I dont stop in much. But, for holiday decor or to grab a pair of gloves on my way out of town basically its the last stop for me to get whatever I maybe needing on my mail rt, dog treats too!

I Go to this Dollar Store Kinda Often Since Its Really Close to my parents house.. so a couple weeks ago I stopped by to get some sodas! so they had a promotion sayin 3 for $5 all coke products so when i got to the register someone name Candy Told me it was just cokes not fantas so i ended it up just taking a coke. so when i was walking out the door she said “she hated when ppl don’t read right the promotions” so this was rude from her!!

Usually go by the Dollar General, but today I went to Family Dollar. What a pleasant surprise! Clean, well-stocked store and I was able to find Easter candies and other items I couldnt find in the picked-over aisles of Walmart at better prices! I will be back to this Family Dollar store. The lady at the register is very friendly too.

What can I say? Its Family Dollar. Im not sure that you save money but if you live out in bum rush Egypt it might be a little convenient. And if you are going there are thinking about using them try your first free delivery with instacart apparently thats a thing.

Nice enough store and clean, however there are no restrooms for even young children. My 2 year old daughter, who is still learning to control her going, asked to potty and they said they had no public restrooms. So we tried to rush out leaving our stuff and she ended up going potty on herself in the store and was very upset about it.

The Manager - Rocky is a very nice young man. Always helpful, respectful and handles every situation properly. My wife said a lady was caught stealing and he was even nice then. We both know he is doing an ABOVE average, no an OUTSTANDING job to go above and beyond what is required of him. Take notice, he deserves a serious raise and promotion.

The last few times I have been there it’s was good but yesterday I witnessed a very bad experience when the cashier and a other customer where both arguing , and there was a child that was just crying. The cashier was calling the customer lots of bad names. And as a customer that is very unacceptable. What happened to having Good customer service? What happened to the customer is always right? This store will not have my business anymore!!! Sorry

They have great deals on their app, but I rarely find the sale items in stock in this store.

Giving this 1 star because it wont let me give ZERO!!! I will never spend another dime in this store! The manager Candy is the rudest thing I have ever encountered! I went to 2601 E. Robinson in Springdale, AR, store #7888 on 4/15/19 and bought a dish drainer. I realized that it was too small so I immediately went back in (I never left parking lot) and asked the clerk to refund my purchase. He told me to come back in 2 hours. (for a refund?) I said no, let me speak to the manager. I followed him back to the backroom and the manager CANDY started screaming for me to leave her f%&ing store right now! This so called manager was screaming at me, a customer to get out the f___ out of her store because I wanted a refund. Totally unprofessional of a manager! She was screaming in front of the whole store to get the f___ out of her store or she was calling the police. I am furious to be treated in such a manner because Candy was too bothered to do her job. Come back in 2 hrs. to give me a refund? I am so appaled by this womans behavior. How about getting off your lazy bottom and help a customer. Never will I put one cent into that store. Candy, you are a disgrace and should NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. Your attitude is atrocious as well as your ability to manage a store. You are disgustingly rude. FIND ANOTHER LINE OF WORK CANDY since you clearly arent cut out to be working with the public. Sickening. As a matter of fact, I will never spend a cent in any of the Family Dollar Stores because of this!!!!!!!!
