The prices are a little high, but the experience is a uniquely American one that is increasingly rare: The American roadside diner. Food is fresh. The desserts are absolutely lovely. Good gluten free options.Need to seriously pare down on the menu and refine their gold they have.
We have been there often, over many years, usually for breakfast or lunch. We return because the food is very good and the service is pleasant.
I love getting food from here, especially salads. They use this one dressing on the Greek salad that is the best I have ever had.
Food is great but cashier is rude and obnoxious. Understood we came late at night (11:15 pm) but as soon as we entered he proceeded to tell us they close in 40 minutes and we would need to hurry. I’ve never been to any restaurant that greets it’s guest in that manner.
Fantastic onion soup, pastrami sandwich was a bit overcooked and potato skins were too. Chocolate mousse was pretty good

Breakfast very good. Very good service, felt bad for the server, table of very annoying people sitting by us. Nothing was right and was blaming her. Very rude. One problem I stood in front of my table gathering my stuff and had my mask in my hand. And the hostess started yelling at me, not the right way to go about it. Didnt have to make a scene in front of my table. For this reason I will never go back. I have to handle the public all day at my job and deal with mask issues. I would never tell at someone and embarrass them.

We had dinner here tonight and everything was delicious and the portions you get are hearty and well worth the money.The entrees are really a complete dinner that is very satisfying.The diner seemed slow on a Friday night but that is due to Covid.Service was great too,our waitress was very efficient.Give them a try.
Order was wrong...food was way more expensive than other local diners no joke 40% more. Prices on the bill where higher then menu. Never again noticed there’s a lot of older people eating here that’s probably why the prices on the menus doesn’t match the bill they must pray on older people sad.... guess they really need the extra $2. ( menu says 12.50 for a deluxe Burger got charged 14.50 ) Sad sad oh yea and if you get food to go they charge a package fee 😂😂😂. McDonald’s would have tasted better. Even the lettuce was brown there probably to cheap to buy fresh. And the most discussing part was they still use glass ketchup jars I saw someone put there knife in it 🤢 then the server wiped it off and gave it to the next table.

Its a decent dinner with okay food and fair prices. It mostly serves breakfast foods as well as typical American restaurant food like burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. Growing up, a lot of my friends really liked this place, but I never found it to be anything special.

Food tasteless. No flavor. Waiter was nice. Manager couldnt care that my omelette had egg shells and pieces of bacon in it and Im a vegetarian. Everything is slopped on one grill. I would never go back.

Great place to go for breakfast! Excellent gluten free options! If your hungry I recommend the hungry man special, eggs, bacon, sausage, two pancakes, and toast! All of that was gluten free also! They have a lot of options for lunch and dinner too!
Got a really disappointing souvlaki, which should be a staple of a good LI Greek diner. Tasted like day-old, dried out pork chop meat and it shouldnt have peppers and onions, just meat/pita/sauce.
Over priced for the quality of food . Dont reccomend their seafood. Staff are very nice. Its a hit or miss type of place . Wasnt amazed
Food wasnt good aside from the soup and the prices on the receipt didnt match the prices on the menu. Im not the type to make a big fuss so I didnt say anything. Also, overpriced regardless of that and my waiter was sketchy as hell.
Came here first time with my hubby on dec 26, and had Ms. Faith, as our waitress. What a sweet young lady she was. I see with her personality, she has a bright future ahead of her. Shes a gem there.
Had coffee and baklava. I asked for baklava to be warmed. Baklava was not sweet and I didnt care for it. Coffee was very good.

