Kimberly is such a generous and modest person. Fixed a watch I bought that didnt fit my wrist properly. Tried to tip her for the complimentary work, but she absolutely refused. Thank you, it made my day! Phenomenal service from her and other staff I spoke with this week!

JC Penney at North Town Mall has very nice clothes. The store is always clean and well organized. The sales personnel are well informed and very helpful.

Its alright! I would buy home goodies and maybe a little dress for my 2 nieces, toys for nephews and what not. Unfortunately I cannot find anything that would fit me, customer service is friendly and quick, not much selections of junior sizes. Other then that its great place to shop for anybody (who are shorter then 6 tooters). :) Very rarely I would find one item, but for the home tons of goodies.

I picked up 2 bathing suits at 70% off that I am quite satisfied with. Nice in house sales here most of the time. 2 thumbs up!

Wonderful service, Im disabled and a clerk from another department helped me with getting the things I wanted to buy to a check out.When she was done checking me out I could not get it all out to my car on my walker,so I went to get car and she watched my bags at door as it was check out time,the store was closing.So nice

Its your bigger guy you should know that they have one of the best big and tall sections I have found in Spokane thats not a specialty big and tall store.

Not a great selection of clothes in bigger tall sizes, but I got lucky and found a shirt I found acceptable, and in my size. Hopefully it looks good for my interview.

Wonderful place! One of the only Big and Tall sections in the city, one of the few places a guy like me (64, 340lb) can get some good clothes!

I went to return some things and the cashier, Miyara, was very helpful. She was super nice and very fast. She let me know about deals going on and I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you need something they have quick it is a nice place but their online website is so much cheaper. We went and bought 2 shirts and they were 30 a piece then wanted to get another in a diffrent size and found on the website they were 20.

I came in to purchase some evening dressings. I received wonderful personalized customer service from a young woman named Brittany. I gave a 4star only because the prices are too high in JCPENNEY. I patiently waited for these dresses to go on clearance. Also, there is usually only a few registers open in the whole store and very limited help. You have to wait a long time in line and walk far to find a register. Yet, its important to note that the dresses are FABULOUS quality and Brittany gave great 5 star service.

In store pick up is difficult to find and is confusing. No one helped despite our obvious lack of knowledge as to how to proceed. My ID was never checked either, but website states clearly you cannot pick up items without presenting it. This was disturbing, as we were picking up a $400 item.

Making an exchange was easy. Prices still high. The staff person in mens wear was very helpful.

I went here last week and had the best experience with Katie J. She was so nice and friendly, and had the best customer service! She is extremely advanced in her cosmetology career. Not only has she been doing hair, color, etc for over 5 years, she also has the customer service skills to back it up. In my experience this hasn’t happened. She listens to you, and is very kind, and gives you exactly what you ask for.I told her what I wanted (a cut & color) and she was able to do one even better. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and also added in some tips on how to grow healthy hair.If you’re looking for a cut, color, or even something simple like a deep condition - Katie is the gal to go to! REQUEST HER!I am extremely pleased with my experience and can’t wait to go back!

So for anyone who hasnt seen it is going out of business.

Let me start by saying the staff are friendly. That being said I will NEVER purchase anything from JC Pennys again! I bought a ring for my wife for her birthday. I also purchased a lifetime care policy to get sizing, repair, and stone replacement. I took the ring in for sizing and it came back 43 days later. My wife wore it for about 2 weeks and a stone fell out. I took it back in for repair (consistent with the terms of the repair policy). 11 days later I was notified the ring would NOT be repaired and that Pennys was exercising their option to buy out the ring. I was told I would receive the purchase price of the ring on a gift card but not the cost of the insurance which was absolutely useless. I realize COVID has been hard on everyone including retailers but really JC Penny??? This was HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Found GREAT deals in their Big and tall department!! Being of larger size it can be difficult to find good fitting clothes. I ended up leaving with 4 nice shirts for under $30!

If you want curbside pickup service, go early. You must go inside to the pickup counter during midday hours, as they are extremely busy and may not answer your curbside phone call. Once inside, the line moved quickly and the sales associate was efficient and polite.

Went to 4 different cash registers trying to find one to cash out or a sales person count find one person at any of the cash registers. Had to go to customer service to find someone and get cashed out. After waiting on line.

Attempted to use the park and pickup, but due to the national human malware situation no one answered the call or text as instructed by the sign. Ran in and picked up merchandise lady was nice and advised she was covering for this area due to staff shortage, understandable considering. Everything was fast to pick up once inside the store, neatly folded and placed in a bag, showed my ID, collected the bag and receipt and off we went. Total of maybe half a minute.

Typical JCPenneys, they had what I wanted In-N-Out in a hurry.

I dont know how to have clerk get my coupons, or discounts applied for the best prices. They never ask if I want to use rewards or apply discounts for using cc. I have to ask. Yesterday I should have been able to get a better discount on items.

JCPenney is not what it used to be. Very disappointing.

Couldnt give me change for a dollar. Paid 65 dollars in there store and asked for 4 quarters back and she informed me shes really not supposed to do that. Will be cancelling my jc penny card and will never return.

This salon is great! Samantha helped me and my hair has always been difficult to work with every where I went. I went in and there was a bit more color on my roots and I didn’t really like that. I called the next day I came in to get the roots fixed more to my preference and now I absolutely love my hair! Also I have never had softer hair IDK what she did to make it so soft but it’s great!

Sad to see all those stores closing, or in disarray. JC Penney is an iconic store thats failing. The bs measures taken by the governor hasnt helped either. Prices are decent, but not as low as I would expect. Its no wonder the store is failing. Marketing sucks, it looks like a ghost town, and seems like theyre just giving up. If you work at jc Penney and need your job good luck. Get out while you can.

For me this place is a hit n miss kinda place. Sometimes they have a lot of cute things n sometimes not. Sometimes they have really good prices and sometimes not. Its big and has clothes and shoes and appliances and decorations and gifts and toys.

I usually don’t like to complain but I was trying to get some Christmas shopping done, and I came in for one specific item because of the sale price. It rang up for way higher and the young lady asked if she should call the valley for me. I left disappointed but looked up the item online, and come to find out it said they had 10 in stock at this location. Employees should know their products better or at least how to find them because I SHOWED HER THE SIGN AS IT WAS STILL ON DISPLAY. Complete waste of my time

Its said, the store has cut their inventory way back no clerks. One register open per floor, never one when needed. Took my 80 year old mom in with grandkids to shop for clothes. No place for her to sit, no cart for her to hang on to. We ended up cutting our shopping trip in half! I know they are having troubles, but this just makes it worst. Also just to let the store know when we were going in the door two boys came running out with an arm load of clothes, still on hangers and not in a bag! Told the first clerk we saw but she did not say anything. Sad🙁

Wasnt impressed the jewelry gal walked away from us multiple times while we was looking. Had to go upstairs to check out. Recently had surgery was having to carry my items up stairs and then back down to get out of the store. But everyone was socially distanced and wearing masks.
