If only I could give negative stars... Most unprofessional girls Ive ever met. Theyre completely incompetent when it comes to any actual devices, and a warranty exchange is laughable theyll be absolutely no help. If you ask questions its offensive to them. I will NEVER go to this store again 😞😭 so disappointed with the customer service in this store. I know good help is hard to find but WOW

Went in with a question on Sprint to T-mobile conversion combined with a free phone upgrade offer. Ryan knows his phones and spent 20 minutes or so working it through with me. Very helpful, I really appreciated his time and input.

Full disclosure. These are my business neighbors. I own the Earthwise next door. Both gentleman are polite and helpful. They convince me to move from AT&T. During certain hours you get domestic support here in the states. That is a win in my book.

Wanted a cheap cell phone to replace a land line. Found a good deal online. When it was time to actually port the number there were issues at the South Lyon T-Mobile store. The staff and company that owns the South Lyon store went to great effort to do all that was necessary to make the online deal a reality. Staff went above board to rectify a series of issues that arose during the process. When individuals stated they would return a call, they did so. The level of service was impressive for such an economic phone plan.

So helpful, even though we were cutting it close to closing time.

I would avoid this location!! Paid $240 to pay off balance on old phone to upgrade after being told we could. Only then to be told after paying that we couldnt upgrade. We asked for a refund & we would pay the deductible on the insurance instead for a replacement. Rep called customer support & told us we would have to wait until Monday to request the refund. Called customer support myself that evening & was told no we did not have to wait they can refund immediately. Store was now closed so had to wait. Husband went in on Monday and was told by the manager once T-Mobile receives money they will not refund. Weve been in touch with customer support since trying to correct the issue. We received nothing but incorrect information from this location and will avoid it at all costs.
