Made a same day appointment online through their portal, made it there on time. They were pretty busy, gave me free range to check out all their mattresses (prefer to shop this way without someone all in your business) they had an okay selection, really a couple of all different styles. Ended up finding something I liked unfortunately wasn’t in stock in the size I wanted but went ahead anyways and placed the order anyways. Excited for it to arrive in a couple weeks! I just bought the 4th new mattress purchased from Box Drop North Spokane. First, my nephew bought a mattress from Box Drop North before his deployment, he told me to give Jon a call before I bought anywhere else. I figured Id take his advice and gave Jon the first shot. Boy am I glad I did!Jon met me at his Warehouse filled with all kinds of furniture including top name brand mattresses & adjustable base beds. He help me find exactly what I needed. It was the perfect size comfort level and price for what I was looking for. A good guest room matters for a room that i slept in from time to time while visiting my parents. The price was exactly right and the mattress is exceptionally comfortable. It was the perfect match. For us - a home runNext, I wanted to buy something higher quality with a few more featuresfor my Mother that she found comfortable and fit her queen size bed frame. I called Jon again and he said bring your mother down and Ill take great care of her, because it will be best for her to test fit the right one. We found the exact mattress she needed, quality we wanted, and the comfort she was looking for. for about 30% less than Id intended to spend. Home run # 2.Number 3, I wanted a new mattress for me, so I wanted something very high quality and very comfortable, but still with the specific budget in mind. I called good old Jon at Box Drop. He met me at his store.He let me take as long as I wanted (explaining features but never selling me anything) until I found the one that I felt was the perfect fit.I was shopping by price to fit a budget (against Jons promptings) I got cheap on myself and didnt get a new box spring- (dumb decision it was a big mistake}. The mattress is a home run. But I cheaped out over a couple of bucks. I had given myself awful headaches.On mattress number four, I was in the hospital because Id given myself a severe migraine. I called Jon, FROM The Hospital Room, and told him I couldnt sleep on that set up anymore, without a new box spring. It was after 3 days in the hospital with the same headache, when I called Box Drop . I said I would spend whatever it took to get the right box spring and mattress for me to no longer have headaches. If it was $3,000 enen, $4000 I was going to spend whatever it took, My health and well-being now depended on it.Jon said you call me as soon as you get home and I will be out there as quickly as possible and Ill get you a new box spring.True to his word, the night that I was released from the hospital I called and he showed up at my door step, asked me which room and then told me to sit down on the couch and relax, I brought exactly what you need - I placed 100% confidence in Jon I sat down on the couch.15 minutes later he came out and said come try this setup. He had delivered me a brand new box spring, and a brand new mattress. I found out- that he had brought me the exact perfect one, He had been paying attention to me.He nailed it perfectly. It was the right 0ne, the perfect setup for me. Perfect size, perfect firmness, perfect comfort level, this bed is Goldilocks perfect for me. It fits just right.And the best part? I literally laughed out loud when he told me the price. It was way way less than even half of what I anticipated spending. I would have paid double that amount and still thought I got a great deal. I was gobsmacked.This is now my permanent furniture store. If Im looking for any furniture items Im going to call Jon and his staff at BOX Drop Spokane North. Period. . betting ONLY itll be the only call I have to make.Im such a happy customer that Im telling everybody I know, that Box Drop Spokane Northside is the BEST place Ive ever shopped for my mattresses, or any furniture for that matter.Thank you Jon and Denise I guarantee youll hear from me again (and everyone I know). I liked the fact that there was a sample model of everything they sell and we were allowed to shop, not be sold. We tried what we were interested in and then got told the details. No pressure, no problem. The prices are a very good discount. They keep the prices low because its not fancy, yet functional. First thing, we were offered a cup of coffee. Nice touch! Looking for a Mattress that was better than the cheap mattress I had that springs were coming up on. Found Jon & His wifes ad on the marketplace, was a little skeptical because of the cheap prices. My girlfriend and I went up there to see what they had & we found the perfect mattress. They even said delivery was available but they were going vacation, they thought about us even tho they didn’t have to and Jon’s brother was able to deliver it. Had a good experience with BoxDrop North Spokane. We purchased an adjustable base. Staff was friendly and helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and spent the time to help us make the best choice. Product arrived on time and took about an hour to put together. Motors to adjust head and feet are pretty quiet but not silent. Works as advertised, very happy with our choice.