Really disgusting, rotten food. Vile owner. The waitresses are accustomed to people with tastebuds and functioning eyes complaining about rotten food and leaving dissatisfied on an empty stomach. Avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible experience... I took my niece for dinner on a Friday evening and ordered a pasta special. The pasta itself was delicious; that is before I sprinkled on some grated cheese... The cheese was BAD! Like sour bad... I have a pretty strong stomach - taste something I dont like, take a drink and move on - but this literally made me gag. I immediately called over our waitress to inform her that it was bad. She took the cheese shaker to the manager who then came over and argued with me ! He insisted that it was not bad. I love cheese and Im pretty sure that I know how Parmesan cheese is supposed to taste but this manager absolutely refused to say anything other than that I was wrong. No apology, no offer to make me another dish. I was appalled. The waitress actually snuck me a replacement meal because he didnt even offer. I will never patron this diner again.
Their corned beef hash looks like dog food and tastes like rubber. My wifes bbq chicken wrap looked like a child made it and tasted bland. She asked for a side salad and they gave her one piece of lettuce and one slice of tomato. Two stars only because the witness was pleasant and welcoming.
I find the food here okay. Decent place to get a meal. However, its not a holy Cow diner experience. This place could be so much more its an incredible spot off 111 in Smithtown. They could definitely Spruce up the menu and include a little bit of finer dining and compete with the likes of Javiers Etc. Its all about location location location. And they have it. Like I said food okay wouldnt dismiss. Just wish they would spruce up the menu with some fancy items
Food was great and cooked to perfection. Waiter however, was inattentive. It was not busy, yet needed to be called for each additional request. Water was never offered prior or throughout meal. We needed to request it.
The owners are such amazing people.Im so grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of there team. I have a Tramatic brain injury and there are so many people that can do what I do in less time but here I am. And they always give encouraging words and make you feel accomplished...keeps me trying to do things to the best of my ability at my own speed and having a sense of pride in all that I do and feeling appreciation...They are the kindest supportive people...they feed me sooo 👍 good.I am team Millenium for Life..I pray I never let them down...I really care about the diner and I love the customers..when they leave happy and satisfied.....its such a loving warm feeling...

I like this place. Good food and most of the time good service. Service quality has dropped recently though. I luckily get the same waitress everytime that has been there forever (she is very nice and always gives good service) but watching the newer waitresses deal with customers is hilarious. They look angry the entire time, never smile, speak in a completely monotone voice, and dont go back at all to check on customers after the food is dropped. The new hostess glared at my mom and I as we left, grumbled night at us only after I wished her a good night first, then went back to blankly staring at a wall immediately after.I dont know why they decided to change their normal workforce with a bunch of angry teenagers but its not really working for them.
It use to be a great place but recently after two different times with different people at different days of the week I have to say its gone down hill. Both times the service was rarely there when needed and this last time our waiter was watching TV instead of serving. Last time there were several mistakes in the food. This time there was fewer mistakes, some forgotten food, but there was hair in one persons food. After that Id give them a 1 but they saved themselves a star with good taste and good quantity for the price. Sad because this was my late grandfathers favorite diner to take us. He would be really sad to see how far theyve fallen.

Today i just had lunch which was a burger on lettuce. But at other times weve had the complete dinner. Reasonably priced includes an appetizer, glass of wine, soup or salad, main course, choice of desert, Coffee/tea. Pleasant atmosphere Jimmy was todays waiter and always pleasant.

Same owner maybe?Very good matzoh ball soup - hearty broth with lots of carrots and celery.Screwed up my grilled mozzarella cheese with grilled onions sandwich by using American cheese. But next day had a nice lunch of boneless chicken breast with stuffing and a cranberry/apple glaze. I would go back.

Food is decent. However we had an issue the last time we were there and my friend took one bite of the food and the chicken was very tough and chewy. So after one bite we just told the waiter we didnt want it. When the bill came we were charged 6.50 for the dish. I asked the manager why that would be and when we said what was wrong with the dish instead if saying they are sorry we didnt like it he insisted that no one ever had a problem with it. I understand that but here I am rarely ever complain about a dish I usually just dont eat it and pay for it but for dish over $20 and one bite we did complain, plus going there once a week for the past couple of months we now just felt like we were not treated right by the manager. However we had positive experience with the other staff and for the most part the food is decent, just somewhat overpriced.

I havent been here for over 11 years as I moved out east. Nothing much has changed, really. I went in for breakfast. I had a wonderful and delicious breakfast. My eggs, fries, bacon and toast were made to order. The server was attentive and the bus boy kept my coffee cup full. Their prices have increased, but then what has not? It was a great experience as was in the past!!!

Only went here once, so take this review with a grain of salt, and it was for breakfast. It was the weekend so it was very crowded which is usually a good sign. Our food and our service werent good. The server wasnt very attentive and forgot some of the extras our meals came with. My order was good but the omelette and hash on the other side of the table were not good at all. The prices were high but on par with diner standards. My rating would be closer to a 3 than a 2 but I have had they opportunity to go back a few times and I havent.
