This place has every boot imaginable from newborns to adults and everyone in between. The prices are just as varied from 100 to 900. A decent selection of leather belts, plain to super decorative. There is also quite the selection of hats and hat bands. If you can think of it, its more than likely there. The staff was friendly and greeted us without hovering.

I had gone to Boot Barn and a few other places looking for help to find the right fit and the right boots. I took a chance on driving 2 hours to check this place out. I was beyond impressed. Beth West is phenomenal, both in quality and service. Everyone in the store was friendly and inviting. The young lady who helped me was so knowledgeable about everything. She patiently took the time to help me understand fit, style and gave great advice while waiting for me to make a decision. She had tips and tricks that were very helpful too. I will send everyone I know to this place. Its worth it, even if you have to drive 2 hours.

Love this place, staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped my grandfathers hat off to be restored, took them a little longer than usual because of machine malfunction but just picked it up and it looks amazing. Will always come here for any Western wear products or any Western wear restoration.

I have literally been shopping here my whole life. Got my first pair of boots from my great grandfather here, and almost every pair since. The one time I walked in with a boot they knew didnt come from them... they made sure I left with a new pair on my feet. This isnt just a place to shop, its home. I always feel welcome and comfortable and the staff is always amazing.

Almost too many choices for boots! Very very good selection of womens dress cowboy boots, but not so much for functional, wear-on-the-farm cowboy(girl) boots. I did find a few I liked, but would have liked to see a little more meant to be ridden in boots. They have some really gorgeous dress boots though. Was also disappointed they didnt have any Ariats. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Highly recommend if youre looking for a pair of fancy and gorgeous dress boots. (The picture is the pair that I ended up getting.)

One large corner is dedicated to fine hats, so they have you covered. They also carry English style boots, riding helmets, and pants.The staff is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find some cute and sturdy work boots that suit my needs, as well as a new hat that fits my giant head.

We Cannot believe that we have an excellent country western store in our backyard. They have a nice store with all cowboy and cowgirl needs. The store people were very friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back in the future.

I needed riding boots, and my local store didnt have anything, so I walked in thinking I could probably find something here. I had no idea there was so much to know about boots! The staff was great; friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I had the proper fit, and explained the difference between the rubber and leather soles. They dont have a very large selection for work boots, but the ones they had are solid, comfortable, and even cute. Eventually I will probably get some fancy boots here, and I know they will have exactly what I want.

Wandered in looking for a pair of boots, this little gem is the best place to shop for Western wear. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted and the staff happily helped me pick out a wonderful pair of boots. They didnt have my size in store so I had to order them which Dave happily helped with. He called me the day they came in and I couldnt wait to pick them up! Wonderful people to work with and I wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Im not a boot person, but i was here to buy boots for a wedding that Im in. Our sales gal was very attentive and answered all my questions. She even explained why i needed boot socks. The custom boots took a while to arrive, but they are good quality and will last for quite some time. I didnt take advantage, but she even offered to let folks make payments on the boots if that would help them out.

A kind saleswoman named Heidi gave me all the info and encouragement I needed with absolutely no pressure. I walked out with my first ever pair of cowgirl boots at an incredibly good price. This place is the best!

Great store and the prices are very competitive. Ive bought six pairs of boot, hats, clothes, etc. and have been happy with every purchase. Ive even found a treasure or two that I didnt expect. This is the only place to buy a hat. Lance is the hat God and hes passed some of his skills onto his employees. Everyone here is top notch and very friendly. You owe it to yourself to at least price shop here before you head other places. You will be impressed.

This place was INCREDIBLE!! We went there to get my daughter some boots, they were super friendly with me and her. We ended up having to go back and the 2nd gal was just as incredible as the 1st! They have wonderful staff and treat you almost like family. I couldnt believe how nice they were, they guaranteed their boot fits and everything. Awesome, awesome place.

Customer service was the worst. I intended to buy a pair of boots a couple of shirts and maybe a pair boots for my wife. I wear a size 15 and was having trouble finding my size. I understand that they were short staffed but I noticed that they were at least greeting other customers as I walked around looking for my size without being acknowledged. I found a pair I wanted but when the salesperson just walked past without even asking if I had found anything I took a photo of the box and found them online. So they lost a sales on a pair of boots, a hat, a couple of pair of jeans for my wife, if they paid attention to to my wife a pair of boots she wanted. So when asked to shop local businesses customer service is very important.

Super friendly staff who really do care about the people they are helping its the only place I will go for my boots and work Jeans they flat out have the biggest selection you can pretty much find anywhere when it comes to footwear or hats and wrangler Jeans. There just a good old fashion kind of store you only see in the movie. The kind that can find anything because they still have all the books with the stuff you just cant find.

Love this store. Was greeted promptly by a nice older lady, unfortunately I forgot her name (white hair, slim build). I showed her a picture of what I was looking for but it wasnt quite the same in person. Tried on some boots and almost decided on one till I told her I was going to wear it to work on concrete floors for long hours. She immediately showed me some work boots and I instantly found the perfect one. She was extremely helpful and so sweet. Spent the time to talk to me about not just boot fit and boots but about life and things going on at the time. Truly one of the best buying experiences Ive had buying any product. I will definitely come in again.

Ive known the owner Lance for years since he had his other store. He has always treated me and my boys absolutely wonderful. Fitting my kids with their hats, boots, shirts ect.
