I was recently fitted with heating aids and Karissa worked very closely to make sure I was comfortable with them, as they are so tiny, I can barely see them myself. Janine, her office staff, also makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. So glad I finally found what I was looking for in hearing aids, as I had gone to another business before this one and they told me that they could not fit me!

Very helpful with setting up new hearing aids. She adjusted the fit several times to help keep them in place. Also adjusted the frequency levels to help prevent feedback and noise. Always on time for appointments and willing to answer any questions. Wonderful!

I have been dealing with Personalized hearing care for years, for the care of my elderly mothers hearing needs. Dr. Jagacki along with her staff bend over backwards to make sure that you are getting the best hearing care possible. They are especially in tune with the care and needs dealing with the elderly. Very knowledgeable and caring team !

Great staff and very convenient. The Audiologist was wonderful and took her time to make sure everything was great. When I went back for initial adjustment she listened and adjusted according to my needs! Outstanding!!

Talk about A++++ service look no further then the South Lyon office. When you Call the office Janine, the receptionist, answers the phone in such a cheerful voice you can not but feel welcome. She is able to handle my problems and fit me into the schedule. Most of the time they are on schedule. Wait till you meet Janine. The smile she has makes you just smile back. Im a hard person when it comes to correcting my hearing. Ive returned several times for adjustments. Still not right yet but they are still willing to try.

This business is ears above the rest! A very, great positive customer experience. They really do listen to you besides being polite and courteous, which is a rare thing these days! I really do heartily recommend coming here to deal with them as they are genuinely interested in resolving your hearing issue(s) . All testing is done in the office. They were able to re-program my hearing aides so now they hear better than they ever did!
