Bought a used gain peddle, i have to wait three weeks for some law when it shouldnt be on the floor unless its ready to go out the door! Decently priced with no power cord but has battery option. Great store though. Lucky to have one in town

This is store nostalgic to me. It was always the fun to go to while growing up. They have always had a kind and passionate staff. They work hard to have positive costumer interactions. I’d be lying if I said I’m a fan of the new remodel. The old layout really separated the different instruments and provided specialized staff members for every sections. Now everything is more centralized and branded. This store still fully deserves 5 stars for the amazing staff.

The employees at Guitar center are are super helpful, knowledgeable and really laid back. I Love the vibe there its very chill, everytime I go there it makes me want to learn how to play everything I looked at lol. Its really sad to see what Guitar Center has become. Since the store reconfigured Ive been in 3 times and have not once have I been able to get assistance from a sales member. This last visit, the only thing any staff said was to ensure I had a mask on. 😷 never even said hi or welcome or asked if he could help me find anything. Its service like that that makes shopping online an easy decision

Should get 0 stars Very bad (all) communications! I ordered a conga and bongo set with stand for my sons birthday - one conga was missing - the store had no clue what happened and after 6 communications with them they told me to go through my voice mails and then call the company this was after they told me 4 times they knew what happened = Goofy - THEY SENT IT BACK and dont know the reason why they sent it back or who did it (right?......) To bad for GC considering my sphere of influence = NEVER EVER DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS.!.!

Best place in town for your music needs. From the beginners to the pros, this is the place to go. Just enrolled my son in drum lessons with Jonathan and my son loves it. Now he can make use of his Pearl Session Studio select (black halo glitter).

Gray place to shop or experience a guitar. A large collection of acoustic and electric guitar.

Went in with money in hand to buy a Les Paul. No one was busy but no one had time to help me out. Went to Finger Swagger instead. No plans to ever return to Guitar Center.

Mark is the best employee there. Ducky is great too.Honestly GC gets a bad rep online because they are a retail stop, but the Spokane location is honestly fantastic.We don’t have a ton of choices in the area other than Mark’s Guitar Shop which is also great but throttles by their small size and lack of inventory.What guitar center lacks in “local love” they make up for in choices, and knowledge.

Place has gone down hill fast. Sad to see covid ravage long standing businesses. Last time I was here it felt like they were getting ready to close down.

Tried to buy a mixer here, and they were missing the power supply. An employee said over the phone that they could get us a different one at a discount for the inconvenience. Then I come to pick it out, and try to get 2 different mixers, both are also missing the power cord, and when I finally find one thats a more expensive downgrade (less channels), they tell me they cant give me the discount. On top of that, the staff felt a need to over explain to me, like I was oblivious to what a mixer is. There were even more complications, that I’m not even going to bother getting into. Overall it was a bad experience, and I recommend saving yourself the hassle and just ordering your equipment elsewhere.

They dont have anything but basic junk in stock.Went back to purchase a wireless guitar system, they still do not have much is stock. You might be better off ordering musical equipment from Sweetwater. Have not been back to this guitar center in MONTHS because of the known sad state the store is in. I actually signed up for a SWEETWATER card and now purchase exclusively from them on credit and I get much better product availability, fast shipping and great service. Have not considered going back to GC since.

Ben, the store manager, saved the day! Musicians Friend shipped my Steve Vai JEM77P without a Tremolo arm. After a month of trying to get resolution from MF, I called the Spokane Guitar Center Store out of desperation. Ben, the store manager, order the missing arm for me and had it shipped to my house.Without him I would still be sporting a $2000 incomplete guitar.Thank you Ben!

I found what I was looking for and the service was great

I appreciate the selection, but checking out took about 20 minutes. Stood in line behind the only line open for about 10 minutes while the clerk was busy with another customer. After about 10 minutes, another clerk came up with another customer to check out their purchase. The clerk I was waiting for did not call for another clerk to help check out my purchase. I then tried to ask the clerk if I should get in the other line. He did not hear me so I went to the other line that now had a second customer in line. After the second person took about another 5 minutes comparing prices to Amazon, yet another clerk came up with yet another customer to help them with their purchase. This was starting to get almost comical. Was I invisible? Finally after spending about 20 minutes in line, the employee standing at the exit asked me if I needed to check out. I spent about 3 bucks. I would ask that your clerks observe waiting customers a little better.

It may not be hyperbole to say that I got the best customer service here that I’ve ever experienced. Working though a guitar return was an entertaining pleasure as the folks here (especially Ducky) went leaps and bounds out of their way to make sure I was accommodated.

Very disappointing. We actually planned on spending good amount money, but they just couldnt get their program together. We even referred some folks but they ended up going somewhere else. I would encourage the manager/owner to test the customer service with hidden customers. It seems things are getting sloppy.

Not to many guitar stores around anymore thanks to online shopping.. But Ive gone there for years (not enough to be known by name mind you). The people are very knowledgeable and Ive bought some great gear from there that was good quality for some pretty awesome prices..

Wont go to them again. Went to go get my daughter a ukulele so she could start learning how to play. Found one after looking through the selections that my daughter really loved. Got to the register and was told that it couldnt be sold. Come to find out that it was on a hold. It was pawned and they wanted to see if it was going to get paid off or they would sell it. If your instruments where on a pawn you think they would wait tell it was past the due time to sell it..........NOT RIGHT AFTER YOU TOOK IT TO THEM. If they want to do business like that, then I wont go back to them.

Had to get a new volume control for my guitar

My sister was looking for a guitar stand as a Xmas gift & they had what she needed. We had a bit of trouble paying, but the staff was apologetic for the wait.

Despite what the website says, this store is being remodeled and is not open for curbside pickup. I was not told that last week when making an order and when I went to pickup my order today, I was told they could not give me the item. I either had to wait until the remodel was over or cancel my order. I did just that and went to Mark’s Guitars in Garland and had a much better experience.

The remodel is a big improvement. Ive been going to this location for 8 years. Their inventory is severely lacking as of late. I have a feeling its because of covid.
