Love the staff here. They are always so helpful with the things I am looking for. Not an establishment that’s looking to pry every dollar for you, they truly care about your well being. Coach Moe recommended some supplements and vitamins that my mom would benefit from. Long story short, it really boosted her immune system and her over all health.

Smaller store...took a minute for person to acknowledge me as he was on a personal call. But when he did ask if I needed help, I got scared as he was openly carrying a weapon on his hip. Im all for concealed weapons but seeing them carried openly and obviously like that makes me nervous so I left quickly without purchasing.

Walked in to this location looking to purchase vitamins, and walked back out immediately since neither of the two employees were wearing masks. Pretty ironic that they aren’t following basic health regulations, since they specialize in “living well”.

I was just there about 20 minutes ago and i have no complaints and they where outstandingly helpful thank you so much for your help ill be happy to continue to shop here from now on!

Went into this store not knowing what I should get for the goals I was trying to reach. Shonda was amazing. She knew pretty much every detail about the products, and she uses her own life experiences which is amazing and so helpful!

Went into Southgate gnc in search of cardio cuts. They are the only gnc in my area that carries it! As soon as I walked in the man greeted me and helped me with any and all of my questions. He also told me about the gnc membership! I also asked him about something they didnt carry and he said he would order it for me so the next time I went in I could have it! I highly suggest going here you will get amazing service!

I came in recently to GNC looking for something to help improve my mental health needs that a friend recommended and was greeted by super friendly staff memeber named Chris. I was impressed at all the advice he had offered to improve my daily quality of life. The supplements used for helping my memory are very helpful. Thank you GNC for looking out!!

I was given a 50$ gift card due to winning a raffle and when entering the store was told I could get anything I please and to shop around. After 5 minutes the employee returned from the back and stated I had to take a 50$ bottle of supplement pills for the use of the gift card. I am very frustrated, when you receive a gift card stating no where it must be redeemed for or told you have to receive a certain item. I would have not drove 20 minutes out of my way to recieve supplements I do not need or want. When you receive a gift card a Christmas or birthday you go to use it they don’t say no you have to take this item or you can only get this menu choice, those are coupons not a 50$ gift card! Very frustrated with the management and owners of this location.
