Well I guess my oil cant be changed due to my window not rolling down?? Was super confused my windows all work as soon as I left my passenger window started working. Was told they couldnt change it due to safety reasons honestly not recommending them to anyone.

Getting a cheap oil change resulted in an oil leak that cost $800 to fix. My sister and mother had problems after getting their oils changed here as well. It truly is not worth it to get your oil changed here and by the looks of reviews, I wouldn’t suggest any other automotive services either

Had a tire get a curb rip just out out the walmart , looked on line to see if they fixed flats but and site stated they were open so sent my friend to them to get it fix , call to get a head start on a spot in line , and the phone just kept ringing finely got answered only to get told the tire center was closed a month before . we going shopping there all the time and there is no signs up stating that the center is closed due to covid was what i was told from the person who finely answered the phone. no message on the tire centers line , like there should be . then i get told out the far out valley store has the tire center after telling the person already the tire was flat .

Bought 4 new tires. Waited a week for them to arrive. Spent the extra$$ for the upgraded install service. Took it back 5 days later, to have rear tires rebalanced. One was 1/2 the other a full ounce off. I dont drive this vehicle, my wife does. I drove it on the freeway, and it seems the front tires need to be properly balanced as well. Not happy.

Horrible experience. They even kwft my old headlight bulb under the hood on my battery , I found it when I opened the hood the next day! Not only that but they lied about topping off and checking fluids as well . they might be the cheapest around, but theres a reason for that. My car sounds worse after I brought it in for a simple oil change than it did before I brought it in! Smh..

The auto techs are to the point and dont nickel and dime ya! They offer a techs advise in auto care. They are professional and act like it! Friendly and most energetic and always have respect and common courtoursy!P. S. They have great prices on all auto care that they have at the specific store your at.

They are by the book. Can find great deals online or they even will have tires on clearance. But if its not oem they may give you a headache

Website says theyre open, but it isnt until you drive out there that you find out they are closed. Sure, inside is open if you wanna buy the parts and do it yourself

I had a flat tire on Father’s Day and had planned on going out of town. This was the only place open and first come first serve. I was treated quickly and everyone was cheerful and helpful.

Had to take two cars in this week for oil changes, and tires for one. I was able to bring the vehicles in early, which I highly recommend. The oil change took about 15 minutes, and my other vehicle with new tires too was under an hour.

My car was having issues. I was near the Northpoint Walmart. It was on a Sunday which meant the dealership was closed. I called Walmart automotive to ask if I could drive my car over there as I knew I probably wouldnt make it home. I was told to come right over.A man by the name of Nick(?) an automotive tech came out shortly after I arrived and checked the battery which turned out to be the problem, however, because it was so low on amps it messed with the electronic sensor. He was able to fix it to where I could drive it home. He didnt charge for the service which took at least 40 mins. They didnt carry my type battery or Id bought it right then. I recommend him anyday to work on my car!

I generally like Walmart, but they pulled a bait and switch on me for the oil change. They have a big sign saying $19.88 for a basic oil change, which is a great price. When I got in line to get one, they told me it would cost $29.88 because my 2009 Toyota Corolla needed special oil. I told them plain oil was fine for me, but they said I had to pay $29.88 or go somewhere else.

Won’t be back. Wasted about 5 days of my time. I got a new to me car and needed to have the winter tires swapped out because I had a blow out. So I’m unsafely driving on a donut, which I told them. First night, I get off work and go there directly. They had no customers there and it was about 20 minutes to closing. They said they were closing right then and couldn’t do it. Okay, fair. They said I could come back the next day and it would be super quick. Second day, the employees are yelling at the people in front of me and got in an argument with two ladies about which register to use. Finally I get to the front of the line and the lady tells me three hour wait. I need to work every day, so I had to leave because I only had a couple hours to burn. Third time, same thing. I work remotely the fourth day, thinking I’ll go in early the next day to get them put on. Finally, they tell me that the tread levels are too low and they can’t put them on and that they don’t have anything in stock that can replace my donut. Went to discount tire up the way and received all that information + a solution that made it safe for me to drive until I could figure out some new tires within about 10 minutes.

Kat was extremely helpful and paid attention to detail. She knew her products, talked honest and gave excellent customer service. She got an itamization of what I needed and even checked local hubs to see if she could offer me additional options later that day. Keep your staff happy and youll get good results. You all need to pray you can keep Kat happy, because her results are impeccable.

I messed up on the little I knew about tire needs for my RV but you guys came to the rescue and bailed us out!I have nothing but great things to say about getting tires thru Walmart. Where else can you get your tire repaired on a road trip on a Sunday? And I know I can find a Walmart Auto care center everywhere! I take my car in for oil changes and get free tire rotation. It doesnt get easier! You cant beat it anywhere!

I really like the employees that assisted me inside. My tires are great and what an awesome price! They dont do alignments - keep that in mind.The only thing I would have appreciated would have been if they had put my hubcaps back on. They said they were afraid they would break them. I have a 70s Dodge and they didnt know where theyd find them or some such nonsense.I took it to my mechanic for the alignment and he put them back on for me.

Customer service at the auto dept was rude

Super friendly and they told me my oil change would take an hour but they were done in 45 minutes. Also appreciated the kids movie they had on as I had 4 kids with me. Only wish there was a coffee table or something in the waiting area.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced from Walmart and let me tell you I have experienced bad customer service from Walmart many times but this has definitely took the cake the people at the tire center or so rude when I brought in my car told me that size tire I was asking for was not regulation for what I wanted but I had been running those tires on my rims for at least two years now and before that the tires were the same and had at least 3 years of use. For him to go on and argue with me that the tires are asking for werent regulation and that they werent allowed to was just overboard I will not be purchasing any Auto Parts or any thing to do with Walmart auto care center

Went to have leaky tire fixed, went in to pick it up and was informed couldnt repair but they forgot to call me in the 8 hours they had my car. Crew seemed over worked doing what they could without much support. Great prices on tires though. Shopped around a bit they had lowest prices in town. wally world is where its at.

