I hadn’t been to Harbor Freight but my husband has,he purchased a birthday gift of outdoor lightingand said this is the business to go to for them.We came in specifically for outdoor lighting.I asked an employee, his name is Jordan where the lighting was and a shopping cart.He immediately told me what Isle to go to andwent outside to get my shopping cart.Outstanding customer service from him, thank you Jordan.We filled our cart with many sets to illuminate our front yard for curb appeal. And more for our back yardwhich is private for our enjoyment.

It was okay. The staff on the floor was 50/50 as to being helpful in finding things. This is noticed because for me things are not easy to find in that store. They were very good at the register

Clean always well stocked. The smallest table saw ive ever seen lol super cute. The only thing is that the line was huge and they had 2 cashiers and literally took forever on each person. I wish they would have 1 doing the long stuff and one doing the fast cashiering checking people out.

Power tools NO. Everything else not bad for its price but the power tools are cheap and dont last. Northside location needs more selection. Always out of sale items

I bought a drill with a flashlight. I liked it so well, I went back and bought one on their Open box table, for an extra charger.I got home, the charger and cord are both missing. So I called to ask what the policy was on that. Linda took my call. Was extremely rude to me. Basically telling me its my fault, cause thats what open box is.The label says nothing about missing parts, or pieces. And most people buy it anyway.Well first off, I have bought many things that bought before, and I have NEVER bought anything that was missing pieces without it specifying. I have five days to return it, and Cody the manager was cool. But told me that if I have a complaint it goes to the corporate office. If this us their MO I wont be back.Ive heard bad things bout HF, But have generally had no probs with the tools I have purchased. Rude and misleading. Linda, you need some customer service skills. Turn the tables and you would be upset too. Put what is missing or wrong with the item and then put final sale on it. Youll eliminate the future calls.

Do you want to waste your time perusing the aisles of a store without any assistance from a sales rep, only to get into a fake line, wait 10 or more minutes, and then get sent to the back of the other line to wait another 15 or more minutes because the store refuses to have more than one checkstand open? If you do, go ahead and visit the north Spokane harbor freight. They love to make sure their customers are unsatisfied and left feeling angry after a visit.Im spending double the money today at Ace, the helpful place, because Id rather be treated with respect than like I did something wrong because there were multiple lines in the aisles of a store.If I could give 0 stars, I would. You shouldnt be in business.

Love it! They have helpful, knowledgeable staff, that are courteous and kind. I like their selections and offerings, as well as their great priced goods. Of course, think about what youre buying, in some cases you might want to go somewhere else when premium products are necessary. Do I really have to say that or doesnt everyone kinda know? You get what you pay for!

Love this store, a lot of the staff has been there as long as I have lived near here. There are a few from four years ago, so they are knowledgeable about whats in store and where. I love the fair prices.

Harbor Freights pretty awesome I got a lot of good stuff you got to be careful when youre buying certain tools if youre using the tool once or once in awhile then youre fine. But if youre using a tool all the time constantly and youre really hard on tools you might want to get some good quality. Harbor Freight does have a lot of usable good stuff and very cheap prices

Great store, and sometimes prices so low its unbelievable! Had a wood splitter break down that belonged to a great older friend. No way to barrow a wood splitter and bring it back broke, especially from an older friend in his 80s. Spent days working on the small engine with my wood splitting friend, and just couldnt get it running. Called up Harbor Freight and then dropped in, then had a small Preditor engine just the right size, able to bolt it in, hock it up, and splitting again! Engine was under $100 out the door! I dont use Preditor line for everything, but for some projects it just cant be beat! Many other good tools at great prices daily.

I really love the sales they have and the fact most hand tools are lifetime warranty. I purchased a welder from here, air needle gun, paint sprayer, air hammer and accessories, no complaints. Everything has worked as it is exposed to and just keep the air guns/ items lubed with oil and no problems.

