The service providers at a dealership for specific brand car should be competent and capable of working on that car without needing to consult diagnostic codes, especially when the customer who knows their own car very well can tell them what area is causing the issue. Also, dont lie and say youll have the parts available and youll be able to get work done within the day if you cannot. A complete waste of my time, energy, and cost for a diagnostic I already knew.

How to Mitsubishi I enjoy driving it its been a great car Ive had it since it was new 2005 and I got almost 200,000 miles on it nav no problems but to tune-ups and oil change every 3000 miles. And it still gets 34 MI a gallon on the highway.

I paid that price plus tax. this was my first and last time I will get service at this location .I was quoted $59.00.the total came to $70.69. They do not add the oil and filter in the $59.00 quote. Whats the point of having a parts department if no one answers the phone? Leave a message? Why, Ive never recived a call back.When I call I just get transfered to sales or service and they have better things to do then transfer you back to parts.. End callYouve lost many transactions from just myself due to this. It is to the point where I dont even call anymore. Always the same run around. One time I had a call answered and dude didnt want to help. As if he didnt understand the part I was after clutch release bearing just said nope, obsolete.. then I found it at another dealer annnnnd online.Havent had a good guy in parts that is actually helpful in over a year. Id look into that unless your business is just sales and service driven... youre the only mitsubishi dealer near. Cant get parts from this dealer, Might as well just order from the other dealers, at least then you can get parts..

The sales women Serra was very nice and NEVER pushy!! I didnt feel pushed into a car that I didnt want. When I go to other dealerships I feel the sales staff is always too pushy and aggressive. Serra made me feel comfortable and let me view everything I wanted without questioning! I am in Gen Z and I believe my generation and future ones will buy cars in a relaxing environment, the way she provided vs a hostile traditional salesmen way.

This is the most untrustworthy car dealership in Spokane. Their salespeople will say absolutely anything in order to make the deal, even promising add-ons (for example, they commited to adding a remote start, new carpet kit, touching up my paint, and more) with absolutely zero intention to complete them unless you make a big fuss about it. They did do some of what they promised, for example, the remote start. However, I was asked to pay $150 after the fact when it was supposed to be included in the original deal! I told the salesman absolutely not and he backed off, but how dare they try to ask for payment when it was supposed to be included and especially after the work had already been done. That has scam written all over it. I had to deal with the same shady salesman for months before I made enough noise for the owner to get involved. Once he was, of course, I was promised the moon and again, they could not deliver! I was promised a brand new carpet kit when I purchased the vehicle, and when I took it in to be installed, it was the cheapest most unprofessionally installed kit I (and the owner even admitted he) had ever seen! So I was told they would order a new kit. This took months for one reason or another (the service center told me they didnt have approval and then they told me once they got the approval there were shipping delays After, it was a mess!) So finally when the new kit was shipped in (4 months after I purchased the car) I just picked it up/installed it myself rather than having to wait any longer. Now that Ive washed my hands of all of that, the final issue is that I am 4 months in with no permanent plates. I have heard that there is a plate shortage right now but that is absolutely not the issue here. The dealership apparently failed to have the car properly signed over when it was traded in by the previous owner. The stories I have gotten have varied from the odometer reading being inaccurate to the previous owner having a marriage/name change. Point of the matter is that this should have been taken care of long before I had to go in and get my third (yes, I said third) set of temporary window plates. There is absolutely no excuse for the shady business practices of this establishment and I urge anyone who is looking to buy a car to STAY FAR AWAY from any one of Dan Arrottas 5 different dealerships in town.

Went in for a truck couldnt get one for first time buyer but got approved fast for a 35000 suv 3 star cause they press high payments on you without saying anything I told them a price point for monthly and almost doubled it cool place easy to get a car but PAY ATTENTION

Came in to see about upgrading my vehicle to a SUV. My last dealership that I got my previous vehicle from was a great experience and I didnt expect to get any better customer service than what they shown because of how great my experience was. Then I came to Arrotas mitshubishi and the sales professional Ethan did an outstanding job. We went for a test drive and it felt like I was riding with a friend. Who knew a lot about a car I just got. He helped me lower my down payment. I didnt feel rushed. When I needed to talk to my wife about finances and how she felt he gave us the time to decide. We got stranded in Spokane, and it was past closing time. Ace, the manager patiently waited for us to be towed to the service, and helped us with the check in formalities. Also, considering the tough situation and the cold weather (I was with two children and the weather was in the 20s), he found some more tasks he could do at the service, past the closing time on a Saturday night, for two more hours, to allow us to use the customers area and to stay warm until one of our family members arrived from Seattle to pick us up. Thank you, Ace! We will always remember it.

