I spend a lot of time over here with some of my friends. Everyone in this mobile home park owns their own mobile home. They have really high criteria. Its very nice place. Would be a great place to retire. Conveniently located and yet you still have the country life. Really close to northern quest resort and casino in airway heights

Wow this place is down to earth feeling! Super nice gals in the management office. Ive visited here quite a few times now and each time the place looks better and better. I can tell they are working hard to make it a great place to be.

This a great place to live! Christa the owner/landlord/manager does it all. A lot of people dont realize how much work that is and take this for granted. But Christa goes above and beyond to make a nice place for her tenants live. If you pay your Bills and follow the rules this is a good place to live. Also if you choose to be involved in the community activities, witch she tries to do as many as possible, it can be quite fun. I know first hand that those that have given her a bad review are those that cant follow simple rules or pay their Bills and are just choosing to act childish out of spite. Christa is a totally reasonable person, especially if you communicate with her and hold to your word. Yes, this is her business, her job, and she doing a great job at it! But most importantly this is her neighborhood, place where she calls home. She just trying to make that the best she can for everyone.

Absolutely the best place ever to live. The landlord is the greatest. Not only does she go above and beyond but is all for her tenants always. She helps without questions and volunteers her time and resources. We are the cheapest in lot rent to live (as we are home owner occupied) and have the nices community in the area. I wouldn’t want to ever live any where else. Thank you Christa.

Country feel, yet close to Everything youd need/want! Ive been a resident almost 5 years. Management is the Best youd find Anywhere. Community events monthly & wonderful neighbors!

Nice place to live and to raise children. They are able to ride their bikes on the nice paved streets and be safe. Management ensures that the lots are clean and well maintained and that it doesnt have a trailer park feel to it.

We love living here. The new owner and staff are doing a wonderful job of making this community very nice and safe. People are taking more pride in taking care of their homes and yards and the owner is fixing a lot of things that really needed it.

This park was an amazing place to call home..until THE NEW MANAGER took over!It was quite, peaceful, an enjoyable place to live. Everyone knew each other, helped out, & looked out for each other. It was awesome!When the manager took over, several tenents moved. Those who have stayed/cant afford to move/are on limited income, and are continuously being harrassed.The manager started trapping the tenents pets/service animals & gave them to scraps. An elderly widow saw one of the managers goons reaching into her yard trying to take her dog to give it to scraps.The manager attached water meters to everyones homes, so that the meters could calculate consumption. About a year ago, the tenants were told that management will be charging for the water usage. Their on a well! How is this legal?Management told tenents that they will pay her for trash service, they will get a small can, but pay the large can rate.Rent went up.The manager is building a center for the tenants to rent out, or attend events the manager chooses to hold. Management is raising the rent to pay for the center. Rent went up again.The manager tries to control the tenants who own their home, by sending out notices that inspections are taking place on date and time, to see that the proper amount of smoke alarms are in the homes & that the tenents have corbin monoxide detectors. The manager cant legally enter your home if you own it. Theyre only allowed to inspect the homes of rent to own tenents. She is only looking to see how much sqf there is, layout of the home, what works, & what needs to be fixed/replaced so that she can try to evict you for any reason and take your home.The tenents are not allowed to park on the side of the street, have trailers, or have RVs, but a lot do and get away with it as long as these people work for her. Tenents are not allowed to have vehicles on the lawn. It doesnt matter the tenents are loading/unloading their car, if theyre handicapped/cant walk well without getting injured. The manager (conveniently shows up) , sees your car on the lawn, then starts screaming/threatening with eviction of breach of contract. The manager DOEST CARE if your handicapped, elderly, or just released from the hospital. THERES NO EXCUSE!Tenents are not allowed trailers, RVs, recreational vehicles, or vehicles with expired tabs in the park, or they will be towed at your expense, but there are several trailers, RVs in the park. If things arent put away/stored properly, or is considered an eye sore, the manager will & has confinscated brand new bikes/scooters/etc, has taken them to the dump & charge tenents, gas, milage, labor, & dumping of confiscated items. Tenents will be fined for not keeping the yard clean of animal waste (even if its not from your pet, neighbors toys, etc.Tenents continue to be harrassed for not mowing the lawn every 2 weeks/doesnt water the lawn/waters the lawn on the wrong day/waters longer then allowed.The manager has enterd tenents property without permission from tenents.CONTROL ISSUES MUCH?The manager is reqiring tenents to pay property taxes to the manager. NOT TO THE APPROPRIATE RECIEVER!The manager is demanding all tenents must have home insurance on their property & add management to the agreement. Management becomes the beneficiary & will receive the insurance check. Not the tenent. This is ILLEGAL & your agent wont add management to agreement.The manager has continued to harrass tenents who are handicapped, low/limited income, or who stand up for themselves.The manager WILL NOT allow tenents to fix any issues that arise. They must hire a licensed/bonded contractor fix the issues.The manager DOESNT PRACTICE WHAT IS PREACHED. The chosen ones (who dont adapt to the constant changing rules) are being seeked out (harrassed & consistantly threatened).
