers who come into the shop.We got introduced to these guys from Groupon.I just bought a bow second hand this weekend, and they were willing to tune it for me for free.Great place for a date actually. Do something unusual.

I go here on and off. Scince West 11th Archery closed it is the most conveint range to get to on the bus. Not sure that I will be going back.The majority of the staff are really nice. They are genuine in getting you into the sport of archery. They are all knowledglable in compound bows.Unfortuneately they do not carry almost any traditional gear and can not help you in traditioal archery. This shop is compounds only.They have a few expensive modern traditional bows, but a few of them have been left strung for who knows how long (at least 3 consecutive weeks I was showing up regularly), not great for a trad bow.I hesitate in writing a poor review because the younger guys in the shop are great and it is one of the few ranges in my area. I had a run in with a older staff member, maybe owner who was really condicensing about my hobby, traditional archery. It was bad enough I put my purchases back and made me not want to go back.Voting with my dollars.

I was given my first bow for Mothers Day, it was SereneLife ordered from Amazon.This mom was hooked and shot that cheap bow made in China daily till we realized something wasnt right about it. We traveled from Lincoln County to get either mine tuned or something better.Im extremely grateful we walked out with the awesome purple camo Mission HAMMR, custom arrows and knowledge of a lifetime I gained at their shooting range. My new stoke is our entire family kids 4 and 7 are shooting together as a family. We are OAM🏄and cant thank yall enough💜 well be back soon.

I drove down yesterday from Vancouver, BC and it was well worth the trip! Next time I wont drive there, get everything done and drive home. Ill stay the night somewhere in between.Heres the scoop. I have a 2017 Hoyt Pro Defiant Turbo. My presses wont work with this bow and it was all out of whack. I had Chris put on new strings and cables, new rest, peep, set cam timing/sync, set vert and horizontal of rest, adjust yokes for lean and paper tune to a perfect bullet hole. He then checked and tweaked the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd axis on my CBE Vertex sight. I also brought four dozen arrows for him to spine, which he did quickly and easily. Even though it was a busy Saturday and they were left short staffed with only two guys, they acknowledged every person that walked in the door. I spent four total hours in the shop and watched these guys work fast as lightening and not stop for a moment.The staff are friendly and absolute PROS!!! Their knowledge base is HUGE, which is why I drove more hours than I want to admit. I highly recommend The Bow Rack. I will be back at some point again either with a new bow or road tripping.Paul

I had bought a bowtech brand new from a portland area shop and i wasnt happy with it . The bow Rack got me into a new mathews that i love, got it all set up and shooting like a dream. Great service. Definitely one of the best shops ibe been to in years.
