They have everything from basic speaker set ups to full stage production speakers, lights, towers, scaffolding and monitors.Basically everything you need for a concert, movie production, or major speaking engagement is available here.The employees are super helpful and friendly and the ease of loading equipment is wonderful.A true hidden gem of a business in Spokane.

Awesome experience with VIP yesterday. I had a stage light that needed a new bulb, but had no idea on what type of bulb it needed. The burned out bulb was not in the unit so I had nothing to reference. No model number, no manual, nothing! The techs at VIP jumped all over it and were able to find the right bulb and recommended the right fuses for the unit also. I’m sure that this was an extremely small job for them to handle, but their level of customer service was excellent!! I have no doubt that they would provide that same level of attention to much bigger projects.

After two bad experiences with two other contractors we hired VIP production Northwest to install a sound system in our event center. Everything from the first call all the way through completion of the project was perfect. On time, on budget, sounds great and is a very simple system to use. Exactly what we wanted! Now were hiring VIP to install outdoor LED systems on the same building. We wasted time and money with the other companies. I highly recommend these guys.

Denny and his crew are fantastic. I searched all over Spokane for some light gels and nobody else had them. VIP had a great selection of colors and were extremely helpful.