I had contacted them online prior to driving there from CDA. I had submitted the full application and all of our personal information to them and scheduled an appointment. After arriving, a sales guy brought us in. Younger guy, although I cannot recall his name. He immidialty began pushing for our information for another application and credit check. He never asked what we wanted or took us to look at any car. I told him we had already given all info online. Then he spent 5 minutes talking about how a plan B pill is cheaper than having kids,, ( while our three year old was on my lap).I laughed it off and I kept telling him that we had already submitted a credit app. Finally one of the finance guys came out (who was really nice and helpful, kudos to him) and found our application. He seemed a little concerned that the sales guy hadnt even asked us what kind of car we wanted and had not shown us one car. The finance guy left to look at our app and figure out some vehicle options. When he left the sales guy immediately started pressing us about a cosigner or how much down we were willing to pay. After telling him I have no idea, as we havent even looked at a car to think about down payments on, he just kept pressing for how much money down we would give. HE DID NOT SHOW US ONE VEHICLE THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. We left with them telling us that they would submit our info to the banks on Monday. We requested that they not submit our application further. I wasted two days talking online, giving my info, and drove a half hour, to sign papers on what is as good as imaginary cars and hurt our credit. Would never recommend to anyone.

Do you need a reliable car? Are you afraid that your credit score wont be enough for approval. Set your worries aside like I did. Mark Forsythe was my sales person and let me tell you Ive never had someone bend backwards and work magic within their team to provide exemplary service like I received. Now dont get me wrong they have a job to do when it comes to sales but if your in a position like myself with a minimum wage income dont approach with worry or skepticism. I walked in to only play with spam mail for free items but I left upgrading my car to something newer, reliable, and all for a steal. Mark Forsythe is the name and getting you into your next car is his game. So Mark I say. Selling cars is his current rise to fame. Tell him I sent you. He will help you like he helped me. He assisted in getting me financed right away.

First time car buyer, was able to buy a brand new Mirage with 30 miles on it. My credit score was not so good but Mark made it happen! Cant get any better than that.

I went into this dealership today, and was very disappointed to see that a number of the salesmen / clerks werent wearing masks, and were closely interacting with clients.I understand peoples frustrations with masks and that many people would like this pandemic to be over. Its a shame that this has to be a reality we all live in.But sales people who interact closely with people who walk in off the streets should be taking every precaution necessary to make sure they dont spread this horrible disease. Without everyones collaborative efforts, it will take even longer to end the pandemic.

Walked in on a whim to see what they had in stock late the other night and spoke to Artis, the friendly sales rep who greeted me and was wonderfully charismatic. After browsing, I noticed they did not have the type of truck I was looking for. Artis promised me he would track down a vehicle that fit my criteria I was looking for by the weekend. After I left, without my knowledge, he stayed up passed closing and within the hour he was able to track down a vehicle that met all of my criteria and price range, and bring it to the dealership near me exceeding all expectations. When I came in for a test drive the next day, I noticed there was a defect with the vehicle and they assured me that it would be taken care of. Upon Closing of the sale, I was impressed with the speed, efficiency, and professionalism of Kim in their finance department. She was able to answer every question I had in a comprehensive manner. I cannot thank Kim, Artis, and Tanner at Arrottas enough, they all bent over backwards and worked as a team to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I drove off in my new vehicle happy with no doubt in my mind they care about their customers safety and happiness.Highly recommend, and plan on going through them for my next vehicle.P.S. disregard the Karen above, they have masks at the ready and their staff keeps the premise cleanly.

I brought my car in for a recall and they did a great job on getting it done in a good amount of time. I was late and they still fit me right in. I definitely recommend coming here if you have a Mitsubishi.

No service after the sale. Called twice to service with no return call and once to AJ the GM and no return call. Six days and not a call to schedule the warranty repair.
