I wanted to share my experience with this store on September 16, 2021. My wife and I are in the process of building a new retirement home. We currently live in Weatherford Texas. My wife and I visited an Acme Brick showroom in Euless Texas to get an idea of the available selections of brick and stone. We drove by houses to get an idea of the brick we were planning to select. Since our house project is in Siloam Springs, we had to purchase brick from this location. My builder contacted his sales representative Jeff Baldwin more than a week ahead of time to schedule an appointment for us to select and order brick. We showed up about 20 minutes early for our 10 am appointment. Finally, around 11:15 I learned Mr. Baldwin is not going to show for our appointment. I asked to speak with the manager. I explained we were from out of town and had scheduled this appointment. She said sorry, there is nothing I can do. Really? There are no other people in this building that can help a customer? Look at the reviews below. They are all the same. The owner response is call me.... Again, no concern for customer. I agree with J Holland. Find another supplier. There are other suppliers who care about their customers and appreciate your business.

Once again terrible and hateful people. Id go to Meridian Brick or Ryder Brick or Godfrey and black.All have better customer service and will care about your project.

Horrible service. Never returns phone calls. They do not follow through on anything. Also good at delaying your order. Worst customer service. Stay away!!

Sales reps dont return calls or texts. Its as if they dont care about your home. Its just another job to them.

Went into store not knowing until 2 weeks later when I tried to call that access in was with an appointment only. Treated rudely when did go in and just very short with me. I still decided to call 2 weeks later to inquire about some information of two products I was interested in - left a message explaining what I wanted and that I like to make an appointment. Never called me back. I will take my business elsewhere.

Been to a lot of acme brick places picking up and delivering. This place was easy to get in to. The fork lift driver that took my paperwork and unloaded me was friendly and got right on it. And unlike a lot of acme brick places they didn’t force me to sit in my truck with no ac in the heat.

Extremely poor customer service! Go elsewhere to get your stone or brick. It takes forever to get your products and they won’t get back in touch with you or answer your questions when you call to see what is going on.
