The gals there are very helpful and patient with the customers. I can’t imagine how frustrating it must be for them to listen to people explain and describe what is going on with their ears. I know it’s frustrating for me to come up with the words to describe what I’m experiencing.While on vacation, I lost both of my hearing aids in the ocean and contacted Karen immediately. The day after I return from vacation, my new hearing aids were in the office to be picked up.

Very professional and proficient employees from the front desk through the examination. Helpful in every way, willing to explain details of the procedure and the process so that I was able to understand.

I went to two other places for hearing tests and to be fitted for hearing aids. New Sound Hearing Center, Leeanne was the only person to mention The possibility of me qualifying for a labor and industries claim. She got me the paperwork we got it all process and no one behold I was approved. This place and Leeanne specifically genuinely cares about your hearing.

Hello,I came in today because my Right hearing aid all of a sudden just quit working. The staff were very helpful, cleaned it up and tested it which made it begin working again like it is supposed to work. I want to shout out a loud THANK YOU!!! LeAnne was awesome! We thought my mom would have to purchase all new hearing aids, after her new puppy had chewed on them. But LeAnne was able to fix the receivers the same day and they are as good as new, except with a couple of puppy teeth marks. :)

It was quick and easy to get my first appointment, the people at the local office were friendly and professional. The orientation, diagnostics and consultation were first rate and technologically advanced compared to others I have used in Spokane. I had my new hearing aids inside one week, the handling of the required billing was seamless and complete with device tuning and consultation by an ENT Doctor to evaluate the devices effective hearing improvement in my ears. A terrific change from my last hearing aid provider. Nice folks, very current in their fields technology and they work hard to get you taken care of. Recommend this vendor highly.

I bought my hearing aids from EBay, and needed a current hearing test. I was surprised that they gave me one so affordable, also programmed them! Another competitor in town wanted 10 times the price, and would not program them! Of course, from now on, Ill only go NewSound.

LeAnne was incredible!!! I had bought my hearing aids in Lake Havasu Arizona. Each time I had a problem I couldn’t get in. When I came back to Spokane for the summer my hearing aids were all messed up. The right one whistling so loud other people could here it and the left did not work at all. LeAnne retested my hearing and checked out the hearing aids. Long story short.....I now have excellent hearing aids and a much better understanding on how they work. If I could give NewSound hearing a 10 star rating I would.

I Just Got My New Hearing Aids Today. The Hearing Aids Are Terrific. The Staff Is Very Knowledgeable And Professional.

After trying a few online hearing aids without success, my insurance company sent me to New Sound. I arrived a half hour late, and they were with other clients. They were going to reschedule my appointment. Seeing my distress at the thought of another few weeks without being able to join a conversation they offered to squeeze me in if I didn’t mind waiting a little. The whole staff worked together to get me through the testing and show me what options were available. They were very thorough in the evaluation and answered any questions I had about the available aids. When the aids arrived, there was no available appointments for over a week to have them fitted and adjusted. I ask them to call me if an appointment cancelled,. Sure enough, they called a few days later and had me come in. LeAnn took a great deal of time showing me how to use and care for the aids. She made sure I could hear the conversation. She tested me with the aids. Then she connected me via the internet with an audiologist who ask a few more questions and made additional suggestions . I also had a follow up visit. I was having some difficulty with hearing the television clearly. Leann adjusted the aids and they seem to be working fine now. This is a wonderful place to get your hearing needs met. From the friendly, helpful lady at the front desk, the professional and competent woman who did the testing to Leann, it was a pleasure to work with them. I was very pleased with the service I received at New Sound Hearing in Spokane, Washington. The staff was very professional and helpful. The person I was working with was LeAnn Sills. I have had Starkey hearing aids before and enjoy them. LeAnn reprogrammed my hearing aids and I purchased another set from New Sound with my former aids being a backup. I paid for half the amount of the new aids and LeAnn set up a billing schedule for me. I went in for a check up one month after receiving my new aids and they are just perfect. Was referred here by a friend. Did the hearing test and decided to file an L&I claim. Turns out my previous employer was self insured. SOOO it took 8 months to finally get the Starkey Hearing Aids from those cheap ba***rds. They made so many hoops to jump through and Marilyn persevered. If it hadnt been for her I was ready to give up more than once. LeAnn went through everything I needed to do to keep the aids functioning and she fine tuned the settings again today. And not to leave out Karen, she has been helpful as well.

With the help of a community services resource my mother received hearing aids from Hear Now, a charitable foundation, through a providing company in the Spokane Valley. After a year of poor communication and service from the original company I searched for another provider that worked with the Hear Now Foundation and found NewSound. I called and spoke to Marilyn who was very helpful and professional. She encouraged me to bring my mothers hearing aids and paperwork to their office. What a difference. Walking in I was immediately impressed by the wealth of information they provided and the clean and caring atmosphere. Karen was very helpful and kind to me, as were Marilyn and LeAnn. LeAnn did a test on my mothers hearing aids and discovered the original provider had not programmed the hearing aid settings to match the results of my mothers hearing test. LeAnn fixed this and NewSound mailed the hearing aids back to my mother from their office. What a difference, my mother was finally hearing the way she should have been and was amazed at the results. Later on I went with her to NewSound get her hearing tested and NewSound updated her hearing aids accordingly and provided us both with instructions and helpful tips on maintaining the hearing aids. Marilyn, Karen, and LeAnn are a wonderful team committed to providing all of their clients with the best possible hearing outcomes. My mother is 88 years old but active in her church, her town affairs and her social commitments. With NewSound helping her to better hearing she feels like she has a new lease on life and can be fully active in her pursuits. I cant thank NewSound enough for their wonderful care.
