Well I have to say that Eric and his team will go the extra mile! I purchased a new 2 flag pole, flags and installation. Well I missed the memorial day buy a few days, then missed Flag day... I love the flag store! Ive actually purchased two mailbox covers from here. The first was a nice Autumn scene with a white picket fence with a yellow straw swag with an orange plaid bow. Here in NW Reno, Nevada, its important to make sure the package has the tiny little zip ties included. The magnets arent strong enough to keep it from blowing into your neighbors yard when the wind really kicks up. I went back in January, looking for a wintry mailbox cover that wasnt Christmas or Valentines Day specific! Because my mailbox is larger than the standard size, they didnt really have anything that struck my fancy. But, Christine special-ordered a beautiful winter Cardinals scene for me. It only took about two weeks to arrive. They give such great service! They also carry a lot of made in Nevada items, and yard flags and wind spinners. Quite a large selection. Im sure theyll have something you just cant live without! Youll enjoy the flag store!

When my son joined the Army I bought a flag and pole to attach to the front of our home. It was a nylon flag and lasted for 17 years before it started to fray. Earlier this year, I retired his original flag to save and present to him when he retires from the service. I bought another one to fly in his honor. Shortly after my son joined the Army, my Gdaughter joined the Army and I bought a flag to honor her service. When she got out after one hitch, I presented her with her flag in front of the family. The Flag store provided these flags and I highly recommend them for their quality. Their customer service is friendly and helpful. In the future, I plan on getting a 36 star American flag that represents Nevadas entry to the United states. They have a large inventory of other things as well. It is a fun place to visit and one probably cannot visit without buying something.

Man, if you want anything thats made in Nevada or has Nevada on it, they have it! Its not just flags. They have awesome gift baskets that are Nevada shaped with an assortment of foods and items that are produced here. I havent tried all the food yet but the Killer Salsa is great!

We love this store. Its the only place to go for flags because they know exactly what is needed for every application. 90 percent of all flag poles in Washoe County have been from the flag store because they know the conditions for wind and elements.
