I rely on heat packs to run my business.The first time I ordered from them, they arrived in 3 days. I made a smallish order because I had never heard of tsk.The second time, I made a large order. It took 4 days to even be sent out (one of those days was xmas, so 3 really), and they sent it the absolute slowest method possible. Its going to be over 2 weeks from the date of order to the date of delivery. Thats totally unacceptable.They tried to say it was because my order was heavy, 60lbs. But my first order came USPS priority mail in 3 days, and they allow up to 70lb. Heat packs are very small. They wouldve fit. God knows I paid enough in shipping for them to send it Flat Rate priority, twice!It wouldnt have been so bad if their customer service was helpful or even polite.

Not a pet store or open to public. Wasted gas to find this out. Needs to be changed so it is not misleading.

Terrible return policy. Purchased supplies from my paypal account, went smoothly at first. When the supplies arrived there were no refund instructions. My supplies were not as expected so I requested a return for the unused supplies. I missed their small 10 day window and couldnt get my money back. In short, their return policy is abysmal. They try to push store credit on you after the 10 days and you pay return shipping. I Will never shop here again.