I was placed on hold 2 times & disconnected each time. The gentleman that answered was a little grumpy (probably due to the fact that theyre overwhelming busy) when he would answer with their greeting & ask to put me on hold. The 3rd call was the Charm! The gentleman who answered was very nice & pleasant. He informed me that they could help me normally, but at this time they were No longer able to take any more jobs. We seem to be the only car & tire place open today. But I can get you in tomorrow?Hey did still give me a price for the job I was needing done, and I then let him know that there were 2 other tire places that were also open. 1 of them was also very busy, yet the 2nd one was wide open. He thanked me & said that he would pass that information along.He was always very nice, polite, and cheerful. I will go back to their place whenever I can because of his professional and courteous service. Only 3 stars due to the fact of the first gentlemans attitude and being disconnected. But now that I understand, Im not as frustrated. I pray all the employees have a better day and week since the Christmas spirit is still in the air.

Generally good service, always friendly staff. Last oil change they spilt oil on the engine and ended up dripping on our garage floor. That didnt make my husband too thrilled. But other than that good service.

My first time getting an oil change there and it was ok. Awesome deal on the oil change today. For 0w 20 synthetic oil for my Subaru was almost $50 and thats with tax. Everyone else wanted about $75 to do my oil change...

I ordered tires to be delivered to store. Receipt says to call and make appt and when I tried I was told that they wont make appt until it arrives. I work long hours so wanted to set appt to guarantee I was out before I had to go to work. Very frustrating!

We had the CWU cheer team in town for a football game & one of the girls arrived with a slow leaking tire. My husband took it off while I called 15 min before closing. They stayed late & fixed it for us!! Thank you so much...now she can safely travel home tomorrow!

Look, the people there are probably all good people just trying to get through their work day, but the fact is that they really messed up on my car, and Im not going to trust them anymore because of it. They didnt replace my battery hold-down strap (because it was too corroded) when I got my battery changed there. They said so too, actually, on the receipt that I signed. They did not however verbally communicate anything to me and since I dont know much about cars, I mistakenly took their silence to mean that it wasnt a very big deal. Well it turns out that it is a big deal, and that it can catch your car on fire and totally engulf it in flames. Now, I am lucky to report that this did not happen to me, but one of my battery terminals was melted and my car did need to be towed off of division street. 2 mechanics told me that I was screwed over and that I should have walmart foot the bill, but when I talked to walmart they pointed to the receipt I had signed and said their hands were tied. I understand what they mean, since well... I have no legal basis for my frustration if I signed a document stating that I knew I didnt have a hold-down strap on my car. But the fact remains that they did not communicate to me what it meant, and knowing what I know now I really think they shouldnt even let you off of the lot without one. So I do not feel like my safety was respected or valued when I took my car there, and I will no longer be returning or recommending it to anyone else that I know.

Busy on Sunday, the only place around thats open. Quick in and out, having a flat tire fixed. Dropped it off and waiting for them to call me.

I arrived at aprox 7:00am for snow tire mount and balance. I was told I was 6th in line so I figured with 3 bays running it would be a max 2hr wait. I waited 4 hours. Im sure if any business was only able to turn out 6 cars every 4hours with 3 bays running, they would be in some financial trouble. Im pretty sure my vehicle was being pushed back in line. Certainly not first come first serve. 6 cars and 3 bays means each bay took 2 cars in four hours, around 2 hours of waiting time per car. Not coming back.

Be aware if you buy tires from walmart that their warrenty does NOT cover flat repair. That said, the prices are fair and the people working are friendly and do a decent job.

Just doing my part in trying to keep good people away from the horrible. Walmart neither has properly trained personnel nor proper equipment to service your car. They cant even balance tires. Done it wrong twice on my truck.

Good place for a simple oil change

I was here yesterday way before it close pulled up to get my tires done the big guy with the gray hair told us to go in the tire section and wait we were here before all the other people waiting 30 mins go by and we remind him that were still waiting he decided to be really rude and tell us that half his crew diddnt show up and he cant help us 30 mins of wasting time we saw half hos crew sitting on the side of the building smokeing what happen to the customer is aways right . Why are they getting paid for a job they are not doing i already made a complaint to customers service and yes im e-mailing higher up there are allot of people needing jobs and probably deserve them unlike walmart tire center employees ....

I just had my wifes Subaru Outback in for a Mobil1 synthetic oil, oil filter, and air filter change, as well an new Goodyear M&S tires all around. Not only did the do a great job on the service, but one of the tires TPMS units was faulty. They rebuilt the TPMS units and the warning light has now gone out. Great job, Walmart...especially the service technician who worked on her car.

My daughter took her car in for a new battery. They told her that it would take and hour. She checked in with them 45 min into it, they told her they were working on it right now. 15 min later, she asked agin. They told her they couldnt find her car. Huh? Didnt they just they were woking on it?. Then they told her the attendant she gave her keys to put them in his pocket. WHAT?! This has now been one hour and fifteen minutes to change a battery. When they finally gave her the car , she was told the battery was fine, didnt need one. An hour and a half later!! What a colossal waste of time!! #DYSFUNCTIONAL

Walmart lube center has joined the RIP off garages that look for minor things wrong with the vehicle and make them sound major, then they make you sign a paper stating the problem or they wont service the vehicle in the future. One minus stars for Walmart!
