I have been to Spokane Cigar about 7 times. Overall the staff has been friendly and the selection of over the counter tobacco products. I recently purchased a cigar after stating that I was looking for a mid range one. The person who helped me was knowledgeable and gave me several options to choose from. As far as the humidor itself it could be better, more humidity and a system that uses distilled water overall my rating is based on the helpfulness of the staff and non cigar items.

This is my favorite cigar spot in Spokane. The guy that works here (the only one I’ve dealt with is the guy with the short hair, younger guy) he is very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his job so it makes for pleasant cigar shopping experience. Their humidor is full of great selections and they have everything else a seasoned cigar smoker, or a brand new smoker would want. Highly recommend.

I like the shop but the humidor didnt seem to be that humidity controlled. Prices were good, lots of mid shelf options.

The staff is helpful and friendly. They have a wide variety of cigars in a large walk in humidor. Would definitely shop here again.

Super legit staff. Dont know about selection, but I had to stop in right before close for a vape pen charger, and they even tested it for me in the store. They werent in a hurry to rush me out so they could close up, like a lot of places around here. And the people working there are actually people. They dont come across as your usual disinterested, dead inside retail workers. Its refreshing.

This is my go to tobacco shop in town. I smole a pipe and they sell loose tobacco, pipes and accessories. The staff is pretty hip, the humidor is pretty damn big!

If you go to this shop for cigars do not waste your time or money! I walked in and first thing I saw was several boxes of cigars completely covered in mold. The humidifier they were using was filled with regular water and not distilled. None of the staff knew anything about cigars or how to properly maintain a humidor. Even if these issues are resolved the cigars are way over priced, a cigar normally sold for 8$ was priced at 14$. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever been to and will never go back.

Good cigar shop with slot of things that I dont know about. Makes me feel like I dont want to be associated with it. I like the one in the Flour Mill much better.

LESLIE SWANER! Her review is hateful and completely wrong. I was personally there (as a customer) and witnessed the interaction, I also witnessed the extremely hateful phone call that followed. When Leslie came into the shop she was looking at price of the cigarettes. While kamii was waiting for her to make her decision a gentleman that works next door came in. She waited little longer and to not rush leslies decision she helped the guy since she knew exactly what he wanted (hes a regular) Leslie did not say a single word she simple snatched her purse and stormed out. A few minutes later Leslie called the shop wanting to speak to a manager and kamii is the GM. Leslie proceeded to call her HORRIBLE names and told her she would never be back and was going to write a bad review and also have her friends write a bad review. The GM was 100% apologetic and calm during the entire encounter. I then waited for her to post this nasty review so I could tell the real story. Spokane cigar is a fantastic business with amazing people that work there. LESLIE YOU ARE WRONG FOR THIS AND YOU KNOW IT. I have people reporting your review.

Decent selection of tobacco and tobacco products. I like that they sell the good lighter leashes and cardboard cig boxes which i use.

Great selection of cigars, glass pipes, cigarettes, shisha and cigarette tobacco. However, I was not impressed with the pipe or pipe tobacco selections. Very poor if youre a pipe smoker, but decent for all other tobacco products.

Went back to store. Bought some new glass. The ppl were very nice and helpful.

Ive been spending close to $250 a month here for 2 years...NEVER AGAIN!! The female manager during the day is EXTREMELY RUDE!! She does not like women and caters to men. She will help a man behind you as if youre not there! After she did this to me a 2nd time, I decided to take my little $250 somewhere else. The ONLY reason Im not giving ONE STAR is because not all of the employees are like this. This store SUCKS!! The Glass is all GARBAGE! When you get it home it leaks and they refuse to do anything to make it right. Customer service is Horrible employees seem as if your interrupting their high or something. Dont ever have a complaint cause you will be treated like crap and as if you are trying to screw them over!! Bought a $20 item turned out to be $50 tried to correct before I left store and was told Sorry all sales are final. WTF Im still in the store?????????? Save your money and support ANY other local business please!!