Use to send out great coupons. Not anymore. Always busy and never a dull moment with customers here. Cheap stuff at cheap prices. Will always consider them as a resource for certain items with limited use.

Prices are great. They have a huge variety of everything, no lines, in out quick. I had to buy the more expensive hydraulic jack, they out of the $20 and $17 ones. They did offer to call their other stores for me,-very customer accommodating. Maybe I should have called around 1st. But you know how it is you start a project and you just wanted to get-er done.

My first time ever going here. Google maps took me a long way around to get there. Was surprised as as maps is usually spot on. The store itself is like others during the crisis, had a long line wait to get in. Given that it was Saturday a weekday might have been a better choice. They have any tool I could ever want. the two employees I interacted with did not seem to happy to be there, but it could be a sign of the ti.es we ste going through.

First time ever going to a Harbor Freight store and will never be back. I saw a tent canopy on their website but had no idea where it would be in the store. Figured I’d ask an employee rather than walking up and down each aisle. Found an employee and when I said excuse me to get her attention, she turned and said yes as if I was a peasant asking the queen for an audience. Quite rude! When I showed her the online picture of the canopy and asked where I could find it, she coldly responded that they may not even have anymore but at least she offered to check in the back for me. She walked away and found the item and rather than bring it to me (since I had no clue I was supposed to follow her), she called back to me that she had it and waited for me to come get it. Just an all around unfriendly person. Maybe she was just having a bad day but this experience has made me never want to visit a Harbor Freight again.

I love this store! Its my fav store....however, I dont care much for the employees constantly watching over you as if you had intentions on being sticky fingered..its not what the general public intends to do when shopping for their tool needs. Maybe, dont make hasty judgments and assume that your guests are trying to ,Get er done! Were not all wanting to achieve those statistics, thank you, though!

Decent quality tools for the most part. Really all depends on the tool. Some tools will last a long time, some only a few uses. Its hit or miss. They wont sell you display models of discontinued item.

This used to be a decent location. I have spent well over 5 grand here. I have spent $200 on the same toolkit 5 times!!! They say lifetime warranty on all Pittsburgh handtools yet they wont replace the box all the sudden. I have had the bow replaced before anf I know the computer will let them do it. So being as I couldnt replace the broken box, (that I have replaced before) I said Dont worry about it, I will just buy another one when I can afford it. The guy at the counter just slammed the box shut and all the tools went everywhere in the broken box I was trying to replace.

Great place to get all of your tools. There is alot of people who will talk bad about the quality but you get what you pay for and I can honestly say this place has never let me down. Alan the manager and his team has done an amazing keeping the store clean shelfs stocked.

Staff were helpful. Toward closing there was a rush of shoppers. They handled the mob quite well. When I toddled up at 5 minutes to closing they had the queue down to 1 cart.Very efficient. I intend to return for additional tools.

Bad service. Tried to simply buy a predator 212cc engine($119.99), and 2 trailer wheels and tires that were $34.99 a peice. employee tried charging me $286 which was about $80 give or take over the actually cost it should be, and then the employee proceeded to try and have me enter in information on their work computer? Lol then basically told me she didnt know what was wrong and that the computer was right and $286 was the total, when obviously it was wrong. Eventually after about 20 mins I was able to help her figure out what was wrong with whatever she did, all while about 6 other employees sat in a circle doing nothing. Pretty sad honestly.

Check on Home Depot or another competitor site they’re ripping you off you think you’re getting a good deal but you’re not customer service sucks

Bought a condensate pump from Harbor Freight. Brought it home and it was DOA. Drove back to the store and was told that you cannot return it at the store and must do it online. I informed them that I need a pump right now since the furnace was pumping out condensate as we speak and that I hadnt even used the pump due to it not working. The manager didnt care. I went across the street to the big blue hardware store and bought a pump. Filled all the paperwork out to return the harbor freight pump and am awaiting the return instructions.I would stay away from anything at Harbor Freight the you cant return at their store. I would probably stay away from Harbor Freight all together after the way they dismissed me in their store.

