We visited on 9/20/2021 and we brought our four iPhone 11 devices. This is our first time becoming Cricket Wireless customers after being with Boost Mobile for a while. Im highly satisfied with my visit there.

The guys behind the counter were trying to trick my mom into buying more stuff she didnt ask for during the sale process. I asked them if I was just paying for the phone and the upgrade fee as I was buying a new phone for my mother, he confirmed then when I reviewed what I was paying for there was an extra 7.99 I didnt ask for and he grabbed the pen and clicked accept on the screen before I could dispute it. They also said she already had insurance prior to saying the 7.99 was for insurance on the phone which she says she is already paying monthly for her line. Im not sure what cricket is thinking employing predatory employees like this im just glad I dont have to deal with this kind of thing over at T-mobile

Cricket wireless customer service recommended me to this store as they were unable to resolve issue on phone over line so came to store and they guy who work here helped me with the phone issue and also introduced me new offers on phones and ended up buying one more line for bussienss purpose thanks guys

Long wait time to be waited on. No matter how few people and the counter attendants will not tell u about specials or savings. Sometimes dont acknowledge u untol ur about to walk out the door. Not helpful when u go into store after purchase and phone or network is lagging.
