Very professional and friendly service. Brought my boat in for service Thursday morning after talking to Alex and asked if they would be able to have it ready for the weekend. Already Thursday afternoon I received a call that the boat was fixed and ready to go.The team is very friendly and helpful and I can only recommend them if you need assistance with your boat

Great customer service and a pleasure dealing with Mutiny Marine. I purchased a new Suzuki outboard for my fishing boat and Alex went out of his way to make sure the motor was ready for pick-up and we did not miss a beat fishing over the weekend. I also turned in the old motor and got a very fair price. I will continue to be a customer of theirs every time the opportunity presents itself. They are very busy, but that is also a testament that they provide good service that people appreciate.

I brought in a jet ski that I knew had some major issues. The team called me back earlier than they promised and went over all of the bad news with me in a very professional manner. I am going to bring my fishing boat to this team for a tune up/ winterize process this fall. Best around in my opinion.

2nd time here.. first time it was all good.. this time it was an disappointment. When the tractor drops the trailer tongue on the ball of your SUV hitch its reasonable to expect them to lock it and put the chain hooks and attach electrical or at least that is how it used to be done at other dealers I am so glad i went back and saw it.. it was just dropped on the ball not secured .. giving excuses to put the boat cover .. looks like they wanted easy way out without putting the boat cover in spite of mentioning it when it was dropped and when it was picked up.it was done so well the first time.. not sure why the customer service is deteriorated..that too within one year..Just do not feel like giving my business anymore

New to the area and called 20+ places to get my new boat serviced. Mutiny Marine was the only one who could offer pick up and drop off service to Ford lake. They answered all my questions and service was quick! Most of the competition never even returned my call. Very knowledgable staff. They were early in meeting me on pick up and drop off. Definitely recommend them!

Under New Ownership?? This is exactly what this company needed. I hated dealing with Sam. He was all about the dollar and not about the customer. He was short and never answered questions as they should have been answered. Derek is the new owner and he did something that a boat repair shop never did for me before. He explained... In detail... Exactly why my boat had issues, how to fix it, and how to keep it from happening again. He also came in UNDER his original quote. Hard to find people like this. Hopefully they change the name soon to get away from the stigma of the Macs name. Call them! It is worth the wait for great service with an amazing attitude.

Contacted Mutiny Marine regarding water in the oil of a 3 liter Mercruiser motor in June. Got an appointment within a week for diagnosis, when any other mechanics were a month out. Disassembled motor, but no crack in block, convinced me that reassembly with new gasket kit (back ordered, not their fault) could solve the water issue. Which thankfully it did, they also did a tune up. Boat runs great and saved our fishing season. Glad I listened to their recommendation of reassembly instead af just parting out the boat. Highly recommend Mutiny Marine, and they have gained me as a customer on any future marine issues. Thanks Mutiny team!

Very informative and helpful.

As a returning customer from the first time to this time I thought they did an excellent job. With a friendly and knowledgeable staff to the work they did boat is running great. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I have a old boat and motor 1980 in-line 6 so with the work that I am able to on my own and there help with what I couldn’t get figured out or have time to do motor is running like the champion it sits on good as new.

Took my pontoon in to see why the ole girl wouldnt start, shes an old 1976 evinrude, ran like a beast but couldnt figure out why she wouldnt fire. Derrick took her in and found few things wrong with her and he had to find parts out of state. Well he got her up and running again just in time for my 2 week family vacation. I highly recommend Macs Marine Solutions.

Since the new owner took over this year 2019, they have been responsive and very communicative. It amazes me how one or two people can hold down the overall quality of a great repair facility. Derrick went over and beyond to assist me with my previous concerns. He took a great amount of time and effort explaining to me the reason that my engine did what it did, and how to prevent it in the future. We will be a Macs Marine Solutions customer for life. Macs Marina is a different company and they are no longer directly related. The difference is amazing!!

Extremely helpful staff!! I scheduled an appointment and my boat was completed and ready for pickup right on time! The work was done in a timely manner, neat and clean! I highly recommend these marine technicians!

I was nearly 4hrs from home and had stopped and discovered my trailer had troubles. The rear axle had shredded a bearing and I was without tools to repair it. I did a quick google search and found Macs Marina within a few miles. Upon calling and explaining my situation they adjusted their schedule to accommodate me. I limped the trailer to their shop and they immediately went to work on it. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and although they ran into a number of issues they worked quickly and was able to get the trailer in working condition. The final bill was more than fair for the time they spent. I cant thank them enough for getting us back on the road and to our destination. I would recommend them to anyone in the area for service.

These guys did a complete reupholster of my 20 foot pontoon, and a new cover. Couldnt be happier with it. Been doing business with them for a couple years now, always honest always Dependable. I highly recommend them to anybody. Thanks Sam.

I asked Macs Marina to inspect a boat I planned to purchase. They did a thorough inspection, detailing in writing, what was good and what needed to be addressed. As the puchase process went forward, Sam helped ease the concerns associated with the purchase. Subsequently, I had Macs detail my boat puchase..they made it look like new. An honest business with customer satisfaction a priority.

Have returned to Macs several times for purchased parts and service. Always satisfied and treated well. This winter I trusted Macs to do a full makeover of my 94 Pontoon. Macs is replacing plywood deck, flooring, furniture and some accessories. Project 94 SanPan was started about a week ago. Sam, Derrick and the guys are making great progress and its looking great! Warning... They are not responsive. I had to call to check to see if my boat is done many times. The owner and the service manager gave me different stories each time I called. They charged me way more than quoted and said that by law they can charge 10% more without calling but they never disclosed this. To say the least, I am very unhappy with this experience. If I could rate lower I would.

Great crew and great atmosphere.

My Mercruiser Alpha 1 outdrive started making the characteristic gimble bearing growl last weekend. I called Macs and they said they could repair it in about 1 week. I dropped it off Monday afternoon, and it was done 3 days later! Great service, especially considering this was the middle July, high season for boat repair! Thanks!
