I called last minute on a rainy day. They got me right in did a wonderful job on a very old truck. Then got it done fast and right. They stuck to their quote regardless of the rust they fought through. Even put the license plates on for my wife. I have used them before and will continue recommend them to others.

We were having an issue with a leaking sunroof. I spoke to Sergei he was very knowledgeable and was able to get our Jeep in the next day. It took very little time to diagnose and fix the issue....the drain was plugged....I had no idea that sunroofs had a drain🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯We are very happy with the honest, quick, inexpensive service we received at NW Auto Glass. They will definitely be our go to and who we refer our friends to.

Havent been there yet hopefully this Friday. My windshield is messed up beyond. Its Sharing the glory of window shatter at every bump on my dash and legs. Its probably 4 inches inside my cab. Thay were great our windshield was hit by a rock on vacation we decided to have it replaced when we got home. I used them on a rock chip on work van earlier in the year with great results so we took our 2019 Malibu to them thay had it in stock and installed in less then an hr and handled the paperwork with insurance. Know they would not rip off the insurance company.

Same day appointment they are very reasonably priced they got my windshield replaced in an hour! Very friendly and I had company while I waited with they’re doggy! Highly recommend

I just needed a window installed in my car, my vehicle has been broken into and the back window was shattered.Its an old car so I had to find the replacement window myself, which I did at Spaldings Salvage yard. Nw auto glass installed for $120 and I got the appointment the next day. I brought my car in 2 hours early and they still had the work done in less than 90 minutes.Very friendly and clear communication. I highly recommend 👍

My window was broken out on Sunday and NW Auto Glass got me in on Monday. They did a great job and I was in and out in just over an hour. Everyone is super friendly and their office is clean and comfortable. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs glass replaced on their vehicle.

Wife was recommended to go here from her parents. Super friendly staff! Really great quality work on the windshield. They even took the time to provide information about upkeep on the windshield. This was overall a great experience.They were even able to get this done fast which was good because we didnt have another vehicle to go somewhere else while the work was being done.

I dont know if they were having a bad day or what but I did not have the greatest experience. They were not that friendly with me and were kind of rude when I tried to use my insurance. They also told me it was going to take an hour and a half but it took three hours and I had made an appointment. They did a good job with my windshield though and it was a good price!

My car got broken into. The culprit mustve really wanted to screw up my day, cause they broke two windows (passenger side windows on 2007 Toyota RAV4). Insurance didnt cover it, so I started calling repair shops for estimates. SafeLite told me it would cost $700 just for parts and labor, not including sales tax or additional fees. Similar prices at other nearby locations. When I asked for an estimate from Sergey, he told me it would be ~$195 a window. This was much cheaper than any other location I found, so I set up an appointment for the next day. After I dropped my car off and paid, the work was done in less than two hours and I had my car back less than 24 hours after I reached out for the estimate. Total came out to $425 for everything, and I am very happy with the service. I hope I never need to deal with another break in, but if it happens, I know where Ill go. 5 stars

Wow. I’m always a skeptic when I see all 5 star reviews. But they back it up! Came in for a windshield replacement and not only did they do quality work, he gave me tips and references to adjust my sunroof and where to go to get a headliner replaced and I didn’t even ask. Super nice and waiting room was nice and clean with coffee. I will always go here for glasswork and will refer anyone to Northwest Auto Glass!

We have an older Nissan pickup that needed rubber seal replacements around sunroof and a windshield replacement. Having an old vehicle can be challenging for retro fitting. They did a fabulous job and took care of it the same day I inquired. Very clean shop and great customer service!!

They gave me a great quote of 175$ for a windshield replacement in less then 24hrs and other places wanted over 200..i get there almost 30min late due to the snow outside and they still were very nice to me as tho I wasnt late at all and I was sad that they said it would take an hour and a half to get done but then only 25min goes by and I was out the door. Checked several businesses and received other quotes but Northwest Auto Glass was the highest review score with the most reasonable price. Premier quality windshield for our 2017 Hyundai Elantra was in stock, matched the OEM exactly and was installed within the hour and for the price quoted with no add-ons or other surprises. The new windshield fits perfectly and looks great. This husband and wife team are the best. We highly recommend and would not go to another place.

Great place. Best price, definitely quality work, nice waiting area to sit and relax, and got me in on a couple hours notice. Very friendly. Two years earlier had a windshield put in at another business and as soon as I started the vehicle I could hear engine noise and then wind noise going down the highway. They denied any responsibility and I lived with it till it cracked and this place told me there was almost two feet of glue missing off the bottom of the windshield. The installer must have ran out of glue. Will always use NW Auto Glass from here on out. Quality work, quality people.

Sergey was able to make an appointment with little advance notice, at a time that was convenient for me. Work was performed quickly and correctly and we were on our way out the door. When I later called back to get a duplicate receipt for the work, they found and sent it immediately, and even filled in missing details to help with a warranty claim with the car maker.

First off, this may be my first time leaving a review ever but this is worth it! My truck was broken into and the back rear window was smashed in. I tried to replace it myself but got stuck once it came to the physical glass part so I called these guys just randomly and he got me in the second I called had a new replacement there within 30 minutes and had my truck done very fast! I would recommend this business 110% to anyone. They noticed things that were loose that had nothing to do with my window and fixed the mirror up as well. Super friendly, fast, professional and great work! I am satisfied :)

Recently I had NW Auto Glass replace the broken rear window of my truck canopy. Sergey suggested a replacement of double sided safety glass that will not shatter like the original glass. The job was done on time and at a fair price. NW Auto Glass also handled the insurance claim, so I had to pay just my deductible amount. The new glass is better than the original glass. I came in to office, a very friendly and professional staff member asked if she could help I explained my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado Trucks driver side window would not go up. She got a Technician, I showed him the window he assessed the issue, said it was the regulator, would be 80 dollars parts, and 70 dollars labor, but could not get it in that day, but could next day. Before I left he said listen, let me tape your window up so you dont have plastic covering up your window, got it in next day, worked out slightly less than quote, these guys are amazing, will tell anyone come here for excellent service, so impressed, thank you

What drove me to North West Auto Glass was the price. It was fair and reasonable. Their customer service was excellent. They even answered my inquire on a Sunday while the shop was closed. The only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that after having the windshield replaced, I brought my truck home and washed the windshield. That is when noticed a flaw in the glass. There is a noticeable black dot smashed between the two layers of glass. Now that I know it’s there, it is all I can see. To be fair I did not ask them to replace it, I figure its not worth the hassle. But it has lead me to the conclusion that the cost is reflective of the product, although a good piece of glass, perhaps it is sup-par to the OEM replacement. Would I use them again?...maybe.

Thank goodness I found them, I live in an apartment and in a freak windstorm on 5/2 a piece of siding came off and shattered my windshield. My insurance company connected me with Safelite to have the repairs done they wanted 3 times the amount. Which I could not afford. AT NW they were so nice the owner took his time and explained everything to me and even was understanding when I needed to change my appointment last minute. 6/11/20Had a scheduled appointment today and got stuck at road construction sites 3 times so arrived a half hour late ( did let them know), he remembered we were coming to Spokane for an appointment, got our windshield in and had us out to be on time for our next appointment. What a GREAT experience!!! Spoke mostly to Sergey and another young man. Had a spider crack in my windshield. The cost was extremely fair. I also asked him about water leaking on the front floor boards. He said the seals were loose and he would glue them in. He didn’t charge me!!
