We could not recommend Karl Weis Auto Body enough. Dennis and Gary were professional and so kind throughout. My fiancés Grand Cherokee was hit in a parking garage and they fixed it to look brand new. They even fought for us and their high standards when they refused to put on a used door that our insurance wanted. Anytime we need any auto body work done, we will be going to Karl Weis.

After a parked car jumped into my husbands way, we had a bundle of scratches to show for the encounter on our 2020 Volvo. Too early in the cars life for that song and dance.Lots of reviews and estimates later, we decided on Karl Weiss, for more than one reason. Their estimate was extremely fair (and even less expensive than some others, but that wasnt the deciding factor). We were very impressed by the professionalism here. My husband also noted that they were the only company that was observant of masks. We dont always wear masks (we forget, etc.), but we were wholly impressed by the fact that they respect the diversity of viewpoints out there. You find many people these days politicizing things. Dont need that in the marketplace--do what you want when you are out and about, but at least show us that you arent trying to cut corners by disobeying county law in your own business. They showed us they were playing by the rules--I want honesty from those working on my car. Their actions spoke volumes. If you are going to blow off what the county mandates, why should I trust you will be forthcoming with my car. Yes, we do business with people we believe to be wholly honest.That said, this gave us a favorable impression of the business. The clean interior was inviting, and the professionalism exuded by the owners/employees made us feel more confident in our choice.Weiss did not disappoint. Im here to add my five-star review. We picked up our car and one cannot tell it was ever hit. Not a nick or even slight scratch in place. I mean, they are great, but Im hoping not to visit again, for obvious reasons, other than saying, hi. Great place.

I have used Karl Weis a few times for a body repair and paint job, bumper repair and now I needed help getting the rusty screws off of my license plate so I could put the new license plate on. They never disappoint! Beautiful quality work every single time. I would definitely recommend. Everyone is super nice, informative and professional too. They will not disappoint!

Very honest and reasonable Auto body shop

Cant say enough about these folks!! Brought the car in for some bad scratches (lost a contest with a concrete block) and they not only repaired the scratches but touched up all the everyday scratches around the car. And to top it off, they detailed the front interior....looks like it just came off the dealer lot!!

This is one of the best business dealings Ive ever had with any company that Ive ever dealt with. Very polite and professional. I needed a ride home while my car was being worked on so I could go to work and they gave me a ride home. Very upfront about everything. If I ever need body work done to my vehicle again, I know where to take it.

Great Customer Service and generosity!A little over a week ago I had gotten a minor dent in my rear bumper and my partner suggest I take it to this body shop! I had never been and went for a walk-in consultation and they immediately helped me and repaired/popped out the dent for free on the spot! I was so surprised at their generosity and thanked them very much! And they responded by saying “they try to help and do the right thing when they can”. I will definitely be back if or when I need auto body service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great place. Fair price for quality of work. They wont be the cheapest but the repairs and paint work will be excellent. They painted a facia I supplied and it turned great. They also repaired the wifes SUV that was rear ended and it looks as good as new as well. Both projects have a perfect paint match. I wont go anywhere else for body or paint work.

Were new to South Bend and equate finding a good body shop to finding a good doctor or dentist. Recently, our vehicle slid on the ice into another car. We asked around and Karl Weiss Auto Body Shop was the common referral with everyone. Both their work and service were excellent! We had received a quote through our dealership and Karl Weiss came in $500 less, plus we received a loaner AND they detailed the car. It took the exactly the amount of time for the amount quoted. And, it turned out great!! We couldnt have been happier.

They did a great job fixing my car! They worked with us with the cost and insurance. Good service. Had to reschedule pick up two or three times because it wasnt done yet though, so dont count on that first time completion estimate.

Really impressed with Karl Weis Auto Body. Took my car in to get an estimate on the damage and received the estimate within 15-20 minutes. The work they did was quick and thorough and they detailed my car, which was a nice, unexpected surprise. Highly recommend!

The service was honest and excellent. The front bumper on my car was coming apart, and was in need of repair. Karl Weis Auto Body was both extremely fast and honest in their repair. They said they only needed to replace a few screws and clamps, and that I was set. After a quick 5 minute wait in the front office, my car was repaired. When I asked what the total was for the work, they simply said No charge, come back when you need some real work done., with a smile. The professionalism of Karl Weis Auto Body is un-matched. I would absolutely use their service again, as I am 100% sure their pricing would be spot on and accurate, and their work extremely professional. We live in an East Coast state, and we were on a road trip to Wisconsin. We got into a small fender bender, and needed a new strut. We were referred to Karl Weis by CarX. Karl Weis couldnt perform the work. HOWEVER, the guys at Karl Weis located the strut, they ALSO called another repair shop a mile down the road, and THEN arranged for the part to be delivered in a few hours, PLUS for the repair to be done that same day. This allowed us to resume our trip without losing 24 hours. They were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

I lost my sideview mirror while parked on the street one evening. Karl Weis Auto Body replaced the mirror at a very fair price, and they accommodated my schedule as an out-of-town traveler. Excellent business. Highly recommended.
