What a great Local company. After having new doors installed, one of our sensors wasnt working. We tried going to Brinks directly but they never came through. We then decided to call Total Security to order the part we needed. Mike was so helpful to us and the end result was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. He had me send him a photo of the bad sensor. Turns out, it was not facing the right direction so he guided me on what to do and presto, the sensor worked! And he did this for us at no charge. Mike and his crew are incredible. They came out for an emergency on a Sunday at no extra charge and have incredible customer service. I spoke with the tech on a monday, I was at a doctors appointment. He then asked me if I would be available Wednesday between 1 -4 pm. Myself and my neighbors are outside, kids playing basketball. Tech no showe . Then I called them back next week, I still hadnt heard from them. They are unprofessional in my opinion. She couldnt accept the fact that their company made a mistake and wanted to argue. Instead of saying understanding that we all make mistakes, and sometimes slip through the cracks. To argue with a potential customer, I would have rescheduled. With her arguing , thinking they are dont make mistakes, caused me to think think if any problems arised they would argue as well.

I am not a customer of Total Security, but I gave them a call today with a question. My home has an old security system that is no longer in use and when Avista shut my power off for one minute today after upgrading to a smart meter, the security panel began beeping. Mike was fantastic and walked me through how to disconnect the system. He was incredibly patient with me as I ran through the house trying to find the control panel and had me send him pictures so he knew what we were working with. The beeping has stopped and Mike did not charge me for the assistance. Thanks again!

Total Security! Amazing service! We have them both for our home and our business. Over the summer, we had an attempted break in at our shop.
