Jenny in the beauty department is an absolute treasure! She is so so helpful, delightful and informative. I very much look forward to hearing her thoughts on products and know shopping with her is going to be an easy and enjoyable experience. She and her colleagues are why I shop at CVS.
Sorry to say but the poor reviews are merited. We have been loyally going to this location back when it was Longs Drugs. But now, the pharmacy is disorganized and the girl at the pharmacy counter has been appallingly rude on multiple occasions. Store always seems disheveled and poorly stocked as well. After the latest pharmacy debacle we finally switched our prescriptions to RA where they were promptly filled, at a $250 cost reduction as well. Checkout staff are always very nice but save yourself the hassle and money and go to a better pharmacy.
This pharmacy just refused to place my 73yr old parents with pre existing conditions on their current COVID vaccine wait list because they’d already registered on the state list. They were rude and inconsiderate. The administration is terribly fragmented and the lists do not communicate.
Friendly staff. Store is clean and well stocked, but prices seem higher since the remodel. Plus they got rid of their Just The Basics, which also had their $1.00 section. They replaced it with Gold Emblem, which doesnt have a $1.00 section or any of the same products and the prices are higher. Also with the remodel they got rid of a lot of things they used to have (like most drug stores have). House hold items, shelf liner, etc. You used to be able to go in there and theyd pretty much have anything you needed. Not any more. I miss Longs.
Very rude staff in the pharmacy they should fire the seemingly useless (probably self medicated) techs and just get another pharmacist....Cvs corporate ought to evaluate this store, mainly the pharmacy!
I really think these people at this store will go above and beyond to get right for anyone
I mailnly go to the Sonoma, Ca. CVS for Prescriptions, but when I get a receipt for the prescriptions, it is 9 long which is attaced to 41 more of the tape for sales. What a waste of paper. Plus I get sales flyers in the papers and mail. Most rediculious.
Newly remodeled. Never crowded so easy check out. Staff is always helpful & friendly!
The Pharmacy is slow AF and totally disorganized. Things are rarely ready on time. Save yourself time and headaches and choose an alternative for your prescriptions. The rest of the store is nice but that’s not why I come here.
Charging $9 for a three-pack of papertowels,I thought price gouging was illegal...
This is my neighborhood CVS.The staff is awesome, and they always have what Im looking for.
Pharmacy Dept. - Christine and Julie, the on duty Pharmacist, are wonderful people. I had my meds stolen while traveling through the area and they suffered though an almost an hour of difficulties with my out of state insurance to help me out. Doggedly working though three separate rude insurance reps, two of which just hung up on them during the conversation. Now, for all our sakes, I wish the insurance portion was a bit more streamlined but those two continued to work though it. A big thank you to Christine who chatted and joked with me while working on the computer and another big thank you to Julie who even called my hometown pharmacy to get help and finally took no prisoners with the Group Health rep to push my insurance through. In the end I got my replacement meds at almost 75% less than when I had originally bought them. I hope CVS recognizes they have good people working there who would go to such lengths to help even an out-of-towner like me.
Friendly staff, well stocked shelves, prices a bit high. The store always seems to need cleaned though.
Couldnt find help
