I stumbled into here one day looking for a felt hat, and fell in love with the owner, Mrs. Nancy. She may not have had what I needed that day, but she was way more than accommodating at finding something that was perfect for me. I have been back several times since my first experience, and also sent all of my friends here. I shop here for the experience and amazing customer service.