The store in north Spokane is great! The people are usually very friendly and helpful, theyve even looked for discounts to help us

I thought all the tools would be bottom of the barrel, not true, they have higher quality selections and the base line tools are great for occasional use. Don’t forget their coupons, which are often and numerous, they keep current coupons on hand in store. Highly recommended.

I used to really enjoy Harbor Freight and their cheap tools, especially if one needed then for one-time or short use. However, I have noticed that they have become a little bit expensive, so much so that I dont consider them the bargain that they used to be.In this particular store I even noticed more than one product in the reduced price bin that was more expensive than the same product that was new off the shelf. That was very strange...

Amazing deals. I almost dont want to leave a review because I dont want to compete with other customers when they have their quarterly parking lot sales. Seriously, the deals are the best out there. Even without the parking lot sales, the deals are great. Their selection of cordless tools has improved a whole lot the last couple years, and they have all the tools you need for home improvement or automotive at a better price than youll get anywhere else. Their website has reviews on all their products, and I trust the reviews on their website more than i trust the reviews on Amazon. But thats a different subject. Check Harbor freight out, you might be impressed.

I am writing this not about products, but the customer service at the North side store. I went in looking for a tile saw stand, and did not see any, so I waited in line to ask, as I was there I observed the cashier being ride to an elderly gentleman who was doing a return, when my turn came I had the same rude cashier. I asked if I could get at tile saw stand and he said they were out, so I asked if he could sell the display, he said no they dont sell displays. I bought the saw there and wanted to get the stand since I have a bath remodel this weekend. This individual treated me with the same indifference as the person before me. I have worked retail for 26 years, and as a manager for the last 10. I would never allow one of my employees to behave this way. It is unfortunate because I really like harbor freight, however I will not be shopping there anymore, and I will tell my friends and contractors I know about this.

Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. If you call before coming here you will be lied to. Coming here is a waste of time and gas. If I want to buy something I will pay the shipping and order online or shop elsewhere. I was treated so poorly I probably wont return!!!!

Told cashier i left my phone in my car but the batteries are $1.99 and the funnel set is 79cents online on the coupon. He asked if i had a phone number, typed it in. Then proceeds to asks if those prices are coupons... thats what i had just said. He then told me I cant have those prices because I dont have the coupons (last time i was in the female cashier had all the coupons on her phone to scan) first off, with covid im not giving the cashier my phone, second off my foot is injured currently and im not walking all the way back out to my car and waiting in the rediculious check out line again.Why can one cashier a few weeks ago do coupons without me even mentioning it?Why can todays cashier refuse the coupon price? Cant tell me you dont have your own sale prices or coupons in your own store. Why it is always different depending on the cashier working? Yall have went way down hill and Ill gladly just spend more money elsewhere to recieve a better expierence.

Harbor Freight has decent tools at a budget price. If its something you need to just get by it Harbor Freight will get it done. Ive got plenty of their small hand tools: Allen wrenches, screw drivers, dead blow hammers and rubber mallets. Stuff I can have in my toolbox and not worry about breaking the bank to replace them.The staff has always been helpful, helping me find tools, making me aware of sales, and being generally pleasant.Whatever stigma there may be about buying cheap tools from Harbor Freight is just old misgivings. Their tools are inexpensive yes, I wouldnt necessarily turn to their tools to build a spaceship, or medical device, but when it comes to working on stuff around the house or needing to fill a toolbox for a mechanic or machinist, Harbor Freight comes through.

This was my husbands favorite store, but last week we went there to buy a lawn mower that in the ad stated Electric self propelled with batteries and charger for $319.00. When we got there they were out of stock, and the girl led me to a bulletin board with a photo copied statement that said it was a misprint. They send out their ads so why cant they send out a retraction? Anyway, they have lost our business and we went to Lowes instead and about a better lawn mower than theirs.
