Best pizza around. Always ask for special make light sauce well done most place ignore that. But this pizza is always on point. Not use to the new hours and called a couple times and they were closed already. Other than that great pizza great employees

We’re new regulars at Pro. Tried on a whim to spread the love to local businesses and we’ve ordered at least once a week. Service is always incredibly friendly and the food/pizza is always excellently prepared & fresh. This reminds me of old school pizza joints, ingredients are fresh and made to order and they don’t skimp on toppings. Also love the gluten free option!

Ordered 4 piece chicken dinner plus an extra piece, half slab of ribs cheese bread and a salad. Chicken was so overcooked all you can taste is bunrt no seasoning at all straight in the trash. Salad came with no dressing, and apparently you have to say you want pizza sauce to dip your cheese bread in . Then when I call they just said you didnt order any dressing or sauce. Didnt address the chicken issue at all. Wont be getting any food from here again .

Best pizza in the world! They do not deliver to me (I hate that) But when I can get there, to do pick up, never have I been disappointed. I only wish I could get there more often...or that they would deliver, they used to, and Im only 6 miles away. But whatever, the grub is fabulous, try em out!

Firstly the pizza is great. Probably the best in south Lyon. But our delivery driver was so kind. Usually it’s just a “here’s your pizza, see ya!” But the young man was so polite and genuine. Even my kids said after he left, “wow, he was really kind”. What a great young man. If you’re reading this, thank you! And your parents should be proud of raising such a genuine and kind spirited human being.

I ordered the Pickle Pizza from here! Very unique, came with a TON of pickles on it (I went light on the garlic sauce). Not for the pickle-faint of heart. Probably a one time order for this particular pie, but a must try for those of you who are pickle inclined.

Good pizza. But an hour and 15 minutes to get it and the order had missing and wrong items. Kind of a bummer.

Great customer service to resolve a small problem. Recently, I had ordered from the online system. This makes it easier to just pop in to pick up my order. When I got home, there was one small item missing, my dipping sauce. I called back right away and was told I could go back to get it. I wasnt interested in doing that. I asked for a credit/refund. I was told I could call the next day for assistance. I did call the next day, spoke with Banita who suggested that I receive more than double the amount I was asking for and they brought it to my house! They dropped it off when they were near my area - just as we agreed! When I got home and remembered, I checked the spot we had agreed and it was there! So, not only is there customer service terrific, so is their food! I have ordered several different items there and have not been disappointed. Good job & Thanks!

I LOVE pros pizza. Theyve always gotten my order right and the garlic cream cheese dip is so good! Great local pizza spot and especially good for those looking for that greasy type pizza. I always get the pepperoni pizza with the cheese bread alongside a marinara and a garlic cream cheese dip. So different from the other pizzas that youll just crave pros!

Ordered chillin with chicken dinner last evening, chicken was way overcooked and almost to the point where it did not even look like chicken. Potato wedges were way over cooked and had to dispose of them immediately. Have ordered pizza before and was just ok.Being new to the area, I will not be ordering from them again.

Great food, prices and service

I’ve never had food like this anywhere. It’s perfection. The subs, lasagna, pizza and bread is to die for. The staff are super friendly and bend over backwards to make sure everything you order is perfect. I had them cater a New Years Eve get together. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything was brought to my door, fresh and hot. Thanks again Laura. Job well done.

This the best place to eat while visiting Cayman! It is the first place our three generational family goes when we arrive at Grand Cayman each year. The salads, coconut shrimp, fish, and nachos are so yummy. Dont miss Coconut Joes for an awesome meal or two.

Love this place. I cant eat gluten anymore and it is killing me knowing how good their Fried Chicken and breadsticks are. I used them for my daughters graduation and people empty that food like it was their last meal.

They have really, really good food. Make sure you ask them to repeat your order back AND make sure you got what you ordered. They still make errors. Food: awesome. Service: greatly improved! They remade mine without a problem. Thank you!

We ordered for the first time and the food arrived 30 minutes late. They forgot part of our order. The food was cold. The breads ticks were put in the same container as the lasagna and spaghetti which made the bread sticks soggy and unable to be eaten. No cheese on the calzone. We called back to speak to a manager. They played games; we were kept on hold for over 10 minutes. Each person, 3 of them, that came to the phone claimed to be the manager then, after explaining problem, said they were not the manager. It appears that this company employs unsupervised and immature employees here. Ultimately, they offered no satisfaction. They refused to replace food or even bring the forgotten item. We asked for our money back and that is when they hung up on us. If, after reading this, you think I and exaggerating; after you receive your order delivered, you will know I am NOT.

Rudest customer service Ive ever experienced in my life! Called to order a pizza and the woman over the phone was so unbelievably rude and condescending and then had the audacity to say were so far behind in orders that we just cant help you right nowWere house sitting in a city we are not familiar with so we dont know the crossroads around us but that should not give a company the right to treat the customer as if they are stupid and wasting the companys time! An exact address should be sufficient enough in the year 2016 to deliver a pizza! On top of it, when we said we needed to use a credit card she got all rude again and said youre gonna have to hold on because theres a separate line for credit card orders! Uhmmm what...why is that not explained at the beginning of the phone call?! Dont condescend your customers...that is the fastest way to lose business! Your business lost a big order as well as a big tip for whomever the delivery driver would have been!

Flavors werent added to crust,extra sauce was not added pizza was dry price was high for the two large bread and salad deal. Im new to area but must say the first impression is a lasting one I will not be back.

I ordered the rib dinner with the coleslaw, potato wedges and prostix on November 15, 2019. The online menu says $17,.99. I was charged a total of $32.86. I called the store on Sunday to find out why and was told the full slab of ribs plus the slaw, potato wedges and prostix is $26.. something. Nowhere on their website is this advertised for this amount. I asked for the manager who oversees the store manager to call me and am still waiting for a phone call. I sent an email and have not received a reply. According to the menu online I was overcharged and want to be reimbursed for the difference.

Call the manager who said she made the pizza herself and explained it was cold hardly any chicken on it, and for being a large pizza for $25....it looked more like a med.She never offered a credit nor a replacement. Her comment was, Im not the owner so NOTHING I can do.Pretty pathetic first time impression for my family from out of state who is all about supporting local businesses.It will not allow me to post the pic of the pizza.And to the manager Marilyn...nice job on first impressions!

Ordered a chicken dinner and calzone. Calzone was undercooked and chicken dinner came without breads ticks and coleslaw. Wo t order again after being a customer for over 15yrs. Nobody seems to care these days. Ill take my money elsewhere.

Horrible service! Took 1 1/2 hours to deliver 10 mins down the road. Was put on hold for 10 mins while trying to order. Then they hung up before i could give them my name and payment info. When i called to ask where our food was the woman on the phone was beyond rude. When the delivery girl finally got there she argued with me about how long it took. This has happened to me twice (months apart). Im done with this place and will tell everybody i know about the horrible service. Its a shame because the food is really good.

Saw a red plum flyer in my apartment mailbox, the menu looked externaive and unique. I gave my order over the phone and the lady who took was nice. My chicken fingers/fries and fried mushrooms were ready when I arrived (2 mins. Before the 15 mins I was told). The food was GREAT, chicken fingers and fries were comparable with Red Robins which is in my opinion rare to find. The fried mushrooms were unique and better than I had imagined. Also the ranch was the DELICIOUS homemade ranch. The portion size was was HUGE, same amount of chicken/ fries if not more than at any chain casual restaurant (applebees, Red Robins ect.) for the measly price of $.98 are you serious, AWESOME!! Ill be back especially because the deliver so far from their location!
