James the manager was more than helpful and very knowledgeable. we were sold on the unit when he was able to get us the first month for free! I will be sending people to rent from him in the future!

Not having a lot of storage facility using experience, I was not sure what to expect. The owners and staff were especially friendly and the communication was fantastic. The facility was extremely clean and fit our needs very well. Thanks and job well done!!

We moved to South Lyon from SC. Jim made sure I got the size I needed, this was the best looking storage place around. Jim the manager is a stand up guy. He keeps everything clean and the office smells like pine sol. very happy with our experience at this storage place.

The unit was clean. James Lov (Property sales manager) went above and be on the call of duty.After I closed out my account James called and had found one item that I left behind. He held it for me until I could pick it up.Thank you James.

I have used many different storage facilities in the pasted. Ive had nothing but issues in the passed. I definitely recommend national storage. From the awesome customer service to the more than fair and affordable rates. This is the only storage place I have not had any issues such as, moisture issues, critter infestations, heat damage to mold. For over 2 years I have not had any issues with mold, infestations or anything else. I know my stuff is safe and I know I wont go into see any damage. Thanks a bunch. Definitely highly recommend

Clean, brand new, nice manager. however, i went there the next day around 1 or 2 and could not find any staff. i called the number on front door and it kept going into voice mail.

The gentleman who assisted me was very helpful and down to earth! We had some good laughs while doing the boring paperwork. The grounds are protected and well maintained! The storage unit I rented was very clean as well.

I needed a place to store some of my materials as I am an electrical contractor. Not a big enough company to have my own facility but large enough I dont have the room at home to store everything. Jessica was extremely friendly and quickly got me through the process. The gated entrance has business hours of 6am to 10pm. After a brief discussion of my potential need for 24 hour access, Jessica was able to do that for me and my company. It is nice to know that the facility has limited access, making me feel better about leaving my materials there. A nice bonus is knowing that this is a brand new facility. Super clean!! Thank you Jessica for making this an easy transaction. By the way, they currently have some great rates.

In looking for a storage place I was pleased to find friendly service which is hard to come by now a days, and extremely affordable rates. I had look at a few other but after seeing it was new, I was very happy to store my stuff. Not that storage is sexy but good customer service is. keep up the good work.

I didnt need to move at the moment and just stopped by to see the units. The rate, larger storage units and how friendly Jessica was made me change my mind. Now I have a much larger unit than the other company could provide and the unit sits much more evenly with the ground I can hand push my trailer in without much worries. Thank you for the service and the clean easy to use storage space.

Absolutely fantastic facility. The staff is wonderful and helpful. The facility is clean and put together. They were so generous to donate storage units to us for our house furnishing project for a homeless family of 4. This business is generous, kind, and an all around great business.

This place is wonderful. I heard about what they did for a nonprofit, The Goodfellas Project, that furnished a family for a homeless family. Im glad to see businesses helping out those in need. This is a great example of a socially responsible business. I would highly recommend this facility.

Probably the quickest, easiest rental process Ive experienced. My voicemail was immediately answered. The manager, Carol was nice and efficient. The storage unit was immaculate. I would refer this to a friend.
