I came to the store pretty much decided on what I was looking for and found just that. The salesman was courteous and knew his inventory. In 15 minutes i tried out the different mattresses and picked the one I wanted. The sale was completed quickly and the delivery was on time and free if they could leave it on the porch. Even for an oldie like me a single twin top was not too much to manage and it is very comfortable. Wish all transactions were this easy.

I went there helping one of my friends parents out, the associate was pushy, kept trying to get her to decide fast. I went to the bathrooms they were dirty. They did not have a great selection. Right now there more expensive then most places selling mattresses.

My wife and I have long considered purchasing an adjustable split king bed. I called Jacob, the manager on Saturday to inquire about the availability and he patiently explained some of the options. We enter the store Sunday afternoon and he recalled our names. He had numerous customers in the store at the time but patiently offered answers to our questions. After reviewing the options we went to lunch and returned about an hour later. Over the course of the next hour we made the decision to purchase our bed. At no point did we cents a scripted sales pitch from Jacob. He was honest and straightforward and his answers to many questions. We settled on the price and made our purchase. This morning I decided to compare the purchase price of our bed with an identical item offered on Amazon. Even without the warranty representation that MattressFirm offers the same bed cost approximately 8% more from Amazon. We are nothing but pleased with the price and the service from the store. Was there Sunday and bought a mattress, and Monday child protective services are at my door asking about the events at mattress firm. They were upset that I took the eletric remote from my son after telling him to stop mutiple times and slapped his hand and that my youngest was crying when he accidently shut his fingers in the doors. Called the store manager and canceled my order but from her reaction sounds like she dont care. I know it was the associates because we are the only customers there at the time and there were only 2 associates.

Jacob, the store manager on 29th was very helpful with picking out the best option for my price range. Helped me pick out the best option to maintain warranty as well. Look forward to sleeping on my new set up!

Went there with my boyfriend and his daughter, it is not family friendly, they are pushy and they kept making me second guess myself, wasnt very helpful. Was not greeted for 10 mins being in there was the only customers they were busy playing with their phone. I would never go again

This was a great place to buy a mattress. The people working there were amazingly knowledgeable about mattresses and the effect of certain styles of mattress on the body, back ache, side sleepers, etc. They took what we asked into consideration and did not, in any way, try to up sell us on a more expensive mattress although did suggest a product to keep our mattress new longer. They emphasized that we could return the mattress within 120 days if it did not suit. I will definitely go back to this store again.

Scott, the employee that I worked with was incredible! He is very thorough & knowledgeable explaining all of the different types of foam, mattresses, & beds to me. He also explained the different payment options, without pushing upgrades on me. He worked with my budget, as best as he could. It was very pleasurable shopping with Scott at this location.

Mr. Jacob phillip at mattress firm on spokane south-hill was really helpful, amazing and supportive during the purchase of a Serta queen mattress with a Serta queen base. He helped us throughout the process and gave us very mouth watering discount. One big thing I also appreciated is that the sale rep at mattress firm never tried to be pushy or to sell us any thing but let us breathe and take our time as we selected a mattress and base. Mattress firm is the best and I highly recommend them.

Purchasing my son’s mattress at the store was quick and easy. I was told I’d get a call the night before regarding delivery time, which I paid for - but I didn’t get a call. The delivery was made mid-day, which is great - but I was a bit away from my home at the time of delivery. Thankfully they waited.

Philip was so helpful. He got me great quality for an amazing price. So many great deals! I had done a little research, but wasn’t sure of exactly what I need. He ascertained what I might want after just a brief conversation. I’m really happy with what I got!

We made an appointment so we were the only customers. She showed us only what we were wanting to see and did not pressure us at all. She gave us all the information we needed to our choice.

The Store itself is very open, bright and clean. Although the amount of beds (as in any other mattress store Ive been in lately), does make it difficult to get around. Especially if you have a cane or walker as I do. I mentioned this to the Store Manager (Autumn), when I was in there. She apologized for the inconveniences, and we discussed the impossibility that a person would have if they were in a wheelchair or scooter. She offered to move any mattress I wanted to try, to an easier location in the store.The Store Manager (Autumn) is very knowledgeable in the many different types of mattresses they have. She is highly skilled in being able to ask you the right questions to find just the perfect mattress for your personal needs. She can even do this with a pillow for you as well! Its truly amazing! She makes you feel comfortable when you walk in and during the whole process, without being overbearing & pushy. It was a very different experience them Ive had at other stores around town, where youre judged as soon as you pull into the parking lot (Walkers is the worst! 😤). She will let you look around on your own, but still all you questions about your needs, without following you around like a lost puppy.So if you are even thinking about looking for a mattress (even if its 6 months to a year from now), do the 1 thing that is going to help you the most......Go see and talk to Autumn!You will not be sorry. You will come away with the most thorough and specific information you will need to make the BEST decision about a mattress or even pillow.But make sure you do this with Autumn. I decided to check out Mattress Firm to get some comparative pricing alongside Walkers Furniture because I needed a bed set for my new apartment. I learned two things: First, Autumn is a wonderful and very convincing person. Secondly, a mattress store and a furniture store are two COMPLETELY different places to shop. Went in to get the same bed but delivered to a new city. The process was very simple, got the bed at a discount price as a returning customer, and they took care of the logistics of getting it in the new city very easily! The people working there were as friendly and as helpful as can be.

We needed to buy a low-rise boxspring because my elderly mother was sliding or falling out of bed frequently. On a visit to Spokane to visit Mom & Dad I spotted the Mattress Firm store nearby. I doubted they would have what we needed, especially since she needed a full bed size, but I gave them a call. They had one in the back, but sales lady said it probably belonged to a special order. When we stopped by later, I was very surprised to recognize the sales lady! She had been a very good friend of our daughter, 15 years ago then moved to Spokane! She was able to give us a great sales & delivery price. Dad was super pleased with the quick & efficient delivery. And Mom hasnt slid out of bed since!

I went to mattress firm looking for the serta icomfort and thought I knew what mattress I wanted at the beginning of December. Pam assisted me and my gosh, was I completely wrong. She showed me the different types of mattresses and when I tried the tempur-pedic mattresses, I was hooked. She was amazing and helpful. I ended up purchasing the tempur-pedic soft lux breeze and it was the best investment I ever made and totally worth the money. Autumn helped us buy the perfect bed, and has been an amazing fountain of knowledge for us. I am a little worried about how she’s always alone in the store. Having only one employee work 11-12 hours a day alone in this neighborhood seems very dangerous. She doesn’t know I’m doing this review, but I live at Rockcliffe and she’s in there every single day alone. She’s so sweet and kind, I just worry. Can you maybe hire more people? Thank you!
