DO NOT BRING YOUR COMPUTERS IN THERE THEY WILL GIVE U THE RUN AROUND FOR WEEKS IN COMMUNICATION AND IN REPAIRS. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED.

Ive been a customer of Amanda and Mark for at least 15 years. They are kind, friendly, generous, professional, and dedicated. My partner and I both work full time online (I own LifeCoaching dot com and teach emotional intelligence with clients around the world, and J has been a medical transcriptionist for over a decade) so our computers are our lifeline. When we have trouble with our equipment, we can rely on Mark and Amanda to figure it out and fix it, no matter what the problem is. They listen, they understand, and they know the technology from the inside out, both hardware and software. Im a Mac guy and J is a PC user, but the platform doesnt matter, as they have demonstrated repeatedly that they have the expertise we need. This shop and these people are as essential to us as our car mechanic, our plumber, and our electrician. Thanks for what you do folks. You really make a difference in our lives. I had a virus on my computer, so I brought it here and ask to have it fixed after the normal fee to check it out I was told that it would be over $300.00 to fix it, and or just save my photos and personal information. It had been there for a extended period of time, I try to call to find out if it is still there and I get the run around with a call back(of course) always a call back, I speak with someone finally and talk about the situation. They tell me they sold it, or parted it out and they called me and left messages on 2 occasions. Which my number has never changed nor did I ever get a voice mail from this place. So I was not happy clearly, because if they had called I would have gone to pick it up. He said he would look around to see if there was anything left of my laptop there. Ok I called and spoke with someone just to leave a message to have the guy call me back, note I called 3 times before actually getting in touch with the guy for him to tell me there is nothing left of my laptop there. I will report this business to the better business bureau due. Atleast make sure your employees are just writing it down that they called and left a message when they really didnt...
