Caffe Gelato Bertini is a great place to stop for a delicious treat! They have so many choices including a sugarless chocolate and some great non- dairy choices as well. The owners are so friendly and welcoming.

If I close my eyes, I’m right back in Italy. Loveliest owners, great service, delicious flavors. Couldn’t be better and anyone who says different…well, we can agree to disagree.

We have frequented Caffe Gelato Bertini for several years as many other 5 star reviewers here have.So I was shocked to see a poor review by Josh. It is hard to find 1 bad review never mind “7 people” he says didn’t like it? Who knows why someone would deliberately try to hurt a business for no reason but it is clear based on his reviews that this is the only gelato store he’s ever been to. I have reviewed four!We went by today to make sure our 5 star review is still valid and of course it is.Patricia and her family are always warm and welcoming and you can tell they really love making Gelato. I tried 2 new flavors that were, As always, Fresh, Creamy and so delicious!Blueberry mascarpone is my favorite!Everything that is made here is from fresh natural ingredients! No Chemicals, fillers, stabilizers or artificial anything, unlike some ice cream shops. Maybe he and his “6 friends” just don’t like Gelato?? 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♀️

Usually, I find google reviews reliable but sadly, not here. 7 of us tried several different flavors but unanimously disliked this gelato (ie ice cream with more milk made differently, etc.) when we went the other night and we were all very disappointed given the glowing reviews. It was so average that most of us did not finish it. I want to give it 2-stars but we just didn’t think it was good. It can’t be good when almost everyone prefers to throw away our ice cream rather than finish it, right? I say conclusively and without hesitation, just go somewhere else. 😞Maybe ownership or recipes changed and we couldn’t totally out our finger on it but heavily suspect they don’t use the highest quality milk and sweeteners and are using various flavorings much more than the actual items from nature (i.e. cherry flavor [natural or artificial is still not a real cherry]).Given the comments above, it wouldn’t have made a massive difference but while service was efficient and hard-working, it was not particularly friendly.Before dismissing me as negative fir writing a low rating, please see my other reviews. I try to write detailed, even-handed reviews to help others and have written many glowing reviews about many, many other spots. This place just wasn’t deserving in my (or 6 other visitors) minds based on our experience; far far far from and below its 4.9 review. 🤷‍♂️

Our family’s favorite after dinner treat. They have a wide variety of options, several diary free, and all delicious! The grapefruit sorbetto is like eating a cloud, the amaretti unique and amazing, but the best so far as been the biscoff. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about what they’re serving. Favorite dessert ever, regular ice cream just doesn’t compare.

Fantastic, authentic, Italian style gelato right in Yarmouth! While the ownership changed fairly recently, the new team worked closely with the former owners to learn the gelato making process and it totally shows in their product! Great local small business and highly recommended!!

After a long day at the beach, we stopped at this cute caffe for a gelato on our way home... and to our surprise, it’s one of the best gelato in MA! The owners were so friendly and nice, and the flavors they have are pretty endless. If I lived closer, I would be there everyday!

Some of the best gelato ever. The sea salted carmel creme, and expresso are excellent. The bakery next door drags you inside with all the delicious smells from the goodies inside.

Absolutely phenomenal Gelato!The owners are friendly, pleasant and informative, and passionate about what they do...which is serve the best Gelato and espresso drinks on the Cape...if not the East Coast. There were five of us...and all of the flavors we had were superb. Two of us had Beach Rose....which was made with rose petals! It was awesome! We also had a sparking espresso Bertini...a wonderful iced espresso concoction that was delightful. Visiting here is a must...dont leave the Cape without coming here and enjoying the experience.

The best Gelato I have ever had! And the owners are very nice! Consistently busy, but service was excellent! Quaint, small shop with limited seating inside, but nice patio with ample seating. I recommend the Cape Cod rose and the pistachio! You have options, they even serve espresso!

This is the real deal! Real ice cream, and real flavors! If you want real pistachio, this is it. No synthetic flavors, and no substitutes, like how some places put almonds and call it pistachio.
